U mnogim europskim zemljama ne pamte se ovako visoke temperature početkom siječnja.

U Varšavi je izmjereno gotovo 19 Celzijevih stupnjeva, u Eindhovenu gotovo 17, u danskom Abedu 12 i pol, a u češkom Javorniku 19 i pol stupnjeva. Početak godine toliko je topao da su u Francuskoj i Švicarskoj zatvorena neka alpska odmarališta, dok se diljem Europe ljudi kupaju u moru.

"Sinoptička situacija za posljedicu je imala ne samo ekstreme ponegdje u Europi nego čak i u Hrvatskoj. Svjedoci smo iznadprosječne topline", rekla je za HRT prognostičarka DHMZ-a Dunja Plačko-Vršnak. "Tako je, primjerice, i u Zagrebu i u Sisku temperatura jučer bila 19 Celzijevih stupnjeva", dodala je.

Iako dugoročne prognoze nikad nisu pouzdane, građani su oprezni. Stručnjaci kažu da će temperature nastaviti rasti. Globalno zagrijavanje utjecat će na sve aspekte naših života.

"Znamo da će utjecati na ribarstvo, da bi se ulov u sljedećih nekoliko desetljeća mogao smanjiti za 20 posto. Ribarstvo je grana od koje i hrvatsko gospodarstvo ima određenog profita, to je nešto s čime ćemo se brzo suočiti", kazala je HRT-u Dunja Mazzocco Drvar, ravnateljica Uprave za klimatske aktivnosti.

Ravnoteža koja je donedavno postojala na našem planetu nestaje. Iznadprosječno toplo vrijeme zbunilo je i životinje pa neke ptice nisu odletjele u toplije krajeve.

U Španjolskoj je 2022. bila najtoplija godina barem od 1916. kada su počela mjerenja, priopćila je nacionalna meteorološka agencija (AEMET).

To je prvi put da je prosječna godišnja temperatura prešla 15 Celzijevih stupnjeva i dosegnula gotovo 15.5 stupnjeva. Sve do 2011. temperatura u Španjolskoj nije premašila 14.5 stupnjeva. Nakon toga, to se dogodilo pet puta.

Španjolsku je, kao i dio Europe, u ljeto 2022. zahvatilo nekoliko toplinskih valova obilježenih požarima, prekomjernom smrtnosti i većom sušom. Smrt gotovo 4744 ljudi u Španjolskoj može se pripisati vrućini koja je vladala prošlog ljeta.

Iznimno toplo vrijeme nastavlja se i u 2023., na Novu godinu izmjerena rekordno visoka temperatura u nekoliko gradova na sjeveru zemlje. Tako je u Bilbaou izmjeren 25.1 Celzijev stupanj, što je najviša temperatura u siječnju dosad zabilježena. I u ostatku Europe ljeto 2022. bilo je najtoplije dosad, priopćila je početkom rujna europska služba za klimatske promjene Copernicus, piše HRT.

I u ostatku Europe ljeto 2022. bilo je najtoplije dosad, priopćila je početkom rujna europska služba za klimatske promjene Copernicus. Najmanje je 15.000 smrti izravno povezano s velikim toplinskim valovima koji su ljetos zahvatili kontinent, pokazuje nepotpuna procjena koju je početkom studenog objavila Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO). Stručnjaci misle da je sve češća pojava toplinskih valova izravna posljedica klimatske krize jer emisije stakleničkih plinova povećavaju njihov intenzitet, trajanje i učestalost.

U mnogim europskim zemljama ne pamte se ovako visoke temperature početkom siječnja.

U Varšavi je izmjereno gotovo 19 Celzijevih stupnjeva, u Eindhovenu gotovo 17, u danskom Abedu 12 i pol, a u češkom Javorniku 19 i pol stupnjeva. Početak godine toliko je topao da su u Francuskoj i Švicarskoj zatvorena neka alpska odmarališta, dok se diljem Europe ljudi kupaju u moru.

"Sinoptička situacija za posljedicu je imala ne samo ekstreme ponegdje u Europi nego čak i u Hrvatskoj. Svjedoci smo iznadprosječne topline", rekla je za HRT prognostičarka DHMZ-a Dunja Plačko-Vršnak. "Tako je, primjerice, i u Zagrebu i u Sisku temperatura jučer bila 19 Celzijevih stupnjeva", dodala je.

Iako dugoročne prognoze nikad nisu pouzdane, građani su oprezni. Stručnjaci kažu da će temperature nastaviti rasti. Globalno zagrijavanje utjecat će na sve aspekte naših života.

"Znamo da će utjecati na ribarstvo, da bi se ulov u sljedećih nekoliko desetljeća mogao smanjiti za 20 posto. Ribarstvo je grana od koje i hrvatsko gospodarstvo ima određenog profita, to je nešto s čime ćemo se brzo suočiti", kazala je HRT-u Dunja Mazzocco Drvar, ravnateljica Uprave za klimatske aktivnosti.

Ravnoteža koja je donedavno postojala na našem planetu nestaje. Iznadprosječno toplo vrijeme zbunilo je i životinje pa neke ptice nisu odletjele u toplije krajeve.

U Španjolskoj je 2022. bila najtoplija godina barem od 1916. kada su počela mjerenja, priopćila je nacionalna meteorološka agencija (AEMET).

To je prvi put da je prosječna godišnja temperatura prešla 15 Celzijevih stupnjeva i dosegnula gotovo 15.5 stupnjeva. Sve do 2011. temperatura u Španjolskoj nije premašila 14.5 stupnjeva. Nakon toga, to se dogodilo pet puta.

Španjolsku je, kao i dio Europe, u ljeto 2022. zahvatilo nekoliko toplinskih valova obilježenih požarima, prekomjernom smrtnosti i većom sušom. Smrt gotovo 4744 ljudi u Španjolskoj može se pripisati vrućini koja je vladala prošlog ljeta.

Iznimno toplo vrijeme nastavlja se i u 2023., na Novu godinu izmjerena rekordno visoka temperatura u nekoliko gradova na sjeveru zemlje. Tako je u Bilbaou izmjeren 25.1 Celzijev stupanj, što je najviša temperatura u siječnju dosad zabilježena. I u ostatku Europe ljeto 2022. bilo je najtoplije dosad, priopćila je početkom rujna europska služba za klimatske promjene Copernicus, piše HRT.
