Brokerska tvrtka "Rheos", kako stvari stoje, trebala postati jedini posrednik za osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada Splita vrijedne otprilike 15 milijuna kuna.

Direktori gradskih firmi jučer su iz Banovine dobili dokument na potpis kojim ovlašćuju tvrtku "Rheos" da preuzme postupak sklapanja, otkazivanja i mijenjanja ugovora o osiguranju, naplati šteta i ostalim radnjama u vezi posredovanja u osiguranju.

Premda tvrtka "Rheos" ne bi trebala stvarati dodatne troškove Gradu već ubirati proviziju od osiguravajućih društava s kojima se sklapa ugovor, postavlja se pitanje zašto je odabrana baš ta tvrtka koja bi pružanjem usluga Gradu Splitu značajno povećala svoje prihode. Odgovor na to pitanje pružio je Antonio Kuzmanić, splitski dogradonačelnik i ujedno objasnio razlog zašto ovoga puta nisu koristili institute javnog natječaja ili poziva.

- Grad Split nema nikakvih troškova, a ima važeći ugovor s navedenom tvrtkom kojeg je ova administracija naslijedila od bivše. Ujedno su iskustva suradnje s navedenom tvrtkom za Grad bila dobra, stoga nije bilo nikakvog razloga da se ova ušteda Gradu ne provede kroz postojeći ugovorni odnos s tvrtkom "Rheos". Naravno da ćemo kao nova gradska vlast u budućnosti koristiti modele javnih poziva/natječaja, što ne znači da se i konzumiranjem naslijeđenih ugovora, kada je to opravdano, nećemo truditi smanjivati nepotrebne troškove Grada gdje god je to moguće - kazao je Kuzmanić.

Spomenuti dokument je u stvari "Ovlaštenje posredniku (brokeru) osiguranja", nema vremensko ograničenje i može "prestati slanjem preporučene pismene obavijesti o otkazu ovlaštenika". Posljednji potpisnik takvog dokumenta je bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, ali ne znamo tko je prvi.

Naime, pitali smo Službu pravnih poslova, zaštite i zastupanja postoji li neki napisani prijedlog uz spomenuto "ovlaštenje", kao što je ime pročelnika koji je to parafirao te tko je uopće pokrenuo proceduru suradnje s tom tvrtkom. Zanimalo nas je od kad "Rheos" radi s Gradom, je li im prethodni ugovor istekao te kako se došlo do te firme - natječajem, javnim pozivom ili prijedlogom.

Potpisani dokument na koji se Kuzmanić poziva, prema njegovim riječima, vrijedi za Banovinu, a usluga će se proširiti na osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada.

Kako doznajemo, popisuje se sve što je potrebno osigurati, a nakon toga će se raspisati javna nabava za objedinjeno osiguranje za doslovce sve što je u vlasništvu Grada. Kuzmanić je objasnio da će brokerska tvrtka analizirati rezultate ponude te pripremiti potrebnu dokumentaciju, ali je Grad taj koji će izabrati osiguravateljsku tvrtku. Kasnije će "Rheos" preuzeti suradnju s odabranim osiguravateljem, raditi na naplati šteta i svemu što je vezano uz posredovanja u osiguranju.

Osim toga, splitski zamjenik gradonačelnika je za "Slobodnu" najavio da će se u budućnosti provesti objedinjena javna nabava za gorivo, nabavku hrane za vrtiće i ostalih potrepština te za sve segmente poslovanja gdje je to moguće, od komunale do prosvjete.

Brokerska tvrtka "Rheos", kako stvari stoje, trebala postati jedini posrednik za osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada Splita vrijedne otprilike 15 milijuna kuna.

Direktori gradskih firmi jučer su iz Banovine dobili dokument na potpis kojim ovlašćuju tvrtku "Rheos" da preuzme postupak sklapanja, otkazivanja i mijenjanja ugovora o osiguranju, naplati šteta i ostalim radnjama u vezi posredovanja u osiguranju.

Premda tvrtka "Rheos" ne bi trebala stvarati dodatne troškove Gradu već ubirati proviziju od osiguravajućih društava s kojima se sklapa ugovor, postavlja se pitanje zašto je odabrana baš ta tvrtka koja bi pružanjem usluga Gradu Splitu značajno povećala svoje prihode. Odgovor na to pitanje pružio je Antonio Kuzmanić, splitski dogradonačelnik i ujedno objasnio razlog zašto ovoga puta nisu koristili institute javnog natječaja ili poziva.

- Grad Split nema nikakvih troškova, a ima važeći ugovor s navedenom tvrtkom kojeg je ova administracija naslijedila od bivše. Ujedno su iskustva suradnje s navedenom tvrtkom za Grad bila dobra, stoga nije bilo nikakvog razloga da se ova ušteda Gradu ne provede kroz postojeći ugovorni odnos s tvrtkom "Rheos". Naravno da ćemo kao nova gradska vlast u budućnosti koristiti modele javnih poziva/natječaja, što ne znači da se i konzumiranjem naslijeđenih ugovora, kada je to opravdano, nećemo truditi smanjivati nepotrebne troškove Grada gdje god je to moguće - kazao je Kuzmanić.

Spomenuti dokument je u stvari "Ovlaštenje posredniku (brokeru) osiguranja", nema vremensko ograničenje i može "prestati slanjem preporučene pismene obavijesti o otkazu ovlaštenika". Posljednji potpisnik takvog dokumenta je bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, ali ne znamo tko je prvi.

Naime, pitali smo Službu pravnih poslova, zaštite i zastupanja postoji li neki napisani prijedlog uz spomenuto "ovlaštenje", kao što je ime pročelnika koji je to parafirao te tko je uopće pokrenuo proceduru suradnje s tom tvrtkom. Zanimalo nas je od kad "Rheos" radi s Gradom, je li im prethodni ugovor istekao te kako se došlo do te firme - natječajem, javnim pozivom ili prijedlogom.

Potpisani dokument na koji se Kuzmanić poziva, prema njegovim riječima, vrijedi za Banovinu, a usluga će se proširiti na osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada.

Kako doznajemo, popisuje se sve što je potrebno osigurati, a nakon toga će se raspisati javna nabava za objedinjeno osiguranje za doslovce sve što je u vlasništvu Grada. Kuzmanić je objasnio da će brokerska tvrtka analizirati rezultate ponude te pripremiti potrebnu dokumentaciju, ali je Grad taj koji će izabrati osiguravateljsku tvrtku. Kasnije će "Rheos" preuzeti suradnju s odabranim osiguravateljem, raditi na naplati šteta i svemu što je vezano uz posredovanja u osiguranju.

Osim toga, splitski zamjenik gradonačelnika je za "Slobodnu" najavio da će se u budućnosti provesti objedinjena javna nabava za gorivo, nabavku hrane za vrtiće i ostalih potrepština te za sve segmente poslovanja gdje je to moguće, od komunale do prosvjete.

Brokerska tvrtka "Rheos", kako stvari stoje, trebala postati jedini posrednik za osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada Splita vrijedne otprilike 15 milijuna kuna.

Direktori gradskih firmi jučer su iz Banovine dobili dokument na potpis kojim ovlašćuju tvrtku "Rheos" da preuzme postupak sklapanja, otkazivanja i mijenjanja ugovora o osiguranju, naplati šteta i ostalim radnjama u vezi posredovanja u osiguranju.
