Pivski gulaš

Sastojci:

500 g junetine
250 g slanine
500 ml piva
5 glavica luka
2 režnja češnjaka
1 žlica brašna
1 žličica soli
1 žličica nasjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice papra
sok i kora od 1 limuna

Priprema:

Junetinu i slaninu narežite na kockice, luk i češnjak usitnite. Zagrijte maslac, na njemu prepržite slaninu pa joj dodajte luk i češnjak i dinstajte 2-3 minute. Uklonite iz posude pa ubacite meso.

Nakon što je meso dobilo boju, vratite luk, češnjak i slaninu, sklonite s vatre i dodajte brašno pa dobro promiješajte. Ulijte pivo, dodajte sol i papar pa kuhajte na laganoj vatri 2 sata.

U gotovo dodajte peršin te koru i sok od limuna. Promiješajte i poslužite uz tostirani kruh.

Pivski gulaš

Sastojci:

500 g junetine
250 g slanine
500 ml piva
5 glavica luka
2 režnja češnjaka
1 žlica brašna
1 žličica soli
1 žličica nasjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice papra
sok i kora od 1 limuna

Priprema:

Junetinu i slaninu narežite na kockice, luk i češnjak usitnite. Zagrijte maslac, na njemu prepržite slaninu pa joj dodajte luk i češnjak i dinstajte 2-3 minute. Uklonite iz posude pa ubacite meso.

Nakon što je meso dobilo boju, vratite luk, češnjak i slaninu, sklonite s vatre i dodajte brašno pa dobro promiješajte. Ulijte pivo, dodajte sol i papar pa kuhajte na laganoj vatri 2 sata.

U gotovo dodajte peršin te koru i sok od limuna. Promiješajte i poslužite uz tostirani kruh.

Pivski gulaš

Sastojci:

500 g junetine
250 g slanine
500 ml piva
5 glavica luka
2 režnja češnjaka
1 žlica brašna
1 žličica soli
1 žličica nasjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice papra
sok i kora od 1 limuna

Priprema:

Junetinu i slaninu narežite na kockice, luk i češnjak usitnite. Zagrijte maslac, na njemu prepržite slaninu pa joj dodajte luk i češnjak i dinstajte 2-3 minute. Uklonite iz posude pa ubacite meso.

Nakon što je meso dobilo boju, vratite luk, češnjak i slaninu,...
