Fashionistice koje se očajnički žele dočepati ‘Birkinice‘ tuže Hermès u Kaliforniji jer im tvrtka ne želi prodati kultnu torbu ako prije toga ne kupe druge luksuzne proizvode.
U skupnoj tužbi se tvrdi da potencijalni kupci moraju potrošiti desetke tisuća dolara na šalove, cipele i remenje samo da bi dobili priliku da kupe jednu od najtraženijih torbica na svijetu.
Jedna od tužiteljica, Tina Cavalleri, kaže da se raspitivala o kupnji jedne od željenih torbi od francuske tvrtke 2022. godine.
"Rečeno joj je da posebne torbe idu ‘klijentima koji su dosljedno podržavali naše poslovanje‘", stoji u tužbi.
Drugi tužitelj Mark Glinoga pokušao je kupiti Birkin torbu prošle godine, "ali su ga prodajni suradnici tuženika savjetovali da kupi druge proizvode kako bi potencijalno nabavio Birkin torbu".
Krajnje ograničeno izdanje ručno izrađene kožne torbice, inspirirano pokojnom francusko-britanskom glumicom Jane Birkin, postalo je sinonim za luksuz i ekskluzivnost, s cijenom koja se kreće od 10.000 dolara do više od milijun dolara.
Omiljene među poznatima i slavnima, uključujući Khloe Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez i Victoriju Beckham, torbe nisu izložene i ne mogu se naručiti online.
"Većini kupaca nikada neće biti pokazana Birkinica u (nekoj) Hermes maloprodajnoj trgovini. Obično će biti pokazana samo onim klijentima koji se smatraju vrijednima kupnje (u privatnoj prostoriji)", stoji u tužbi.
"Odabrani kupac dobit će priliku kupiti određenu Birkin torbicu koja mu je pokazana. Ne postoji način da naručite torbu u stilu, veličini, boji i koži koje kupac želi."
U tužbi, koja traži neodređenu odštetu, kaže se da prodajni suradnici ne dobivaju proviziju na Birkin torbu, ali dobivaju tri posto na prodaju drugih Hermesovih predmeta.
"Oni su dobili upute da koriste Birkin torbice kao način da primoraju kupce na kupnju pratećih proizvoda", stoji u tužbi.
U tužbi, u kojoj se pozivaju i drugi da se pridruže, navodi se da je ova praksa u suprotnosti s antimonopolskim zakonima jer umjetno napuhuje stvarnu cijenu proizvoda.

Fashionistice koje se očajnički žele dočepati ‘Birkinice‘ tuže Hermès u Kaliforniji jer im tvrtka ne želi prodati kultnu torbu ako prije toga ne kupe druge luksuzne proizvode.
U skupnoj tužbi se tvrdi da potencijalni kupci moraju potrošiti desetke tisuća dolara na šalove, cipele i remenje samo da bi dobili priliku da kupe jednu od najtraženijih torbica na svijetu.
Jedna od tužiteljica, Tina Cavalleri, kaže da se raspitivala o kupnji jedne od željenih torbi od francuske tvrtke 2022. godine.
"Rečeno joj je da posebne torbe idu ‘klijentima koji su dosljedno podržavali naše poslovanje‘", stoji u tužbi.
Drugi tužitelj Mark Glinoga pokušao je kupiti Birkin torbu prošle godine, "ali su ga prodajni suradnici tuženika savjetovali da kupi druge proizvode kako bi potencijalno nabavio Birkin torbu".
Krajnje ograničeno izdanje ručno izrađene kožne torbice, inspirirano pokojnom francusko-britanskom glumicom Jane Birkin, postalo je sinonim za luksuz i ekskluzivnost, s cijenom koja se kreće od 10.000 dolara do više od milijun dolara.
Omiljene među poznatima i slavnima, uključujući Khloe Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez i Victoriju Beckham, torbe nisu izložene i ne mogu se naručiti online.
"Većini kupaca nikada neće biti pokazana Birkinica u (nekoj) Hermes maloprodajnoj trgovini. Obično će biti pokazana samo onim klijentima koji se smatraju vrijednima kupnje (u privatnoj prostoriji)", stoji u tužbi.
"Odabrani kupac dobit će priliku kupiti određenu Birkin torbicu koja mu je pokazana. Ne postoji način da naručite torbu u stilu, veličini, boji i koži koje kupac želi."
U tužbi, koja traži neodređenu odštetu, kaže se da prodajni suradnici ne dobivaju proviziju na Birkin torbu, ali dobivaju tri posto na prodaju drugih Hermesovih predmeta.
"Oni su dobili upute da koriste Birkin torbice kao način da primoraju kupce na kupnju pratećih proizvoda", stoji u tužbi.
U tužbi, u kojoj se pozivaju i drugi da se pridruže, navodi se da je ova praksa u suprotnosti s antimonopolskim zakonima jer umjetno napuhuje stvarnu cijenu proizvoda.
