Tko zna skuhati dobar gulaš, zna puno! Zbog toga nam nikad nije dosta savjeta za još bolju pripremu tog omiljenog jela, a jedan jednostavan potez pri samom kraju njegove pripreme dobro je poznat iskusnim kuharima.

Riječ je o starinskom triku za gušće i krepkije jelo, a za njega su vam potrebni samo malo brašna i vode...

Gulaš na starinski način

Sastojci:

1 kg junetine ili govedine
700 g luka
200 ml umaka od rajčice
200 ml vina
200 ml vode
2 krumpira
2 mrkve
2 lovorova lista
1 paprika (po želji)
2 žlice masti
2 žličice brašna
1 žličica ljute paprike
sol, papar

Priprema:

U loncu rastopite mast, dodajte joj nasjeckani luk pa pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne počne dobivati boju. Bitno je dugo dinstati luk uz pažljivo miješanje da ne zagori.

Zatim dodajte meso nasjeckano na malo veće kockice, sitno nasjeckanu mrkvu i papriku ako je koristite, vino, vodu, umak od rajčice i začine. Pustite da se kuha, povremeno promiješajte i po potrebi dodajte vode. Nakon otprilike sat vremena dodajte i krumpir narezan na kockice.

Nakon otprilike pola sata probajte je li meso dovoljno mekano, ako je vrijeme je za dodati gulašu smjesu od brašna i malo vode - dobro je promiješajte u šalici pa je uz miješanje ulijte u lonac. Prokuhajte par minuta pa maknite s vatre.

Izvadite lovorov list i poslužite.

Tko zna skuhati dobar gulaš, zna puno! Zbog toga nam nikad nije dosta savjeta za još bolju pripremu tog omiljenog jela, a jedan jednostavan potez pri samom kraju njegove pripreme dobro je poznat iskusnim kuharima.

Riječ je o starinskom triku za gušće i krepkije jelo, a za njega su vam potrebni samo malo brašna i vode...

Gulaš na starinski način

Sastojci:

1 kg junetine ili govedine
700 g luka
200 ml umaka od rajčice
200 ml vina
200 ml vode
2 krumpira
2 mrkve
2 lovorova lista
1 paprika (po želji)
2 žlice masti
2 žličice brašna
1 žličica ljute paprike
sol, papar

Priprema:

U loncu rastopite mast, dodajte joj nasjeckani luk pa pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne počne dobivati boju. Bitno je dugo dinstati luk uz pažljivo miješanje da ne zagori.

Zatim dodajte meso nasjeckano na malo veće kockice, sitno nasjeckanu mrkvu i papriku ako je koristite, vino, vodu, umak od rajčice i začine. Pustite da se kuha, povremeno promiješajte i po potrebi dodajte vode. Nakon otprilike sat vremena dodajte i krumpir narezan na kockice.

Nakon otprilike pola sata probajte je li meso dovoljno mekano, ako je vrijeme je za dodati gulašu smjesu od brašna i malo vode - dobro je promiješajte u šalici pa je uz miješanje ulijte u lonac. Prokuhajte par minuta pa maknite s vatre.

Izvadite lovorov list i poslužite.

Tko zna skuhati dobar gulaš, zna puno! Zbog toga nam nikad nije dosta savjeta za još bolju pripremu tog omiljenog jela, a jedan jednostavan potez pri samom kraju njegove pripreme dobro je poznat iskusnim kuharima.

Riječ je o starinskom triku za gušće i krepkije jelo, a za njega su vam potrebni samo malo brašna i vode...

Gulaš na starinski način

Sastojci:

1 kg junetine ili govedine
700 g luka
200 ml umaka od rajčice
200 ml vina
200 ml vode
2 krumpira
2 mrkve
2 lovorova lista
1 paprika (po želji)
2 žlice masti
2 žličice brašna
1 žličica ljute paprike
sol, papar

Priprema:

U loncu rastopite mast, dodajte joj nasjeckani luk pa pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne počne dobivati boju. Bitno je dugo dinstati luk uz pažljivo miješanje da ne zagori.

Zatim dodajte meso nasjeckano na malo veće kockice, sitno nasjeckanu mrkvu i papriku ako je koristite, vino, vodu, umak od rajčice i začine. Pustite da se kuha, povremeno promiješajte i po potrebi dodajte vode. Nakon otprilike sat vremena dodajte i krumpir narezan na kockice.

Nakon otprilike pola sata probajte je li meso dovoljno mekano, ako je vrijeme je za dodati gulašu smjesu od brašna i malo vode - dobro je promiješajte u šalici pa je uz miješanje ulijte u lonac. Prokuhajte par minuta pa maknite s vatre.

Izvadite lovorov list i poslužite.
