Saudijska Arabija ostaje predana mirovnom planu koji omogućava palestinsku državu, kazao je ministar vanjskih poslova Saudijske Arabije u srijedu, u prvom saudijskom komentaru nakon uspostave diplomatskih odnosa Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata (UAE) i Izraela.

Upitan o sporazumu UAE-a i Izraela, koji je potpisan pod posredstvom Washingtona, ministar vanjskih poslova Fejsal bin Farhan Al Saud kazao je da bilo kakav napor koji obuzdava "opasnost od aneksije treba biti promatran kao pozitivan".

"Kada smo sponzorirali Arapski mirovni plan 2002., predvidjeli smo da će u konačnici biti uspostavljeni odnosi između svih arapskih država, uključujući Saudijsku Arabiju, i Izraela", kazao je Fejsal na novinskoj konferenciji nakon sastanka s njemačkim ministrom vanjskih poslova Heikom Maasom.

U četvrtak je nenadano objavljeno da UAE postaje treća arapska zemlja, nakon Egipta i Jordana, koja uspostavlja diplomatske odnose s Izraelom.

Izrael je zauzvrat odustao od planirane aneksije dijelova Zapadne obale.

"Međutim, uvjeti su za to s naše strane potpuno jasni. Mir mora biti postignut između Palestinaca i Izraelaca na temelju međunarodno priznatih parametara, a kada to bude postignuto sve je moguće", rekao je saudijski ministar vanjskih poslova.

Fejsal je naveo kako plan podrazumijeva uspostavu palestinske države s Istočnim Jeruzalemom kao glavnim gradom.

"Naravno, smatramo svako izraelsko jednostrano anektiranje palestinskih teritorija ili izgradnju naselja, nelegitimnima te smatramo da se time ugrožava mogućnost trajnih mirovnih rješenja. Cijenimo sve napore za suspendiranjem tih jednostranih poteza", dodao je Fejsal.

Saudijska Arabija ostaje predana mirovnom planu koji omogućava palestinsku državu, kazao je ministar vanjskih poslova Saudijske Arabije u srijedu, u prvom saudijskom komentaru nakon uspostave diplomatskih odnosa Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata (UAE) i Izraela.

Upitan o sporazumu UAE-a i Izraela, koji je potpisan pod posredstvom Washingtona, ministar vanjskih poslova Fejsal bin Farhan Al Saud kazao je da bilo kakav napor koji obuzdava "opasnost od aneksije treba biti promatran kao pozitivan".

"Kada smo sponzorirali Arapski mirovni plan 2002., predvidjeli smo da će u konačnici biti uspostavljeni odnosi između svih arapskih država, uključujući Saudijsku Arabiju, i Izraela", kazao je Fejsal na novinskoj konferenciji nakon sastanka s njemačkim ministrom vanjskih poslova Heikom Maasom.

U četvrtak je nenadano objavljeno da UAE postaje treća arapska zemlja, nakon Egipta i Jordana, koja uspostavlja diplomatske odnose s Izraelom.

Izrael je zauzvrat odustao od planirane aneksije dijelova Zapadne obale.

"Međutim, uvjeti su za to s naše strane potpuno jasni. Mir mora biti postignut između Palestinaca i Izraelaca na temelju međunarodno priznatih parametara, a kada to bude postignuto sve je moguće", rekao je saudijski ministar vanjskih poslova.

Fejsal je naveo kako plan podrazumijeva uspostavu palestinske države s Istočnim Jeruzalemom kao glavnim gradom.

"Naravno, smatramo svako izraelsko jednostrano anektiranje palestinskih teritorija ili izgradnju naselja, nelegitimnima te smatramo da se time ugrožava mogućnost trajnih mirovnih rješenja. Cijenimo sve napore za suspendiranjem tih jednostranih poteza", dodao je Fejsal.

Rijad: Predani smo Arapskom mirovnom planu, a dogovor UAE-a i Izraela je ‘pozitivan‘

Saudijska Arabija ostaje predana mirovnom planu koji omogućava palestinsku državu, kazao je ministar vanjskih poslova Saudijske Arabije u srijedu, u prvom saudijskom komentaru nakon uspostave diplomatskih odnosa Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata (UAE) i Izraela.

Upitan o sporazumu UAE-a i Izraela, koji je potpisan pod posredstvom Washingtona, ministar vanjskih poslova Fejsal bin Farhan Al Saud kazao je da bilo kakav napor koji obuzdava "opasnost od aneksije treba biti promatran kao pozitivan".

"Kada smo sponzorirali Arapski mirovni plan 2002., predvidjeli smo da će u konačnici biti uspostavljeni odnosi između svih arapskih država, uključujući Saudijsku Arabiju, i Izraela", kazao je Fejsal na novinskoj konferenciji nakon sastanka s njemačkim ministrom vanjskih poslova Heikom Maasom.
