Da je rat prilika za brzo bogaćenje, prodaju oružja i vojne opreme, baš kao i humanitarne pomoći, barem Hrvati dobro pamte i znaju. Zato nas i ne bi trebalo čuditi što je Volodimir Zelenski usred rata i očekivanja nove ruske ofenzive smijenio ministra obrane Oleksija Reznikova zbog korupcijskog skandala.

Ukrajinska Pravda objavila je kako će stranka ukrajinskog predsjednika ‘Sluga naroda‘, koja je ujedno i najveća ukrajinska stranka, glasati za smjenu Oleksija Reznikova na sljedećoj sjednici parlamenta. Poznat je i novi ukrajinski ministar rata, 37-godišnji vojni obavještajac i veteran blizak Zelenskom, Kirilo Budanov.

Budanov se bori s Rusima i proruskim separatistima u regiji Donbas još od 2014. godine. Bio je dvaput ranjen u tim borbama puno prije otpočinjanja Putinove invazije, prvi put 2015. i drugi put 2016., obavljajući tajne misije u okviru ukrajinskih specijalnih snaga.  Put Kirila Budanova do jednog od najmlađih generala u povijesti Ukrajine krenuo je zapravo nakon što je 2016. potpukovnik ruske Federalne službe sigurnosti (FSB-a) ubijen na Krimu. Navodno je Budanov bio jedan od agenata koji su vodili i odradili tu specijalnu operaciju duboko u neprijateljskom teritoriju, a za što je kasnije odlikovan najvišim odličjem za hrabrost.

Do danas je nekoliko puta bio blizu smrti u brojnim pokušajima atentata, s obzirom na svoju funkciju šefa vojne obavještajne službe i bliskost s državnim poglavarem. Bomba postavljena pod njegovo auto 2019. je prerano detonirala, te je još desetak puta osujećeno njegovo smaknuće, objavio je Washington Post. Kako je davno označen jednom od najpoželjnijih meta Moskve, živi krajnje konspirativnim životom u svom uredu i skloništima, rijetko se pojavljuje u javnosti, a u prostorijama u kojima boravi navodno danonoćno svira klasična glazba, što je stari ‘lijek‘ protiv prisluškivanja.

Budanov nije Rusiji zanimljiv samo zbog svoje dosadašnje biografije, nego i radi svojega vrlo pronicljivog analitičkog rada: jedan je među rijetkim Ukrajincima koji je još u studenome 2021. precizno predvidio i prirodu i termin sveopće ruske invazije. Navodno stoji i iza niza taktičkih lukavstava i obrambenih odluka koje su spriječile brzo rusko napredovanje, poput zaustavljanja dugačke kolone koja je sa sjevera nadirala prema Kijevu, ili gađanja ruskih opskrbnih brodova kopnenim raketama.

U nedavnom javnom istupu za Washington Post Budanov je procijenio kako je Vladimir Putin naredio zauzimanje cijelog teritorija Donbasa do konca ožujka. Kazao je da zato očekuje ‘vrlo aktivne događaje‘ u veljači i ožujku oko Donjecka i Luhanska, a istodobno je prognozirao i da ponovna ofenziva ruskih snaga iz pravca Bjelorusije nije puno vjerojatna.

Kao novi čelnik ministarstva obrane sad će imati priliku graditi sveobuhvatni plan otpora novoj ruskoj navalnoj epizodi, kao i nadgledati implementaciju novih sustava naoružanja u ukrajinske oružane snage, ako stignu na vrijeme. Kirilo Budanov je ranije najavljivao i vraćanje Krima pod ukrajinsku kontrolu do kraja ljeta, no jasno je kako to do daljnjega ostaje plan na dugom štapu. Premda ima itekakve logike u njegovoj priči da će se tamo gdje je sve počelo rat na koncu i završiti.

Budanov spada u one koji su uvjereni da se Vladimir Putin nikad neće usuditi posegnuti za nuklearnim oružjem, čak ni u slučaju više nego izglednog gubitka Krima. Po njemu je riječ samo o providnoj taktici zastrašivanja Ukrajine i svijeta, jer od Rusije se, smatra, "može očekivati puno toga, ali ne i čisti idiotizam". 

Osim što je autor niza obavještajnih teza o tome kako je Putin terminalno bolestan od raka i da ga u javnosti fingira čitav niz dvojnika, budući ukrajinski ministar obrane stalno javno upozorava Kremlj na opasnosti od neprijatelja u vlastitim redovima, pothranjujući svjesno moskovske paranoje te dvorska nepovjerenja i intrige.

"Postoje ljudi s kojima je vrlo lako raditi na tom teritoriju i koji razumiju da Rusija treba biti drugačija", zna otvoreno govoriti Budanov.  S obzirom na neke akcije u neprijateljskoj pozadini, poput smaknuća kćeri Putinova gurua Aleksandra Dugina automobilskom bombom ili niza misterioznih napada na ruske zračne baze oko Saratova, ne bi se baš reklo da ukrajiinski obavještajac uvijek jeftino blefira.

Da je rat prilika za brzo bogaćenje, prodaju oružja i vojne opreme, baš kao i humanitarne pomoći, barem Hrvati dobro pamte i znaju. Zato nas i ne bi trebalo čuditi što je Volodimir Zelenski usred rata i očekivanja nove ruske ofenzive smijenio ministra obrane Oleksija Reznikova zbog korupcijskog skandala.

Ukrajinska Pravda objavila je kako će stranka ukrajinskog predsjednika ‘Sluga naroda‘, koja je ujedno i najveća ukrajinska stranka, glasati za smjenu Oleksija Reznikova na sljedećoj sjednici parlamenta. Poznat je i novi ukrajinski ministar rata, 37-godišnji vojni obavještajac i veteran blizak Zelenskom, Kirilo Budanov.

Budanov se bori s Rusima i proruskim separatistima u regiji Donbas još od 2014. godine. Bio je dvaput ranjen u tim borbama puno prije otpočinjanja Putinove invazije, prvi put 2015. i drugi put 2016., obavljajući tajne misije u okviru ukrajinskih specijalnih snaga.  Put Kirila Budanova do jednog od najmlađih generala u povijesti Ukrajine krenuo je zapravo nakon što je 2016. potpukovnik ruske Federalne službe sigurnosti (FSB-a) ubijen na Krimu. Navodno je Budanov bio jedan od agenata koji su vodili i odradili tu specijalnu operaciju duboko u neprijateljskom teritoriju, a za što je kasnije odlikovan najvišim odličjem za hrabrost.

Do danas je nekoliko puta bio blizu smrti u brojnim pokušajima atentata, s obzirom na svoju funkciju šefa vojne obavještajne službe i bliskost s državnim poglavarem. Bomba postavljena pod njegovo auto 2019. je prerano detonirala, te je još desetak puta osujećeno njegovo smaknuće, objavio je Washington Post. Kako je davno označen jednom od najpoželjnijih meta Moskve, živi krajnje konspirativnim životom u svom uredu i skloništima, rijetko se pojavljuje u javnosti, a u prostorijama u kojima boravi navodno danonoćno svira klasična glazba, što je stari ‘lijek‘ protiv prisluškivanja.

Budanov nije Rusiji zanimljiv samo zbog svoje dosadašnje biografije, nego i radi svojega vrlo pronicljivog analitičkog rada: jedan je među rijetkim Ukrajincima koji je još u studenome 2021. precizno predvidio i prirodu i termin sveopće ruske invazije. Navodno stoji i iza niza taktičkih lukavstava i obrambenih odluka koje su spriječile brzo rusko napredovanje, poput zaustavljanja dugačke kolone koja je sa sjevera nadirala prema Kijevu, ili gađanja ruskih opskrbnih brodova kopnenim raketama.

U nedavnom javnom istupu za Washington Post Budanov je procijenio kako je Vladimir Putin naredio zauzimanje cijelog teritorija Donbasa do konca ožujka. Kazao je da zato očekuje ‘vrlo aktivne događaje‘ u veljači i ožujku oko Donjecka i Luhanska, a istodobno je prognozirao i da ponovna ofenziva ruskih snaga iz pravca Bjelorusije nije puno vjerojatna.

Kao novi čelnik ministarstva obrane sad će imati priliku graditi sveobuhvatni plan otpora novoj ruskoj navalnoj epizodi, kao i nadgledati implementaciju novih sustava naoružanja u ukrajinske oružane snage, ako stignu na vrijeme. Kirilo Budanov je ranije najavljivao i vraćanje Krima pod ukrajinsku kontrolu do kraja ljeta, no jasno je kako to do daljnjega ostaje plan na dugom štapu. Premda ima itekakve logike u njegovoj priči da će se tamo gdje je sve počelo rat na koncu i završiti.

Budanov spada u one koji su uvjereni da se Vladimir Putin nikad neće usuditi posegnuti za nuklearnim oružjem, čak ni u slučaju više nego izglednog gubitka Krima. Po njemu je riječ samo o providnoj taktici zastrašivanja Ukrajine i svijeta, jer od Rusije se, smatra, "može očekivati puno toga, ali ne i čisti idiotizam". 

Osim što je autor niza obavještajnih teza o tome kako je Putin terminalno bolestan od raka i da ga u javnosti fingira čitav niz dvojnika, budući ukrajinski ministar obrane stalno javno upozorava Kremlj na opasnosti od neprijatelja u vlastitim redovima, pothranjujući svjesno moskovske paranoje te dvorska nepovjerenja i intrige.

"Postoje ljudi s kojima je vrlo lako raditi na tom teritoriju i koji razumiju da Rusija treba biti drugačija", zna otvoreno govoriti Budanov.  S obzirom na neke akcije u neprijateljskoj pozadini, poput smaknuća kćeri Putinova gurua Aleksandra Dugina automobilskom bombom ili niza misterioznih napada na ruske zračne baze oko Saratova, ne bi se baš reklo da ukrajiinski obavještajac uvijek jeftino blefira.
