U Split su, u Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo, stigli brzi antigenski testovi uz pomoć kojih će se umnogome olakšati testiranje svih onih koji imaju indikaciju da bi mogli biti zaraženi COVID-om.

Brza testiranja obavljat će se na NZJZ-u, a u međuvremenu će se dogovoriti hoće li testovi biti distribuirani i liječnicima obiteljske medicine kako bi ih i oni mogli obavljati. Testiranja počinju idućeg tjedna.

Uz pomoć antigenskih testova oboljeli će u roku od 15 minuta znati da su pozitivni na COVID, a u slučaju negativnog testa, da bi se to potvrdilo, morat će obaviti i PCR testiranje. Brzo testiranje moći će se obaviti uz crvenu uputnicu, što znači da je besplatno. Za početak je u Split dopremljeno 4000 testova, a poslije će ih se naručivati po potrebi.

Ova informacija razveselit će splitske epidemiologe, ali i liječnike obiteljske medicine, koji muku muče da dobiju termine za testiranje pacijenata za koje sumnjaju da su zaraženi COVID-om. Splićani koji imaju simptome i koji preko svojih liječnika obiteljske medicine traže termin za testiranje budu naručeni na testiranje za sedam, osam dana.

– U ovoj situaciji ti bi brzi testovi mogli biti spasonosni za nas liječnike u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Mi pedijatri u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti posljednjih dana imamo sve više poziva zabrinutih roditelja čija djeca imaju indikaciju za testiranje na COVID-19. I oni moraju čekati sedam dana na testiranje, a cijela obitelj ne zna što dalje, hoće li potpasti pod epidemiološke mjere – rekla nam je pedijatrica dr. Snježana Kapor Jeričević. To je muka za roditelje, koji ne znaju smiju li ići na posao, a ostala djeca u školu ili u vrtić.

Samo uz uputnicu

– Brzi testovi došli su u pravo vrijeme. S obzirom na to da će vrlo brzo na vrata "pokucati" sezonska gripa, situacija u dogledno vrijeme ne može i neće biti bolja, može biti samo teža i kompliciranija. Stoga će nam od velike pomoći biti brzi testovi, uz pomoć kojih bismo dobili brzi odgovor o kojoj se bolesti radi, što bi nam uvelike olakšalo liječenje i epidemiološko postupanje – navodi dr. Kapor Jeričević.

Antigenska testiranja uvest će se jer je pritisak na testiranja, odnosno pritisak na djelatnike NZJZ-a, ogroman. Ljudi padaju s nogu, dnevno obave 1300-1400 testiranja i svi resursi NZJZ-a uključeni su u taj proces.

– Uvođenjem brzih testova želimo povećati dostupnost testiranja. Na te brze testove neće moći doći svatko, nego oni koji imaju indikacije da bi mogli biti pozitivni na koronavirus. Naravno, te će indikacije utvrditi njihovi liječnici obiteljske medicine i oni će na testiranje uz napisanu uputnicu. Za onoga koji bude pozitivan znat ćemo u kakvom je stanju i što treba dalje činiti, a onaj koji bude negativan morat će i na PCR test, koji će potvrditi ili opovrgnuti negativan nalaz brzog testa. Ako je i PCR test negativan, osoba je negativna, a ako je pozitivan, onda je osoba ipak zaražena jer je PCR test najmjerodavniji – govori dr. Diana Nonković, šefica Epidemiološke službe NZJZ-a.

O tome kolika je navala na testiranja u Splitu najbolje govori jedan podatak iz studenog.

– Tada smo samo mi epidemiolozi dnevno upućivali na testiranje između 20 i 30 osoba, a sada ih dnevno upućujemo više o 150, a gdje su još obiteljski liječnici, koji također šalju svoje pacijente na testiranja. Radimo gotovo 24 sata, bez prestanka, i ne stignemo zadovoljiti sve potrebe. Zbog toga smo uveli ovo antigensko testiranje – objašnjava dr. Nonković.

I dok se ne započne s brzim testovima, Splićani i Splićanke na razne načine pokušavaju doznati jesu li pozitivni.

Tako je bračni par iz Splita doskočio čekanju od nekoliko dana na testiranje, pa je supruga otišla na testiranje koje je platila iz svojeg džepa, a muž je ostao kod kuće. Kako su imali identične simptome, zaključili su da ne moraju oboje platiti testiranje. Nalaz supruge bio je pozitivan, te je suprug zaključio da je i on pozitivan.

Što činiti ako se pogorša: Zovite svojeg liječnika!


Svi koji sumnjaju da bi mogli biti pozitivni, a nisu došli na red za testiranje, u svojim domovima moraju biti u izolaciji od drugih i moraju nositi maske ako se "slučajno" sretnu u stanu. Također, potrebno je piti puno tekućine (čajeva) i uzimati vitamin C. Ako im se stanje pogorša, kontaktirat će obiteljskog liječnika, koji će odlučiti treba li takvom pacijentu neka dodatna terapija (antibiotik) ili će ga poslati u KBC Split. Pacijenti nikako ne smiju uzimati antibiotik sami, na svoju ruku.

U Split su, u Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo, stigli brzi antigenski testovi uz pomoć kojih će se umnogome olakšati testiranje svih onih koji imaju indikaciju da bi mogli biti zaraženi COVID-om.

Brza testiranja obavljat će se na NZJZ-u, a u međuvremenu će se dogovoriti hoće li testovi biti distribuirani i liječnicima obiteljske medicine kako bi ih i oni mogli obavljati. Testiranja počinju idućeg tjedna.

Uz pomoć antigenskih testova oboljeli će u roku od 15 minuta znati da su pozitivni na COVID, a u slučaju negativnog testa, da bi se to potvrdilo, morat će obaviti i PCR testiranje. Brzo testiranje moći će se obaviti uz crvenu uputnicu, što znači da je besplatno. Za početak je u Split dopremljeno 4000 testova, a poslije će ih se naručivati po potrebi.

Ova informacija razveselit će splitske epidemiologe, ali i liječnike obiteljske medicine, koji muku muče da dobiju termine za testiranje pacijenata za koje sumnjaju da su zaraženi COVID-om. Splićani koji imaju simptome i koji preko svojih liječnika obiteljske medicine traže termin za testiranje budu naručeni na testiranje za sedam, osam dana.

– U ovoj situaciji ti bi brzi testovi mogli biti spasonosni za nas liječnike u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Mi pedijatri u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti posljednjih dana imamo sve više poziva zabrinutih roditelja čija djeca imaju indikaciju za testiranje na COVID-19. I oni moraju čekati sedam dana na testiranje, a cijela obitelj ne zna što dalje, hoće li potpasti pod epidemiološke mjere – rekla nam je pedijatrica dr. Snježana Kapor Jeričević. To je muka za roditelje, koji ne znaju smiju li ići na posao, a ostala djeca u školu ili u vrtić.

Samo uz uputnicu

– Brzi testovi došli su u pravo vrijeme. S obzirom na to da će vrlo brzo na vrata "pokucati" sezonska gripa, situacija u dogledno vrijeme ne može i neće biti bolja, može biti samo teža i kompliciranija. Stoga će nam od velike pomoći biti brzi testovi, uz pomoć kojih bismo dobili brzi odgovor o kojoj se bolesti radi, što bi nam uvelike olakšalo liječenje i epidemiološko postupanje – navodi dr. Kapor Jeričević.

Antigenska testiranja uvest će se jer je pritisak na testiranja, odnosno pritisak na djelatnike NZJZ-a, ogroman. Ljudi padaju s nogu, dnevno obave 1300-1400 testiranja i svi resursi NZJZ-a uključeni su u taj proces.

– Uvođenjem brzih testova želimo povećati dostupnost testiranja. Na te brze testove neće moći doći svatko, nego oni koji imaju indikacije da bi mogli biti pozitivni na koronavirus. Naravno, te će indikacije utvrditi njihovi liječnici obiteljske medicine i oni će na testiranje uz napisanu uputnicu. Za onoga koji bude pozitivan znat ćemo u kakvom je stanju i što treba dalje činiti, a onaj koji bude negativan morat će i na PCR test, koji će potvrditi ili opovrgnuti negativan nalaz brzog testa. Ako je i PCR test negativan, osoba je negativna, a ako je pozitivan, onda je osoba ipak zaražena jer je PCR test najmjerodavniji – govori dr. Diana Nonković, šefica Epidemiološke službe NZJZ-a.

O tome kolika je navala na testiranja u Splitu najbolje govori jedan podatak iz studenog.

– Tada smo samo mi epidemiolozi dnevno upućivali na testiranje između 20 i 30 osoba, a sada ih dnevno upućujemo više o 150, a gdje su još obiteljski liječnici, koji također šalju svoje pacijente na testiranja. Radimo gotovo 24 sata, bez prestanka, i ne stignemo zadovoljiti sve potrebe. Zbog toga smo uveli ovo antigensko testiranje – objašnjava dr. Nonković.

I dok se ne započne s brzim testovima, Splićani i Splićanke na razne načine pokušavaju doznati jesu li pozitivni.

Tako je bračni par iz Splita doskočio čekanju od nekoliko dana na testiranje, pa je supruga otišla na testiranje koje je platila iz svojeg džepa, a muž je ostao kod kuće. Kako su imali identične simptome, zaključili su da ne moraju oboje platiti testiranje. Nalaz supruge bio je pozitivan, te je suprug zaključio da je i on pozitivan.

Što činiti ako se pogorša: Zovite svojeg liječnika!


Svi koji sumnjaju da bi mogli biti pozitivni, a nisu došli na red za testiranje, u svojim domovima moraju biti u izolaciji od drugih i moraju nositi maske ako se "slučajno" sretnu u stanu. Također, potrebno je piti puno tekućine (čajeva) i uzimati vitamin C. Ako im se stanje pogorša, kontaktirat će obiteljskog liječnika, koji će odlučiti treba li takvom pacijentu neka dodatna terapija (antibiotik) ili će ga poslati u KBC Split. Pacijenti nikako ne smiju uzimati antibiotik sami, na svoju ruku.
