Osoblje političkog bloka Putinove predsjedničke administracije formuliralo je - naravno, uz prethodne upute gazde - preliminarne "ideološke smjernice" za predsjedničku kampanju 2024. godine. O tome koje ideje Kremlj planira promovirati prije izbora, podređeni zamjenika šefa predsjedničke administracije Sergeja Kirijenka govorili su početkom ožujka na "zatvorenom seminaru" za djelatnike drugih odjela Kremlja, kao i regionalne dužnosnike i političke "tehnologe", rekla su Meduzi dva izvora koja su sudjelovala na tom "seminaru".

Na njemu je dogovoreno da će predsjednikova izborna kampanja biti  izgrađena oko "ideologije konzervativizma", što ne iznenađuje znamo li kakve stavove Putin promiče u svojim javnim istupima od početka rata u Ukrajini.

‘Čuvar tradicionalnih vrijednosti‘

Prema zamisli predsjedničke administracije, on će na sljedećim izborima biti pozicioniran prvenstveno kao "čuvar tradicionalnih vrijednosti". Uz to, ideolozi Kremlja namjeravaju se osloniti na retoriku o "moralnoj superiornosti" Rusije nad drugim zemljama. Podsjetimo, Putin je u svojim javnim izjavama više puta optuživao "kolektivni Zapad" za razbuktavanje rata u Ukrajini i "kolonijalnu politiku" prema drugim državama.

Meduzin izvor blizak Kremlju primijetio je da se “konzervativna izolacionistička ideologija” za novu predsjedničku kampanju “počela razrađivati” još prije početka rata, krajem 2021. godine. Tada je predsjednička administracija smatrala da bi tema “antizapadnog konzervativizma” trebala postupno zamijeniti promicanje ideja “ruskog svijeta” u retorici dužnosnika i propagandista.

Tada je planirano prodati glasačima sliku Rusije kao "države za sebe", koja čuva tradiciju i relativno malo komunicira s vanjskim svijetom. Tema “ruskog svijeta”, kojemu navodno pripadaju mnoge zemlje bivšeg SSSR-a, trebala bi biti zamijenjena konceptom samodostatne ruske “države po sebi”.

Prema Meduzinim izvorima, jedan od ideoloških temelja kampanje bit će projekta tzv. "ruskog DNK". Politički blok Kremlja posebno je angažiran je na promicanju "ruskog svjetonazora".

‘Duhovna obnova‘

Što je to "ruski svjetonazor", politički "arhitekti" projekta ne objašnjavaju jasno, ni otvoreno. No, sudeći prema jednom članku u kojem se govori o “DNK Rusije”, radi se o nekim “vrijednosnim konstantama” koje su Rusiji bile “svojstvene” kroz njezinu povijest. Među tim "konstantama" su "zajedništvo, osjećaj dužnosti i nadciljevi, egzistencijalna stabilnost i prioritet nematerijalnog nad trgovačkim". Dakle, svojevrsna ruska "duhovna obnova".

Osim toga, u članku koji potpisuju dvojica iz skupine stratega Putinove izborne kampanje navodi se da su za Rusiju "temeljne vrijednosti ljubav za obitelj, jedinstvo naroda, poštivanje reda u državi". Autori su sigurni da sada “nisu ugroženi naša potrošnja i naša industrija; sam identitet Rusa, sam ruski svjetonazor bio je ugrožen.”

Na "zatvorenom seminaru" nazočnima je rečeno da s rezultatima predsjedničkih izbora neće biti problema - uostalom, u Rusiji navodno raste konzervativizam. Stožer političkog bloka nije sudionicima objasnio na kojim podacima temelje tu tvrdnju - nema, piše Meduza, pouzdanih socioloških podataka koji tu tezu ikako potvrđuju.

Kako je izvijestio RBC, na "seminaru" su procijenjeni i izborni izgledi. Po njima, Putin bi trebao premašiti vlastite rezultate iz 2018. godine, kad je dobio 76,69% ​​glasova uz izlaznost od 67,54% (na izborima 2012. to je bilo 63,6% glasova uz izlaznost od 65,34%).

Osim o izborima 2024., na spomenutom sastanku se raspravljalo o "razvoju" anektiranih ukrajinskih teritorija, na primjer - kako bi ruske državne tvrtke morale tamo raditi. Također, prema dva izvora Meduze koji su bili prisutni na “seminaru”, njemu su nazočili i predstavnici djelomično priznate Abhazije i Južne Osetije.

Šef Južne Osetije Anatolij Bibilov još je u svibnju 2022. najavio “referendum” o “pripajanju” Rusiji, ali ga je potom sam odgodio na neodređeno vrijeme “zbog rizika”. Prema dva izvora Meduze bliska Kremlju, ruske vlasti nisu odustale od ideje da pripoje i gruzijske teritorije.

Osoblje političkog bloka Putinove predsjedničke administracije formuliralo je - naravno, uz prethodne upute gazde - preliminarne "ideološke smjernice" za predsjedničku kampanju 2024. godine. O tome koje ideje Kremlj planira promovirati prije izbora, podređeni zamjenika šefa predsjedničke administracije Sergeja Kirijenka govorili su početkom ožujka na "zatvorenom seminaru" za djelatnike drugih odjela Kremlja, kao i regionalne dužnosnike i političke "tehnologe", rekla su Meduzi dva izvora koja su sudjelovala na tom "seminaru".

Na njemu je dogovoreno da će predsjednikova izborna kampanja biti  izgrađena oko "ideologije konzervativizma", što ne iznenađuje znamo li kakve stavove Putin promiče u svojim javnim istupima od početka rata u Ukrajini.

‘Čuvar tradicionalnih vrijednosti‘

Prema zamisli predsjedničke administracije, on će na sljedećim izborima biti pozicioniran prvenstveno kao "čuvar tradicionalnih vrijednosti". Uz to, ideolozi Kremlja namjeravaju se osloniti na retoriku o "moralnoj superiornosti" Rusije nad drugim zemljama. Podsjetimo, Putin je u svojim javnim izjavama više puta optuživao "kolektivni Zapad" za razbuktavanje rata u Ukrajini i "kolonijalnu politiku" prema drugim državama.

Meduzin izvor blizak Kremlju primijetio je da se “konzervativna izolacionistička ideologija” za novu predsjedničku kampanju “počela razrađivati” još prije početka rata, krajem 2021. godine. Tada je predsjednička administracija smatrala da bi tema “antizapadnog konzervativizma” trebala postupno zamijeniti promicanje ideja “ruskog svijeta” u retorici dužnosnika i propagandista.

Tada je planirano prodati glasačima sliku Rusije kao "države za sebe", koja čuva tradiciju i relativno malo komunicira s vanjskim svijetom. Tema “ruskog svijeta”, kojemu navodno pripadaju mnoge zemlje bivšeg SSSR-a, trebala bi biti zamijenjena konceptom samodostatne ruske “države po sebi”.

Prema Meduzinim izvorima, jedan od ideoloških temelja kampanje bit će projekta tzv. "ruskog DNK". Politički blok Kremlja posebno je angažiran je na promicanju "ruskog svjetonazora".

‘Duhovna obnova‘

Što je to "ruski svjetonazor", politički "arhitekti" projekta ne objašnjavaju jasno, ni otvoreno. No, sudeći prema jednom članku u kojem se govori o “DNK Rusije”, radi se o nekim “vrijednosnim konstantama” koje su Rusiji bile “svojstvene” kroz njezinu povijest. Među tim "konstantama" su "zajedništvo, osjećaj dužnosti i nadciljevi, egzistencijalna stabilnost i prioritet nematerijalnog nad trgovačkim". Dakle, svojevrsna ruska "duhovna obnova".

Osim toga, u članku koji potpisuju dvojica iz skupine stratega Putinove izborne kampanje navodi se da su za Rusiju "temeljne vrijednosti ljubav za obitelj, jedinstvo naroda, poštivanje reda u državi". Autori su sigurni da sada “nisu ugroženi naša potrošnja i naša industrija; sam identitet Rusa, sam ruski svjetonazor bio je ugrožen.”

Na "zatvorenom seminaru" nazočnima je rečeno da s rezultatima predsjedničkih izbora neće biti problema - uostalom, u Rusiji navodno raste konzervativizam. Stožer političkog bloka nije sudionicima objasnio na kojim podacima temelje tu tvrdnju - nema, piše Meduza, pouzdanih socioloških podataka koji tu tezu ikako potvrđuju.

Kako je izvijestio RBC, na "seminaru" su procijenjeni i izborni izgledi. Po njima, Putin bi trebao premašiti vlastite rezultate iz 2018. godine, kad je dobio 76,69% ​​glasova uz izlaznost od 67,54% (na izborima 2012. to je bilo 63,6% glasova uz izlaznost od 65,34%).

Osim o izborima 2024., na spomenutom sastanku se raspravljalo o "razvoju" anektiranih ukrajinskih teritorija, na primjer - kako bi ruske državne tvrtke morale tamo raditi. Također, prema dva izvora Meduze koji su bili prisutni na “seminaru”, njemu su nazočili i predstavnici djelomično priznate Abhazije i Južne Osetije.

Šef Južne Osetije Anatolij Bibilov još je u svibnju 2022. najavio “referendum” o “pripajanju” Rusiji, ali ga je potom sam odgodio na neodređeno vrijeme “zbog rizika”. Prema dva izvora Meduze bliska Kremlju, ruske vlasti nisu odustale od ideje da pripoje i gruzijske teritorije.

Putinov glasnogovornik Dmitrij Peskov nije im odgovorio na pitanja Meduze.
