Iako je korona puno toga prikratila kulturi, pa i u Splitu, kultura i u otežanim okolnostima ne miruje. Nastoji koliko-toliko stvoriti privid normale ili novog kulturnog.
Tako je pred nas došla i novogodišnja izložba u splitskoj Sveučilišnoj galeriji Vasko Lipovac, u "druženju“ s 23 slikarice i pet kiparica. Naime, od četvrtka će se u galeriji moći pogledati postav naslovljen "Žensko pitanje i(li) rukopis", galerije Brešan.
Izložba "Žensko pitanje i(li) rukopis?“ bavi se isključivo ženama, njihovim likovnim preokupacijama i njihovim stvaralaštvom, a kroz slike i kipove dvadeset osam hrvatskih umjetnica.
Dakle ovoga su puta u điru isključivo žene, sa slikama koje nastoje reprezentirati njihovu svakodnevicu, zaokupljenost, angažman, brige, razbibrige…, ali i otvoriti neka problemska pitanja statusa u društvu pa i ravnopravnosti u kulturnoj raspodjeli, odnosno njihovoj inferiornosti kad je likovna scena u pitanju.
S obzirom na to da se uvijek skrivamo iza brojaka i statistika, produkcija akademski obrazovanih umjetnica u nas prevagu debelo nosi ljepšem spolu, no muškarci ipak kolo vode, oni su na cijeni, daje im se veći publicitet…
Svega će se toga dotaknuti, pa i nekih bjelosvjetskih iskustava, koja nisu nimalo različita, u zanimljivom predgovoru uvažena zagrebačka novinarka Davorka Vukov-Colić, koja je godinama svjedočila diplomatskim pregnućima Hrvatske. Kurator izložbe je splitski novinar Igor Brešan, a sama izložba poduprta je od Sveučilišta u Splitu.
Uvijek ostaje - ali...
"Tržište umjetnina u nas je odavna na respiratoru, ali i bez njega kao lakmusa ostaju ona ista pitanja koja se i na primjeru umjetnica svode na to koliko je žena u suvremenom društvu doista istinski, iskreno i suštinski ravnopravna i oslobođena, bez obzira na sve kvote, sve deklaracije, sve Marakeške i Istanbulske konvencije.
Što su u samoj likovnosti značila i znače uvjerenja o muškoj i ženskoj raspodjeli rada, zanimanja i poslova? U vrijeme Slave Raškaj, Anke Krizmanić i Naste Rojc, akademsko likovno obrazovanje bilo je iznimno dostupno tek pokojoj djevojci iz bogatih i plemenitaških obitelji, a danas je ono doista demokratizirano.
Forma je, dakle, debelo i više nego debelo zadovoljena, svaki od likovnih centara u Hrvatskoj godišnje promovira barem šest likovnih pedagoginja, slikarica, grafičarki, fotografkinja, videoumjetnica i skulptorica. I nije da nisu zapažene.
Na zadnjem Bijenalu slikarstva HDLU-a u zagrebačkom Domu hrvatskih likovnih umjetnika, jedna je naša likovna kritičarka istaknula pet mladih nada za praćenje, od koji su svih pet bile žene. Da, ali …“ zapisat će u predgovoru Vukov-Colić.
Bilo kako bilo, okupacija žena u prestižnoj splitskoj galeriji vjerojatno neće stvari pomaknuti nabolje, ali će barem problem, pa time i empatiju, učiniti bližima, otvoriti nam oči i stvari učiniti mogućima za prevrat.
Po starom dobrom običaju Brešanovih, svaka je od ovako koncipiranih likovnih prigoda posvećena nekome od splitskih umjetnika i umjetnica, na koje smo nebrigom, površnošću, prešućivanjem, kvalifikacijom... zaboravili.
Ovoga puta slikarica koja među živim umjetnicama živi svojim slikama je Milka Krstulović (1951. - 2004.), Stančićeva učenica, diplomom i obiteljskim podukom kćerka velikog hrvatskog kipara Andrije Krstulovića. Izložba ostaje otvorena do 17. siječnja 2021.

Iako je korona puno toga prikratila kulturi, pa i u Splitu, kultura i u otežanim okolnostima ne miruje. Nastoji koliko-toliko stvoriti privid normale ili novog kulturnog.
Tako je pred nas došla i novogodišnja izložba u splitskoj Sveučilišnoj galeriji Vasko Lipovac, u "druženju“ s 23 slikarice i pet kiparica. Naime, od četvrtka će se u galeriji moći pogledati postav naslovljen "Žensko pitanje i(li) rukopis", galerije Brešan.
Izložba "Žensko pitanje i(li) rukopis?“ bavi se isključivo ženama, njihovim likovnim preokupacijama i njihovim stvaralaštvom, a kroz slike i kipove dvadeset osam hrvatskih umjetnica.
Dakle ovoga su puta u điru isključivo žene, sa slikama koje nastoje reprezentirati njihovu svakodnevicu, zaokupljenost, angažman, brige, razbibrige…, ali i otvoriti neka problemska pitanja statusa u društvu pa i ravnopravnosti u kulturnoj raspodjeli, odnosno njihovoj inferiornosti kad je likovna scena u pitanju.
S obzirom na to da se uvijek skrivamo iza brojaka i statistika, produkcija akademski obrazovanih umjetnica u nas prevagu debelo nosi ljepšem spolu, no muškarci ipak kolo vode, oni su na cijeni, daje im se veći publicitet…
Svega će se toga dotaknuti, pa i nekih bjelosvjetskih iskustava, koja nisu nimalo različita, u zanimljivom predgovoru uvažena zagrebačka novinarka Davorka Vukov-Colić, koja je godinama svjedočila diplomatskim pregnućima Hrvatske. Kurator izložbe je splitski novinar Igor Brešan, a sama izložba poduprta je od Sveučilišta u Splitu.
Uvijek ostaje - ali...
"Tržište umjetnina u nas je odavna na respiratoru, ali i bez njega kao lakmusa ostaju ona ista pitanja koja se i na primjeru umjetnica svode na to koliko je žena u suvremenom društvu doista istinski, iskreno i suštinski ravnopravna i oslobođena, bez obzira na sve kvote, sve deklaracije, sve Marakeške i Istanbulske konvencije.
Što su u samoj likovnosti značila i znače uvjerenja o muškoj i ženskoj raspodjeli rada, zanimanja i poslova? U vrijeme Slave Raškaj, Anke Krizmanić i Naste Rojc, akademsko likovno obrazovanje bilo je iznimno dostupno tek pokojoj djevojci iz bogatih i plemenitaških obitelji, a danas je ono doista demokratizirano.
Forma je, dakle, debelo i više nego debelo zadovoljena, svaki od likovnih centara u Hrvatskoj godišnje promovira barem šest likovnih pedagoginja, slikarica, grafičarki, fotografkinja, videoumjetnica i skulptorica. I nije da nisu zapažene.
Na zadnjem Bijenalu slikarstva HDLU-a u zagrebačkom Domu hrvatskih likovnih umjetnika, jedna je naša likovna kritičarka istaknula pet mladih nada za praćenje, od koji su svih pet bile žene. Da, ali …“ zapisat će u predgovoru Vukov-Colić.
Bilo kako bilo, okupacija žena u prestižnoj splitskoj galeriji vjerojatno neće stvari pomaknuti nabolje, ali će barem problem, pa time i empatiju, učiniti bližima, otvoriti nam oči i stvari učiniti mogućima za prevrat.
Po starom dobrom običaju Brešanovih, svaka je od ovako koncipiranih likovnih prigoda posvećena nekome od splitskih umjetnika i umjetnica, na koje smo nebrigom, površnošću, prešućivanjem, kvalifikacijom... zaboravili.
Ovoga puta slikarica koja među živim umjetnicama živi svojim slikama je Milka Krstulović (1951. - 2004.), Stančićeva učenica, diplomom i obiteljskim podukom kćerka velikog hrvatskog kipara Andrije Krstulovića. Izložba ostaje otvorena do 17. siječnja 2021.
