Uz takozvanu Staru dvoranu na Gripama točno nasuprot južnih ulaza, te uz prolaze kojima se dolazi do dvorana za karte s istočne strane kompleksa, osvanuo je novi mural koji je osvježio cijeli prostor.

– Istina, i tome se posebno radujemo. Naime, tehnička služba Javne ustanove Športski objekti više od desetljeća inzistira da zgrada uz dvorane tzv. Stare dvorane na Gripama, izgrađena šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća hitno treba temeljitu sanaciju, i krova pokrivenog azbestnim valovitim pokrovom i odvodnih kanala, kao i fasade.

S obzirom na to da se radilo o značajnim sredstvima u proračunu Grada i Ustanove ta sredstva su osigurana u ovoj godini. Stanje je bilo toliko loše da je uz prodore vlage prijetila ozbiljna opasnost od pada žbuke i komada fasade, te ugrozu prolaznika.

To ije trebalo napraviti prije izrade murala kako bi bio dugoročno održiv. Dakle, prvenstveno iz sigurnosnih razloga radi sprječavanja prodora vode odrađeni zahvat je realiziran. Kompletna sportska zajednica je upoznata sa svim detaljima i napravila opravdani pritisak na Ustanovu da se zidovi saniraju – kazao nam je Tomislav Borozan, ravnatelj Javne ustanove Športski objekti.

Ističe kako su u Javnoj ustanovi zaključili da bi bilo besprizorno ostaviti neoslikanu bijelu površinu, te su se odlučili za izradu novog murala. Nakon toga angažiran je vrhunski muralist.

Na novom muralu su oslikani svi glavni sportski objekti u Splitu – dvorana na Gripama, stadion u Parku mladeži, stadion na Poljudu, kao i tamošnji kompleks bazena, te teniski tereni na Firulama. Oslikana je i katedrala svetog Dujma, hrvatski barjak, te križ na Marjanu.

Uz takozvanu Staru dvoranu na Gripama točno nasuprot južnih ulaza, te uz prolaze kojima se dolazi do dvorana za karte s istočne strane kompleksa, osvanuo je novi mural koji je osvježio cijeli prostor.

– Istina, i tome se posebno radujemo. Naime, tehnička služba Javne ustanove Športski objekti više od desetljeća inzistira da zgrada uz dvorane tzv. Stare dvorane na Gripama, izgrađena šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća hitno treba temeljitu sanaciju, i krova pokrivenog azbestnim valovitim pokrovom i odvodnih kanala, kao i fasade.

S obzirom na to da se radilo o značajnim sredstvima u proračunu Grada i Ustanove ta sredstva su osigurana u ovoj godini. Stanje je bilo toliko loše da je uz prodore vlage prijetila ozbiljna opasnost od pada žbuke i komada fasade, te ugrozu prolaznika.

To ije trebalo napraviti prije izrade murala kako bi bio dugoročno održiv. Dakle, prvenstveno iz sigurnosnih razloga radi sprječavanja prodora vode odrađeni zahvat je realiziran. Kompletna sportska zajednica je upoznata sa svim detaljima i napravila opravdani pritisak na Ustanovu da se zidovi saniraju – kazao nam je Tomislav Borozan, ravnatelj Javne ustanove Športski objekti.

Ističe kako su u Javnoj ustanovi zaključili da bi bilo besprizorno ostaviti neoslikanu bijelu površinu, te su se odlučili za izradu novog murala. Nakon toga angažiran je vrhunski muralist.

Na novom muralu su oslikani svi glavni sportski objekti u Splitu – dvorana na Gripama, stadion u Parku mladeži, stadion na Poljudu, kao i tamošnji kompleks bazena, te teniski tereni na Firulama. Oslikana je i katedrala svetog Dujma, hrvatski barjak, te križ na Marjanu.

Uz takozvanu Staru dvoranu na Gripama točno nasuprot južnih ulaza, te uz prolaze kojima se dolazi do dvorana za karte s istočne strane kompleksa, osvanuo je novi mural koji je osvježio cijeli prostor.

– Istina, i tome se posebno radujemo. Naime, tehnička služba Javne ustanove Športski objekti više od desetljeća inzistira da zgrada uz dvorane tzv. Stare dvorane na Gripama, izgrađena šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća hitno treba temeljitu sanaciju, i krova pokrivenog azbestnim valovitim pokrovom i odvodnih kanala, kao i fasade.
