Ove će godine pri kupovini namirnica za Uskrs štedjeti 66,5 posto hrvatskih građana, a lani ih je štedjelo 54,3 posto, pokazalo je u petak objavljeno istraživanje, koje su tijekom veljače 2022. godine proveli Ja TRGOVAC magazin i agencija Hendal.
Za nabavku namirnica za blagdansku trpezu najvećim dijelom će se trošiti od 200 do 299 kuna, koliko planira izdvojiti 20,5 posto građana. Od 400 do 499 kuna trošiti će 18,7 posto građana, a od 300 do 399 kuna njih 18,4 posto, pokazuju rezultati istraživanja.
Iznos od 500 do 599 kuna planira za UskrS potrošiti 11,9 posto ispitanika, dok će "1.000 kuna i više" kuna potrošiti 6,5 posto građana. Usporedbe radi, prošlogodišnjeg Uskrsa je njih tri posto potrošilo više od 1.000 kuna za namirnice.
Anketno istraživanje je pokazalo i da osam od deset hrvatskih građana planira napraviti tradicionalni uskrsni ručak ili doručak.
Nabavku namirnica povodom Uskrsa najveći broj naših građana koji će pripremati tradicionalni uskrsni ručak ili doručak nabavljat će u hipermarketima i velikim trgovačkim centrima, njih ukupno 63,2 posto, što je 4,1 posto više nego lani.
Svoje potrebe će iz domaće, vlastite, proizvodnje podmiriti 15,5 posto građana, što je tek nešto manje nego prošle godine, a blagi pad bilježi i planirana kupnja u malim prodavaonicama i supermarketima, gdje će kupovati 10,8 posto građana. Na tržnicama će se opskrbiti njih 8,2 posto.
Na uskrsnom stolu najčešće će se naći kuhana jaja i to kod 96,7 posto građana, a vrlo su blizu po popularnosti i mladi luk s 86,2 posto te kuhana šunka s 83,8 posto. Natpolovični udio zauzima još hren s 59,5 posto, a na polovici uskrsnih stolova naći će se i rotkvica (48,1 posto).
Na svakom trećem uskrsnom stolu bit će pinca tj. sirnica (34,8 posto) i orehnjača (29,7 posto), a na svakom četvrtom pečena svinjetina (24,8 posto). Listu zaključuju purica s mlincima i pečena janjetina, s 22,7 posto, pogača s 20,8 posto, šunka u kruhu sa 17,5 posto i sarma s 12,3 posto.
U sklopu istraživanja provedena je stratifikacija po šest regija i četiri veličine naselja uz slučajan odabir kućanstva i ispitanika unutar pojedinog kućanstva pri čemu je uzorak stanovništva uravnotežen prema spolu, dobi i obrazovnom statusu ispitanika, navodi se u priopćenju Ja TRGOVCA.

Ove će godine pri kupovini namirnica za Uskrs štedjeti 66,5 posto hrvatskih građana, a lani ih je štedjelo 54,3 posto, pokazalo je u petak objavljeno istraživanje, koje su tijekom veljače 2022. godine proveli Ja TRGOVAC magazin i agencija Hendal.
Za nabavku namirnica za blagdansku trpezu najvećim dijelom će se trošiti od 200 do 299 kuna, koliko planira izdvojiti 20,5 posto građana. Od 400 do 499 kuna trošiti će 18,7 posto građana, a od 300 do 399 kuna njih 18,4 posto, pokazuju rezultati istraživanja.
Iznos od 500 do 599 kuna planira za UskrS potrošiti 11,9 posto ispitanika, dok će "1.000 kuna i više" kuna potrošiti 6,5 posto građana. Usporedbe radi, prošlogodišnjeg Uskrsa je njih tri posto potrošilo više od 1.000 kuna za namirnice.
Anketno istraživanje je pokazalo i da osam od deset hrvatskih građana planira napraviti tradicionalni uskrsni ručak ili doručak.
Nabavku namirnica povodom Uskrsa najveći broj naših građana koji će pripremati tradicionalni uskrsni ručak ili doručak nabavljat će u hipermarketima i velikim trgovačkim centrima, njih ukupno 63,2 posto, što je 4,1 posto više nego lani.
Svoje potrebe će iz domaće, vlastite, proizvodnje podmiriti 15,5 posto građana, što je tek nešto manje nego prošle godine, a blagi pad bilježi i planirana kupnja u malim prodavaonicama i supermarketima, gdje će kupovati 10,8 posto građana. Na tržnicama će se opskrbiti njih 8,2 posto.
Na uskrsnom stolu najčešće će se naći kuhana jaja i to kod 96,7 posto građana, a vrlo su blizu po popularnosti i mladi luk s 86,2 posto te kuhana šunka s 83,8 posto. Natpolovični udio zauzima još hren s 59,5 posto, a na polovici uskrsnih stolova naći će se i rotkvica (48,1 posto).
Na svakom trećem uskrsnom stolu bit će pinca tj. sirnica (34,8 posto) i orehnjača (29,7 posto), a na svakom četvrtom pečena svinjetina (24,8 posto). Listu zaključuju purica s mlincima i pečena janjetina, s 22,7 posto, pogača s 20,8 posto, šunka u kruhu sa 17,5 posto i sarma s 12,3 posto.
U sklopu istraživanja provedena je stratifikacija po šest regija i četiri veličine naselja uz slučajan odabir kućanstva i ispitanika unutar pojedinog kućanstva pri čemu je uzorak stanovništva uravnotežen prema spolu, dobi i obrazovnom statusu ispitanika, navodi se u priopćenju Ja TRGOVCA.
