Uživala sam u svakom trenutku ovog natjecanja, kazala je najbolja hrvatska atletičarka Sandra Perković nakon što je na svjetskom prvenstvu u Eugeneu osvojila srebrnu medalju u bacanju diska.

Perković je bila druga s rezultatom 68.45 što je njezin najbolji hitac ove sezone. No, to ipak nije bilo dovoljno za zlato koje je iznenađujuće osvojila Kineskinja Bin Feng sa 69.12.

Broncu je osvojila olimpijska pobjednica iz Tokija Amerikanka Valarie Allman sa 68.30m. Braniteljica naslova iz Dohe Kubanka Yaime Perez na koncu je bila sedma sa 63.07, dok je druga hrvatska predstavnica Marija Tolj zauzela osmo  mjesto s rezultatom 63.07.

"Moja najveća suparnica ove godine je bila Valarie Allman i uspjela sam je pobijediti na domaćem terenu. Međutim, nisam očekivala da će nas Kineskinja sve pobijediti. Ali isto tako mi je drago zbog nje jer je bacila veliki rezultat," dodala je Perković.

Sandrina je to čak 12. medalja na velikim natjecanjima, pri čemu peta na svjetskim prvenstvima što nije uspjelo niti jednoj diskašici na svijetu.

U svom prvom svjetskom finalu, u Berlinu 2009. je kao tinejdžerica, koja je netom prije postala europska juniorska prvakinja, završila na devetom mjestu. Potom je dva puta bila zlatna, u Moskvi 2013. i Londonu 2017. godine, osvojila je i dva srebra (Peking 2015, Eugene 2022) i jednu broncu (Doha 2019). Dodajmo kako je 32-godišnja Perković osvojila i dva olimpijska zlata (2012, 2016), a ima i pet europskih titula.

"Nakon četvrtog mjesta na olimpijskim igrama u Tokiju stajanje na pobjedničkom postolju mi mnogo znači. Nastavit ću sljedeće godine u Budimpešti. Obećala sam da ću nastaviti karijeru do Brisbanea. Jedva čekam da stignem na aerodrom i vidim svoju majku i svoju obitelj," poručila je na kraju.

Zlato je neočekivano osvojila Kineskinja Feng bacivši u prvoj seriji disk 69.12m čime je popravila osobni rekrod za više od tri metara.

"Nisam očekivala ovakav rasplet, samo sam željela pokazati najbolje što mogu. Iznenađen sam svojom zlatnom medaljom, ali iskreno ne i rezultatom. Očekivala sam borbu za postolje i bila sam sigurna da će biti teška," kazala je Kineskinja.

Do sada je najveći uspjeh ostvarila 2019. pobijedivši na azijskom prvenstvu. Na zadnjem SP-u u Dohi bila je peta, a na OI u Tokiju tek 17.

"Moj trener mi je dao veliku podršku i samopouzdanje nakon neuspješnog nastupa u Tokiju. Gurao me da idem naprijed i marljivo radim. Naučio me kako ne odustati. Imam ogromno poštovanje prema svim svojim suparnicama u ovom finalu. Željela bi u budućnosti biti puno stabilnija sa svojim rezultatima," dodala je.

Amerikanka Allman je bila najveći favoriti za zlato. Aktualna olimpijska pobjednica je u Eugene došla s najboljim rezultatom sezone (71.46). Međutim, na koncu je bila treća.

"Uistinu ovo je gorko-slatko. Dolazeći na ovo prvenstvo, bila sam uzbuđena što ću predstavljati svoju zemlju i pokazati rad koji smo ja i moj trener uložili. Ali bila je to dobra borba. Proveli smo toliko vremena pripremajući se za ovo  natjecanje. Bila sam spremna boriti se za zlato, ali jednostavno nisam mogla odraditi taj veliki hitac," kazala je 27-godišnja Amerikanka.

"Dobro je otići s medaljom, ali definitivno sam spremna za natjecanje ponovno idućeg ljeta u Mađarskoj i idemo po naslov svjetske prvakinje. Da, definitivno je bilo iznenađenje što je Kineskinja pobijedila. Prije dvije godine bile su u Dijamantnoj ligi i natjecale smo se zajedno mnogo puta. Međutim, od Tokija Kineskinje nismo vidjeli. Međutim, imala je odličan nastup i uzbuđena sam zbog nje," poručila je Amerikanka.

Veliki uspjeh ostvarila je i 22-godišnja Marija Tolj. U svom prvom finalu na nekom velikom seniorskom natjecanju bila je osma sa 63.07m. Tolj je nedavno na Mediteranskim igrama u Alžiru bila zlatna s osobnim rekordom 64.71m.

Uživala sam u svakom trenutku ovog natjecanja, kazala je najbolja hrvatska atletičarka Sandra Perković nakon što je na svjetskom prvenstvu u Eugeneu osvojila srebrnu medalju u bacanju diska.

Perković je bila druga s rezultatom 68.45 što je njezin najbolji hitac ove sezone. No, to ipak nije bilo dovoljno za zlato koje je iznenađujuće osvojila Kineskinja Bin Feng sa 69.12.

Broncu je osvojila olimpijska pobjednica iz Tokija Amerikanka Valarie Allman sa 68.30m. Braniteljica naslova iz Dohe Kubanka Yaime Perez na koncu je bila sedma sa 63.07, dok je druga hrvatska predstavnica Marija Tolj zauzela osmo  mjesto s rezultatom 63.07.

"Moja najveća suparnica ove godine je bila Valarie Allman i uspjela sam je pobijediti na domaćem terenu. Međutim, nisam očekivala da će nas Kineskinja sve pobijediti. Ali isto tako mi je drago zbog nje jer je bacila veliki rezultat," dodala je Perković.

Sandrina je to čak 12. medalja na velikim natjecanjima, pri čemu peta na svjetskim prvenstvima što nije uspjelo niti jednoj diskašici na svijetu.

U svom prvom svjetskom finalu, u Berlinu 2009. je kao tinejdžerica, koja je netom prije postala europska juniorska prvakinja, završila na devetom mjestu. Potom je dva puta bila zlatna, u Moskvi 2013. i Londonu 2017. godine, osvojila je i dva srebra (Peking 2015, Eugene 2022) i jednu broncu (Doha 2019). Dodajmo kako je 32-godišnja Perković osvojila i dva olimpijska zlata (2012, 2016), a ima i pet europskih titula.

"Nakon četvrtog mjesta na olimpijskim igrama u Tokiju stajanje na pobjedničkom postolju mi mnogo znači. Nastavit ću sljedeće godine u Budimpešti. Obećala sam da ću nastaviti karijeru do Brisbanea. Jedva čekam da stignem na aerodrom i vidim svoju majku i svoju obitelj," poručila je na kraju.

Zlato je neočekivano osvojila Kineskinja Feng bacivši u prvoj seriji disk 69.12m čime je popravila osobni rekrod za više od tri metara.

"Nisam očekivala ovakav rasplet, samo sam željela pokazati najbolje što mogu. Iznenađen sam svojom zlatnom medaljom, ali iskreno ne i rezultatom. Očekivala sam borbu za postolje i bila sam sigurna da će biti teška," kazala je Kineskinja.

Do sada je najveći uspjeh ostvarila 2019. pobijedivši na azijskom prvenstvu. Na zadnjem SP-u u Dohi bila je peta, a na OI u Tokiju tek 17.

"Moj trener mi je dao veliku podršku i samopouzdanje nakon neuspješnog nastupa u Tokiju. Gurao me da idem naprijed i marljivo radim. Naučio me kako ne odustati. Imam ogromno poštovanje prema svim svojim suparnicama u ovom finalu. Željela bi u budućnosti biti puno stabilnija sa svojim rezultatima," dodala je.

Amerikanka Allman je bila najveći favoriti za zlato. Aktualna olimpijska pobjednica je u Eugene došla s najboljim rezultatom sezone (71.46). Međutim, na koncu je bila treća.

"Uistinu ovo je gorko-slatko. Dolazeći na ovo prvenstvo, bila sam uzbuđena što ću predstavljati svoju zemlju i pokazati rad koji smo ja i moj trener uložili. Ali bila je to dobra borba. Proveli smo toliko vremena pripremajući se za ovo  natjecanje. Bila sam spremna boriti se za zlato, ali jednostavno nisam mogla odraditi taj veliki hitac," kazala je 27-godišnja Amerikanka.

"Dobro je otići s medaljom, ali definitivno sam spremna za natjecanje ponovno idućeg ljeta u Mađarskoj i idemo po naslov svjetske prvakinje. Da, definitivno je bilo iznenađenje što je Kineskinja pobijedila. Prije dvije godine bile su u Dijamantnoj ligi i natjecale smo se zajedno mnogo puta. Međutim, od Tokija Kineskinje nismo vidjeli. Međutim, imala je odličan nastup i uzbuđena sam zbog nje," poručila je Amerikanka.

Veliki uspjeh ostvarila je i 22-godišnja Marija Tolj. U svom prvom finalu na nekom velikom seniorskom natjecanju bila je osma sa 63.07m. Tolj je nedavno na Mediteranskim igrama u Alžiru bila zlatna s osobnim rekordom 64.71m.

Uživala sam u svakom trenutku ovog natjecanja, kazala je najbolja hrvatska atletičarka Sandra Perković nakon što je na svjetskom prvenstvu u Eugeneu osvojila srebrnu medalju u bacanju diska.

Perković je bila druga s rezultatom 68.45 što je njezin najbolji hitac ove sezone. No, to ipak nije bilo dovoljno za zlato koje je iznenađujuće osvojila Kineskinja Bin Feng sa 69.12.

Broncu je osvojila olimpijska pobjednica iz Tokija Amerikanka Valarie Allman sa 68.30m. Braniteljica naslova iz Dohe Kubanka Yaime Perez na koncu je bila sedma sa 63.07, dok je druga hrvatska predstavnica Marija Tolj zauzela osmo  mjesto s rezultatom 63.07.

"Moja najveća suparnica ove godine je bila Valarie Allman i uspjela sam je pobijediti na domaćem terenu. Međutim, nisam očekivala da će nas Kineskinja...
