Riba i blitva, ima li boljeg spoja za lagani ručak? Čim su temperature prešle 24 stupnja, ovakve kombinacije dodatno dobivaju na cijeni, a kad uključuju ribu u obliku polpetica, ukusno, ali jednostavno jelo od pristupačnih sastojaka, sve nam još bolje zvuči. O blitvi vam nemamo puno za reći, lešajte ju s krumpirom vodeći se smjernica na koje nas stručnjaci upozoravaju, a što se tiče polpeta, samo se držite recepta. Izbor ribe prepuštamo vama, odnosno ponudi koja vas zatekne u trgovini ili na ribarnici, no natuknut ćemo vam da je ovo recept koji, zahvaljujući finim začinima i načinu pripreme, trpi i komade od kojih inače možda zazirete, a također je izvediv i s ostacima kuhane ili pečene ribe. 

Riblje polpete

Sastojci

600 g ribljih fileta
60 g krušnih mrvica
60 g brašna
60 ml jogurta
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 jaje
1 luk
svježe začinsko bilje (peršin, timijan, ružmarin)
ulje za prženje

Priprema

Riblje filete pregledajte pa uklonite sve kosti, a zatim ih usitnite vilicom ili ih ubacite u blender pa 3-4 puta stisnite gumb za pulsiranje.

Na zagrijanom ulju kratko prodinstajte nasjeckani luk, dok ne svene. Dodajte mu nasjeckano začinsko bilje pa još malo promiješajte dok začini ne zamirišu pa ugasite vatru i pustite smjesu da se malo ohladi.

Ribi dodajte smjesu s lukom, krušne mrvice, jogurt, sol i papar, sve dobro izmiješajte pa oblikujte polpetice. Ako je smjesa previše rijetka, ubacite malo brašna. 

Polpete uvaljajte u brašno, otresite višak pa ih pržite na zagrijanom ulju dok ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Riba i blitva, ima li boljeg spoja za lagani ručak? Čim su temperature prešle 24 stupnja, ovakve kombinacije dodatno dobivaju na cijeni, a kad uključuju ribu u obliku polpetica, ukusno, ali jednostavno jelo od pristupačnih sastojaka, sve nam još bolje zvuči. O blitvi vam nemamo puno za reći, lešajte ju s krumpirom vodeći se smjernica na koje nas stručnjaci upozoravaju, a što se tiče polpeta, samo se držite recepta. Izbor ribe prepuštamo vama, odnosno ponudi koja vas zatekne u trgovini ili na ribarnici, no natuknut ćemo vam da je ovo recept koji, zahvaljujući finim začinima i načinu pripreme, trpi i komade od kojih inače možda zazirete, a također je izvediv i s ostacima kuhane ili pečene ribe. 

Riblje polpete

Sastojci

600 g ribljih fileta
60 g krušnih mrvica
60 g brašna
60 ml jogurta
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 jaje
1 luk
svježe začinsko bilje (peršin, timijan, ružmarin)
ulje za prženje

Priprema

Riblje filete pregledajte pa uklonite sve kosti, a zatim ih usitnite vilicom ili ih ubacite u blender pa 3-4 puta stisnite gumb za pulsiranje.

Na zagrijanom ulju kratko prodinstajte nasjeckani luk, dok ne svene. Dodajte mu nasjeckano začinsko bilje pa još malo promiješajte dok začini ne zamirišu pa ugasite vatru i pustite smjesu da se malo ohladi.

Ribi dodajte smjesu s lukom, krušne mrvice, jogurt, sol i papar, sve dobro izmiješajte pa oblikujte polpetice. Ako je smjesa previše rijetka, ubacite malo brašna. 

Polpete uvaljajte u brašno, otresite višak pa ih pržite na zagrijanom ulju dok ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Riblje polpete za prste polizat! Lijepo su začinjene i sočne, a uz malo lešo blitve s krumpirom idealan su lagani ručak

Riba i blitva, ima li boljeg spoja za lagani ručak? Čim su temperature prešle 24 stupnja, ovakve kombinacije dodatno dobivaju na cijeni, a kad uključuju ribu u obliku polpetica, ukusno, ali jednostavno jelo od pristupačnih sastojaka, sve nam još bolje zvuči. O blitvi vam nemamo puno za reći, lešajte ju s krumpirom vodeći se smjernica na koje nas stručnjaci upozoravaju, a što se tiče polpeta, samo se držite recepta. Izbor ribe prepuštamo vama, odnosno ponudi koja vas zatekne u trgovini ili na ribarnici, no natuknut ćemo vam da je ovo recept koji, zahvaljujući finim začinima i načinu pripreme, trpi i komade od kojih inače možda zazirete, a također je izvediv i s ostacima kuhane ili pečene ribe. 

Riblje polpete

Sastojci

600 g ribljih fileta
60 g krušnih mrvica
60 g brašna
60 ml jogurta
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 jaje
1 luk
svježe začinsko bilje (peršin, timijan, ružmarin)
ulje za prženje

Priprema

Riblje filete pregledajte pa uklonite sve kosti, a zatim ih usitnite vilicom ili ih ubacite u blender pa 3-4 puta stisnite gumb za pulsiranje.

Na zagrijanom ulju kratko prodinstajte nasjeckani luk, dok ne svene. Dodajte mu nasjeckano začinsko bilje pa još malo promiješajte dok začini ne zamirišu pa ugasite vatru i pustite smjesu da se malo ohladi.

Ribi dodajte smjesu s lukom, krušne mrvice, jogurt, sol i papar, sve dobro izmiješajte pa oblikujte polpetice. Ako je smjesa previše rijetka, ubacite malo brašna. 

Polpete uvaljajte u brašno, otresite višak pa ih pržite na zagrijanom ulju dok ne uhvate lijepu boju.
