Žena je umrla, a dvanaest osoba je završilo u bolnici nakon izbijanja botulizma u restoranu u Bordeauxu u Francuskoj, piše The Guardian.

Botulizam je neurološka bolest koja je najčešće uzrokovana konzumiranjem hrane koja nije bila čuvana na pravilan način.

Za stolom u restoranu su svi jeli sardine koje je vlasnik restorana spremio u staklenke.

Liječnik u bolnici Benjamin Clouzeau rekao je da je dodatnih dvanaest osoba još uvijek na liječenju. Pet ih je bilo na respiratornoj potpori. Među pacijentima su američki, irski i kanadski državljani. Njemački državljanin otputovao je kući na liječenje, kao i jedan stanovnik grada Barcelone, kazao je liječnik.

Sve oboljele osobe su jele u vinskom baru Tchin Tchin između 4. i 10. rujna, kad je u gradu, poznatom po vinu i hrani, bio velik broj turista.

Botulizam je bolest koja je smrtonosna u 5-10 posto slučajeva zbog toksina kojeg stvara bakterija Clostridium botulinum, a on se može pojaviti kad konzervirana hrana nije u dovoljnoj mjeri sterilizirana.

Pojava novih slučajeva botulizma, koji ima razdoblje inkubacije do nekoliko dana, nije isključena. Botulizam može uzrokovati paralizu mišića koja traje nekoliko tjedana, a najveća opasnost dolazi iz dišnih mišića koji su zahvaćeni bolešću.

Ugostitelj je rekao da je izbacio neke staklenke sardina zbog jakog mirisa kad ih je otvorio. Međutim, druge su "izgledale sasvim dobro i poslužene su gostima", kazao je on, piše The Guardian.

Žena je umrla, a dvanaest osoba je završilo u bolnici nakon izbijanja botulizma u restoranu u Bordeauxu u Francuskoj, piše The Guardian.

Botulizam je neurološka bolest koja je najčešće uzrokovana konzumiranjem hrane koja nije bila čuvana na pravilan način.

Za stolom u restoranu su svi jeli sardine koje je vlasnik restorana spremio u staklenke.

Liječnik u bolnici Benjamin Clouzeau rekao je da je dodatnih dvanaest osoba još uvijek na liječenju. Pet ih je bilo na respiratornoj potpori. Među pacijentima su američki, irski i kanadski državljani. Njemački državljanin otputovao je kući na liječenje, kao i jedan stanovnik grada Barcelone, kazao je liječnik.

Sve oboljele osobe su jele u vinskom baru Tchin Tchin između 4. i 10. rujna, kad je u gradu, poznatom po vinu i hrani, bio velik broj turista.

Botulizam je bolest koja je smrtonosna u 5-10 posto slučajeva zbog toksina kojeg stvara bakterija Clostridium botulinum, a on se može pojaviti kad konzervirana hrana nije u dovoljnoj mjeri sterilizirana.

Pojava novih slučajeva botulizma, koji ima razdoblje inkubacije do nekoliko dana, nije isključena. Botulizam može uzrokovati paralizu mišića koja traje nekoliko tjedana, a najveća opasnost dolazi iz dišnih mišića koji su zahvaćeni bolešću.

Ugostitelj je rekao da je izbacio neke staklenke sardina zbog jakog mirisa kad ih je otvorio. Međutim, druge su "izgledale sasvim dobro i poslužene su gostima", kazao je on, piše The Guardian.

Jedna žena umrla, 12 ljudi završilo u bolnici nakon riblje večere u omiljenom restoranu! ‘Izgledale su skroz OK...‘

Žena je umrla, a dvanaest osoba je završilo u bolnici nakon izbijanja botulizma u restoranu u Bordeauxu u Francuskoj, piše The Guardian.

Botulizam je neurološka bolest koja je najčešće uzrokovana konzumiranjem hrane koja nije bila čuvana na pravilan način.

Za stolom u restoranu su svi jeli sardine koje je vlasnik restorana spremio u staklenke.

Liječnik u bolnici Benjamin Clouzeau rekao je da je dodatnih dvanaest osoba još uvijek na liječenju. Pet ih je bilo na respiratornoj potpori. Među pacijentima su američki, irski i kanadski državljani. Njemački državljanin otputovao je kući na liječenje, kao i jedan stanovnik grada Barcelone, kazao je liječnik.

Sve oboljele osobe su jele u vinskom baru Tchin Tchin između 4. i 10. rujna, kad je u gradu, poznatom po vinu i hrani, bio velik broj turista.

Botulizam je bolest koja je smrtonosna u 5-10 posto slučajeva zbog toksina kojeg stvara bakterija Clostridium botulinum, a on se može pojaviti kad konzervirana hrana nije u dovoljnoj mjeri sterilizirana.

Pojava novih slučajeva botulizma, koji ima razdoblje inkubacije do nekoliko dana, nije isključena. Botulizam može uzrokovati paralizu mišića koja traje nekoliko tjedana, a najveća opasnost dolazi iz dišnih mišića koji su zahvaćeni bolešću.

Ugostitelj je rekao da je izbacio neke staklenke sardina zbog jakog mirisa kad ih je otvorio. Međutim, druge su "izgledale sasvim dobro i poslužene su gostima", kazao je on, piše The Guardian.
