Ukrajina već duže vrijeme traži napredno naoružanje uz topništvo koje trenutačno ima na raspolaganju, a koje uključuje projektile kojima bi mogli potisnuti rusku mornaricu dalje od ukrajinskih crnomorskih luka, što bi ponovo omogućilo isporuka žitarica i drugih poljoprivrednih proizvoda diljem svijeta. I to će sad dobiti.

Američki ministar obrane Lloyd Austin potvrdio je, nakon sastanka održanog radi koordinacije slanja naoružanja Ukrajini, da će 20 zemalja poslati nove vojne pakete oružja ukrajinskoj vojsci. "Posebno sam zahvalan Danskoj, koja je objavila da će osigurati projektile Harpoon kako bi pomogli Ukrajini u obrani svoje obale", rekao je Austin. Raketne baterije danske vojske RGM-84L-4 Harpoon Block II sposobne su same gađati brodove na moru, kao i ciljeve u luci i na kopnu, a domet im je preko 300 kilometara.

Osim što bi ovi projektili mogli ponovo deblokirati koridore i uspostaviti transport žita, oni također mogu ugroziti logističko središte Crnomorske flote u Sevastopolju, otežavši Rusiji ponovno naoružavanje nakon raketnih udara na kopnene ciljeve u Ukrajini.

Austin je osim danske donacije Harpoona istaknuo i da je Češka poslala "znatnu pomoć Kijevu", koja uključuje i "jurišne helikoptere, tenkove i raketne sustave".

Do sada su američki dužnosnici tumačili da su zapreka slanju snažnijeg oružja većeg dometa u Ukrajinu - dugotrajna obuka, kao i činjenica da je dostupnost platformi za lansiranje Harpoona s obale ograničena. Isto tako, nije im bilo svejedno ako bi ovo sofisticirano oružje palo u ruke Rusima. No, odluka je ipak donesena, oružje će se slati preko europskih saveznika koji posjeduju te projektile. Osim Harpoona, koje proizvodi Boeing, u razmatranju za slanje u Ukrajinu su još i Naval Strike projektili, koje proizvodi Kongsberg and Raytheon Technologies. Naval Strike može se lansirati s ukrajinske obale i ima domet od 250 kilometara. Među zemljama koje su najavile nove kontingente oružja su Italija, Danska, Grčka, Norveška i Poljska.

Harpoon projektili mogu se ispaljivati iz zraka, s ratnih brodova, obale i podmornica po svim vremenskim uvjetima. Raketa se može usporediti s francuskim projektilom Exocet, švedskim RBS-15, ruskim Kh-35, kineskim C-802 te britanskim projektilom Sea Eagle.

Još u travnju je ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski pozvao Portugal da ukrajinskoj vojsci dostavi projektile Harpoon. Prema informacijama Centra za obrambene strategije, ukrajinskog think-tanka, u moru se nalazi šest ruskih brodova Crnomorske flote i dvije podmornice.

Mediji u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu pak pišu kako Boris Johnson razgovara sa saveznicima o slanju britanskih ratnih brodova u Crno more koji bi osiguravali zaštitni koridor za izvor žita od Odese preko Bospora. Strahuje se da vrijeme ističe te da je zadnji trenutak da se spriječila svjetska kriza s hranom.

Ukrajina ima milijune tona žitarica u svojim silosima i za pet do šest tjedana će se požnjeti novo žito, ali neće biti skladišnog prostora. Nemogućnost izvoza ukrajinskih zaliha podigla je svjetske cijene hrane, a siromašne zemlje se boje gladi.

Odobreno 40 milijardi dolara pomoći

Prošlog tjedna američki predsjednik Joe Biden potpisao je zakon kojim se osigurava 40 milijarda dolara za ratnu pomoć Ukrajini. Od toga je 6 milijarda namijenjeno opremanju Ukrajine oklopnim vozilima i jačanju protuzračne obrane, a gotovo 9 milijarda osiguravanju “kontinuiteta ukrajinskih demokratskih institucija”.

Ukrajina već duže vrijeme traži napredno naoružanje uz topništvo koje trenutačno ima na raspolaganju, a koje uključuje projektile kojima bi mogli potisnuti rusku mornaricu dalje od ukrajinskih crnomorskih luka, što bi ponovo omogućilo isporuka žitarica i drugih poljoprivrednih proizvoda diljem svijeta. I to će sad dobiti.

Američki ministar obrane Lloyd Austin potvrdio je, nakon sastanka održanog radi koordinacije slanja naoružanja Ukrajini, da će 20 zemalja poslati nove vojne pakete oružja ukrajinskoj vojsci. "Posebno sam zahvalan Danskoj, koja je objavila da će osigurati projektile Harpoon kako bi pomogli Ukrajini u obrani svoje obale", rekao je Austin. Raketne baterije danske vojske RGM-84L-4 Harpoon Block II sposobne su same gađati brodove na moru, kao i ciljeve u luci i na kopnu, a domet im je preko 300 kilometara.

Osim što bi ovi projektili mogli ponovo deblokirati koridore i uspostaviti transport žita, oni također mogu ugroziti logističko središte Crnomorske flote u Sevastopolju, otežavši Rusiji ponovno naoružavanje nakon raketnih udara na kopnene ciljeve u Ukrajini.

Austin je osim danske donacije Harpoona istaknuo i da je Češka poslala "znatnu pomoć Kijevu", koja uključuje i "jurišne helikoptere, tenkove i raketne sustave".

Do sada su američki dužnosnici tumačili da su zapreka slanju snažnijeg oružja većeg dometa u Ukrajinu - dugotrajna obuka, kao i činjenica da je dostupnost platformi za lansiranje Harpoona s obale ograničena. Isto tako, nije im bilo svejedno ako bi ovo sofisticirano oružje palo u ruke Rusima. No, odluka je ipak donesena, oružje će se slati preko europskih saveznika koji posjeduju te projektile. Osim Harpoona, koje proizvodi Boeing, u razmatranju za slanje u Ukrajinu su još i Naval Strike projektili, koje proizvodi Kongsberg and Raytheon Technologies. Naval Strike može se lansirati s ukrajinske obale i ima domet od 250 kilometara. Među zemljama koje su najavile nove kontingente oružja su Italija, Danska, Grčka, Norveška i Poljska.

Harpoon projektili mogu se ispaljivati iz zraka, s ratnih brodova, obale i podmornica po svim vremenskim uvjetima. Raketa se može usporediti s francuskim projektilom Exocet, švedskim RBS-15, ruskim Kh-35, kineskim C-802 te britanskim projektilom Sea Eagle.

Još u travnju je ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski pozvao Portugal da ukrajinskoj vojsci dostavi projektile Harpoon. Prema informacijama Centra za obrambene strategije, ukrajinskog think-tanka, u moru se nalazi šest ruskih brodova Crnomorske flote i dvije podmornice.

Mediji u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu pak pišu kako Boris Johnson razgovara sa saveznicima o slanju britanskih ratnih brodova u Crno more koji bi osiguravali zaštitni koridor za izvor žita od Odese preko Bospora. Strahuje se da vrijeme ističe te da je zadnji trenutak da se spriječila svjetska kriza s hranom.

Ukrajina ima milijune tona žitarica u svojim silosima i za pet do šest tjedana će se požnjeti novo žito, ali neće biti skladišnog prostora. Nemogućnost izvoza ukrajinskih zaliha podigla je svjetske cijene hrane, a siromašne zemlje se boje gladi.

Odobreno 40 milijardi dolara pomoći

Prošlog tjedna američki predsjednik Joe Biden potpisao je zakon kojim se osigurava 40 milijarda dolara za ratnu pomoć Ukrajini. Od toga je 6 milijarda namijenjeno opremanju Ukrajine oklopnim vozilima i jačanju protuzračne obrane, a gotovo 9 milijarda osiguravanju “kontinuiteta ukrajinskih demokratskih institucija”.
