Kremlj je ruskim vlastima i režimskim medijima poslao upute za izvještavanje o 2022. godini, piše Meduza.

Sugerira im se tako da kažu da je ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin "spriječio napad na Rusiju u režiji Sjevernoatlantskog saveza", da "denacifikacija Ukrajine" koja je tobože krenula 24. veljače ide "dobro" te da ruska ekonomija cvijeta, prenosi Jutarnji.

Autori uputa nemaju nikakvih savjeta za rasprave o tome da se Rusija uspješno odupire NATO-ovoj ratnoj mašineriji, navodno najjačoj u povijesti, te da se smanjuju sredstva koje Zapad šalje Ukrajini.

Upute koje je napisala Putinova administracija podijeljene su u četiri segmenta - glavne teme, osnaživanje Rusije, "specijalnu vojnu operaciju" (SVO) u Ukrajini i novi svjetski poredak.

Kremlj želi da vlasti, dužnosnici i mediji kažu da je Putin tijekom godine donosio isključivo ispravne odluke te da je spriječio napad na Rusiju koji su trebali izvesti Ukrajina i NATO. U uputama stoji da Zapad Rusiju planira napasti od 2014. godine te da je planira razjediniti i pokoriti.

Autori uputa žele da se "specijalna vojna operacija" u Ukrajini proglasi uspješnom te da se prilikom svakog spominjanja iste naglasi da je Rusija zahvaljujući intervenciji u susjednoj joj zemlji ponovno došla u posjed svog teritorija koji joj je tobože otet te da je povećala nacionalnu sigurnost.

- Rusija sada ima 89 oblasti, a teritorij joj je narastao za 80 tisuća kvadratnih kilometara. Radi se o teritoriju koji je tri puta veći od Krima, a dva puta veći od Slovačke, Hrvatske, Danske ili Švicarske. Zahvaljujući ponovnom ujedinjenju Zaporiške i Hersonske oblasti, Krim više nije "otok" koji je odsječen od ruskog kopna - stoji u uputama.

Međutim, u dokumentu koji je izašao iz Kremlja ne stoji da Rusija ne kontrolira ukrajinske oblasti koje je protuzakonito anektirala. Pored toga, ukrajinske su snage ruske trupe prije nekoliko mjeseci otjerale iz Hersona, jedinog regionalnog centra koji su u od kraja veljače uspjele zauzeti.

Propagandistički priručnik kaže da se treba reći da ruska vojska uspješno provodi demilitarizaciju i denacifikaciju Ukrajine te da se ta "činjenica" treba poduprijeti podacima koje redovito objavljuje Ministarstvo obrane Ruske Federacije.

Kada se govori o "specijalnoj vojnoj operaciji", važno je napomenuti da se Rusija ne bori protiv Ukrajine već NATO-a, odnosno "najmoćnije ratne mašinerije u povijesti čovječanstva". Čak i takva povijesno moćna vojna sila, kažu sastavljači uputa, nije uspjela "slomiti" rusku vojsku.

- Da nema Zapada, Ukrajina bi već davno položila svoje oružje te potpisala primirje kakvo traži Rusija. Nitko ne očekuje brzu pobjedu. Vrijeme je na strani Rusije. Specijalna vojna operacija u Ukrajini pod kontrolom je, a na fronti vlada zatišje jer se ruske snage regrupiraju - stoji u uputama.

Pored toga, propagandisti moraju reći da Zapad Ukrajini šalje sve manje i manje opreme i sredstava. Međutim, ta se tvrdnja kosi sa skoro svim ostalim konstatacijama u priručniku. Ta se kontradikcija nigdje ne spominje.

Što se tiče poglavlja o "osnaživanju Rusije", Kremlj želi da se stalno govori o ujedinjenoj Rusiji i popularnosti predsjednika Vladimira Putina. Anketa koju je proveo državni agencija za istraživanje javnog mnijenja kaže da ga podupire 78,5 posto građana. Ta brojka treba svima poslužiti kao dokaz da Rusi podupiru SVO u Ukrajini. Međutim, Meduza piše da su ruske vlasti pomoću tajnih anketa doznale da je Rusima dosta rata u Ukrajini te da žele da se on okonča.

Nadalje, upute kažu da ruska ekonomija stoji jako dobro te da će se njezina pozicija u budućnosti čak i poboljšati.

U posljednjem segmentu, onom o "novom svjetskom poretku", Kremlj kaže da Rusija predvodi grupu zemalja koje ne pristaju na "zapadnjačku izvrsnost" te koje Zapad ne priznaju kao "vođu pravednog, demokratskog i višepolarnog svijeta".

Priručnik kaže da Putin Europi pruža priliku da se sabere te povrati subjektivnost i budućnost. Kremlj kaže da su europske zemlje tek "vazali" SAD-a te da mogu uspjeti samo ako budu blisko surađivale s Rusijom.

Kremlj je ruskim vlastima i režimskim medijima poslao upute za izvještavanje o 2022. godini, piše Meduza.

Sugerira im se tako da kažu da je ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin "spriječio napad na Rusiju u režiji Sjevernoatlantskog saveza", da "denacifikacija Ukrajine" koja je tobože krenula 24. veljače ide "dobro" te da ruska ekonomija cvijeta, prenosi Jutarnji.

Autori uputa nemaju nikakvih savjeta za rasprave o tome da se Rusija uspješno odupire NATO-ovoj ratnoj mašineriji, navodno najjačoj u povijesti, te da se smanjuju sredstva koje Zapad šalje Ukrajini.

Upute koje je napisala Putinova administracija podijeljene su u četiri segmenta - glavne teme, osnaživanje Rusije, "specijalnu vojnu operaciju" (SVO) u Ukrajini i novi svjetski poredak.

Kremlj želi da vlasti, dužnosnici i mediji kažu da je Putin tijekom godine donosio isključivo ispravne odluke te da je spriječio napad na Rusiju koji su trebali izvesti Ukrajina i NATO. U uputama stoji da Zapad Rusiju planira napasti od 2014. godine te da je planira razjediniti i pokoriti.

Autori uputa žele da se "specijalna vojna operacija" u Ukrajini proglasi uspješnom te da se prilikom svakog spominjanja iste naglasi da je Rusija zahvaljujući intervenciji u susjednoj joj zemlji ponovno došla u posjed svog teritorija koji joj je tobože otet te da je povećala nacionalnu sigurnost.

- Rusija sada ima 89 oblasti, a teritorij joj je narastao za 80 tisuća kvadratnih kilometara. Radi se o teritoriju koji je tri puta veći od Krima, a dva puta veći od Slovačke, Hrvatske, Danske ili Švicarske. Zahvaljujući ponovnom ujedinjenju Zaporiške i Hersonske oblasti, Krim više nije "otok" koji je odsječen od ruskog kopna - stoji u uputama.

Međutim, u dokumentu koji je izašao iz Kremlja ne stoji da Rusija ne kontrolira ukrajinske oblasti koje je protuzakonito anektirala. Pored toga, ukrajinske su snage ruske trupe prije nekoliko mjeseci otjerale iz Hersona, jedinog regionalnog centra koji su u od kraja veljače uspjele zauzeti.

Propagandistički priručnik kaže da se treba reći da ruska vojska uspješno provodi demilitarizaciju i denacifikaciju Ukrajine te da se ta "činjenica" treba poduprijeti podacima koje redovito objavljuje Ministarstvo obrane Ruske Federacije.

Kada se govori o "specijalnoj vojnoj operaciji", važno je napomenuti da se Rusija ne bori protiv Ukrajine već NATO-a, odnosno "najmoćnije ratne mašinerije u povijesti čovječanstva". Čak i takva povijesno moćna vojna sila, kažu sastavljači uputa, nije uspjela "slomiti" rusku vojsku.

- Da nema Zapada, Ukrajina bi već davno položila svoje oružje te potpisala primirje kakvo traži Rusija. Nitko ne očekuje brzu pobjedu. Vrijeme je na strani Rusije. Specijalna vojna operacija u Ukrajini pod kontrolom je, a na fronti vlada zatišje jer se ruske snage regrupiraju - stoji u uputama.

Pored toga, propagandisti moraju reći da Zapad Ukrajini šalje sve manje i manje opreme i sredstava. Međutim, ta se tvrdnja kosi sa skoro svim ostalim konstatacijama u priručniku. Ta se kontradikcija nigdje ne spominje.

Što se tiče poglavlja o "osnaživanju Rusije", Kremlj želi da se stalno govori o ujedinjenoj Rusiji i popularnosti predsjednika Vladimira Putina. Anketa koju je proveo državni agencija za istraživanje javnog mnijenja kaže da ga podupire 78,5 posto građana. Ta brojka treba svima poslužiti kao dokaz da Rusi podupiru SVO u Ukrajini. Međutim, Meduza piše da su ruske vlasti pomoću tajnih anketa doznale da je Rusima dosta rata u Ukrajini te da žele da se on okonča.

Nadalje, upute kažu da ruska ekonomija stoji jako dobro te da će se njezina pozicija u budućnosti čak i poboljšati.

U posljednjem segmentu, onom o "novom svjetskom poretku", Kremlj kaže da Rusija predvodi grupu zemalja koje ne pristaju na "zapadnjačku izvrsnost" te koje Zapad ne priznaju kao "vođu pravednog, demokratskog i višepolarnog svijeta".

Priručnik kaže da Putin Europi pruža priliku da se sabere te povrati subjektivnost i budućnost. Kremlj kaže da su europske zemlje tek "vazali" SAD-a te da mogu uspjeti samo ako budu blisko surađivale s Rusijom.
