Epidemija hripavca širi se Hrvatskom. Na punktovima za testiranje diljem države stvaraju se velike gužve.

"Na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je više od 270 oboljelih od Hripavca. Dnevno se ovdje na Zavodu testira 60-70 ljudi u jutarnjim satima", izvijestila je reporterka Dnevnika Nove TV Sofija Preljvukić.

Na pitanje treba li cijela obitelj u izolaciju u slučaju zaraze jednog člana, Diana Nonković, epidemiologinja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo u Splitu odgovorila je:

"Naravno da ne treba, očito da su se dogodili nekakvi šumovi u komunikaciji. Samo oboljela osoba treba biti u izolaciji i to za vrijeme dok pije svoju antibiotsku terapiju, nakon završetka svoje terapije može se vratiti uobičajenom životu."

Epidemiolozi o hripavcu: ‘Ovo se ne bilježi zadnjih 30 godina. Najgora je situacija u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji‘

"Hripavac je malo zeznuta bolest jer počne vrlo bezazleno s kataralnim simptomima, kašalj kao i svaki drugi, nekakva blaga prehladica, no kroz 14 dana se on pojačava i javljaju se tipični paroksizmi, napadaji kašlja s jednim dubokim zvučnim hripavim udahom i to onda ukazuje da se može raditi o toj bolesti", objasnila je Nonković.

Djecu treba cijepiti na vrijeme 

"Naravno da treba cijepiti što prije, treba cijepiti na vrijeme onda kada je najugroženije zdravlje. Novorođenčad i dojenčad, mala djeca i do šest mjeseci su nam najugroženija jer treba vremena. Iako se cijepe po kalendaru cijepljenja da se razvije imunološki odgovor. Ono što je veliki problem kod nas je odgađanje cijepljenja pa se to ponekad odgađa i više godina i onda se dogode situacije kada mi imamo veliki pad procijepljenosti i onda svaka bolest pa tako i pertussis može puno više cirkulirati", istaknula je epidemiologinja. 

"Nakon četiri do pet godina nakon cijepljenja počinje polako taj imunitet opadati, ali kad mi imamo dovoljan broj cijepljenih osoba onda mi ne dozvoljavamo toj pertussis bakteriji da cirkulira široko. Uvijek će biti slučajeva i uvijek ih ima, ne samo kod nas nego i u drugim zemljama koje imaju visoke cjepne obuhvate", dodala je. 

"Zato što oni sad imaju epidemiju hripavca jer ima karakteristiku da se ciklički javlja svakih nekoliko godina u obliku epidemija", rekla je Nonković, za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Ono što je vrlo optimistično je da u ovom trenutku u splitskoj bolnici nema hospitalizirane djece oboljele od ove bolesti.

Epidemija hripavca širi se Hrvatskom. Na punktovima za testiranje diljem države stvaraju se velike gužve.

"Na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je više od 270 oboljelih od Hripavca. Dnevno se ovdje na Zavodu testira 60-70 ljudi u jutarnjim satima", izvijestila je reporterka Dnevnika Nove TV Sofija Preljvukić.

Na pitanje treba li cijela obitelj u izolaciju u slučaju zaraze jednog člana, Diana Nonković, epidemiologinja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo u Splitu odgovorila je:

"Naravno da ne treba, očito da su se dogodili nekakvi šumovi u komunikaciji. Samo oboljela osoba treba biti u izolaciji i to za vrijeme dok pije svoju antibiotsku terapiju, nakon završetka svoje terapije može se vratiti uobičajenom životu."

Epidemiolozi o hripavcu: ‘Ovo se ne bilježi zadnjih 30 godina. Najgora je situacija u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji‘

"Hripavac je malo zeznuta bolest jer počne vrlo bezazleno s kataralnim simptomima, kašalj kao i svaki drugi, nekakva blaga prehladica, no kroz 14 dana se on pojačava i javljaju se tipični paroksizmi, napadaji kašlja s jednim dubokim zvučnim hripavim udahom i to onda ukazuje da se može raditi o toj bolesti", objasnila je Nonković.

Djecu treba cijepiti na vrijeme 

"Naravno da treba cijepiti što prije, treba cijepiti na vrijeme onda kada je najugroženije zdravlje. Novorođenčad i dojenčad, mala djeca i do šest mjeseci su nam najugroženija jer treba vremena. Iako se cijepe po kalendaru cijepljenja da se razvije imunološki odgovor. Ono što je veliki problem kod nas je odgađanje cijepljenja pa se to ponekad odgađa i više godina i onda se dogode situacije kada mi imamo veliki pad procijepljenosti i onda svaka bolest pa tako i pertussis može puno više cirkulirati", istaknula je epidemiologinja. 

"Nakon četiri do pet godina nakon cijepljenja počinje polako taj imunitet opadati, ali kad mi imamo dovoljan broj cijepljenih osoba onda mi ne dozvoljavamo toj pertussis bakteriji da cirkulira široko. Uvijek će biti slučajeva i uvijek ih ima, ne samo kod nas nego i u drugim zemljama koje imaju visoke cjepne obuhvate", dodala je. 

"Zato što oni sad imaju epidemiju hripavca jer ima karakteristiku da se ciklički javlja svakih nekoliko godina u obliku epidemija", rekla je Nonković, za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Ono što je vrlo optimistično je da u ovom trenutku u splitskoj bolnici nema hospitalizirane djece oboljele od ove bolesti.

Epidemija hripavca širi se Hrvatskom. Na punktovima za testiranje diljem države stvaraju se velike gužve.

"Na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je više od 270 oboljelih od Hripavca. Dnevno se ovdje na Zavodu testira 60-70 ljudi u jutarnjim satima", izvijestila je reporterka Dnevnika Nove TV Sofija Preljvukić.
