Ruska vojska regrutira bivše afganistanske špijune koje su obučili Britanci kako bi joj pomogli na bojištu u Ukrajini, piše The Telegraph.
Rusi im nude gotovinske nagrade od 10 tisuća američkih dolara i mjesečne plaće, a njihovim obiteljima domove i sigurnost u Rusiji. Mnogi bivši pripadnici Afganistanske nacionalne uprave za sigurnost (NDS) te su ponude prihvatili jer smatraju da su ih Velika Britanija i druge zapadne zemlje za koje su radili tijekom rata u Afganistanu iznevjerile i zaboravile, prenosi Jutarnji.
Bivši časnik NDS-a Hamid (pseudonim) surađivao je s britanskim specijalnim snagama na protuterorističkim operacijama protiv talibana i Daeša. Hamid je Telegraphu rekao da je britanska vojska časnicima NDS-a davala upute i mete da su oni potom izvršavali te zadaće.
"Rusija pokušava pridobiti bivše afganistanske vojne dužnosnike kako bi ih potom poslala u Ukrajinu. Ne možete ni pojmiti što to znači. Taj je plan izrazito opasan jer se radi o nekima od najbolje obučenih dužnosnika na svijetu", rekao je Hamid.
Oko 270 bivših časnika NDS-a zajedno je sa svojim obiteljima u rujnu napustilo Afganistan.
Hamid je rekao da su časnicima ponuđene mjesečne plaće od 1500 do 2000 dolara te da su za svako dijete mlađe od 18 godina dobili po 3000 dolara.
Uz to, dano im je i rusko državljanstvo.
Bivši visokopozicionirani zapovjednik snaga Sjevernoatlantskog saveza (NATO) rekao je da je određeni broj časnika NDS-a koji su surađivali s Britancima evakuiran, ali da su drugi ignorirani iako su se prijavili za odlazak u Veliku Britaniju te iako su ispunjavali kriterije za odlazak.
Britanska je vlada preko svojih programa za pomaganje Afganistancima u Veliku Britaniju prebacila više od 20 tisuća osoba.
Međutim, mnogi Afganistanci koji tvrde da su u Afganistanu surađivali s Vladom Velike Britanije kažu da ih je London zaboravio te da su rješenja o premještaju čekali prilično dugo.
Hamid je Telegraphu pokazao memorandum koji je potpisao bivši zamjenik vrhovnog savezničkog zapovjednika za Europu u kojem piše da je zaista surađivao s NATO-ovim trupama i britanskim specijalnim postrojbama te da su njegov život i životi članova njegove obitelji zbog toga bili ugroženi.
Časnici NDS-a prošli su dio obuke zapadnih obavještajnih agencija.
Talibani su ih prezirali i mnoge su časnike NDS-a nakon preuzimanja vlasti u Afganistanu ubili i mučili.
Hamid je rekao da su mnogi časnici NDS-a iskoristili dogovor između Moskve i talibana koji im je omogući da sačuvaju živu glavu i pobjegnu iz zemlje. Oni koji su pobjegli i njihove obitelji vjerojatno se nikada neće moći vratiti u svoju domovinu.
Prema Hamidu, ruski dužnosnici u ambasadi u Kabulu obavljaju procjene časnika koji žele napustiti zemlju i poći u Rusiju.
"Gledaju kakvu ste obuku prošli te gdje im najbolje možete pomoći. Specijalne postrojbe dobiju jedno zaduženje, a obavještajci drugo", rekao je Hamid te pozvao Veliku Britaniju da ubrza proces prihvata bivših afganistanskih vojnih dužnosnika kako ih Rusi ne bi uzeli pod svoje.

Ruska vojska regrutira bivše afganistanske špijune koje su obučili Britanci kako bi joj pomogli na bojištu u Ukrajini, piše The Telegraph.
Rusi im nude gotovinske nagrade od 10 tisuća američkih dolara i mjesečne plaće, a njihovim obiteljima domove i sigurnost u Rusiji. Mnogi bivši pripadnici Afganistanske nacionalne uprave za sigurnost (NDS) te su ponude prihvatili jer smatraju da su ih Velika Britanija i druge zapadne zemlje za koje su radili tijekom rata u Afganistanu iznevjerile i zaboravile, prenosi Jutarnji.
Bivši časnik NDS-a Hamid (pseudonim) surađivao je s britanskim specijalnim snagama na protuterorističkim operacijama protiv talibana i Daeša. Hamid je Telegraphu rekao da je britanska vojska časnicima NDS-a davala upute i mete da su oni potom izvršavali te zadaće.
"Rusija pokušava pridobiti bivše afganistanske vojne dužnosnike kako bi ih potom poslala u Ukrajinu. Ne možete ni pojmiti što to znači. Taj je plan izrazito opasan jer se radi o nekima od najbolje obučenih dužnosnika na svijetu", rekao je Hamid.
Oko 270 bivših časnika NDS-a zajedno je sa svojim obiteljima u rujnu napustilo Afganistan.
Hamid je rekao da su časnicima ponuđene mjesečne plaće od 1500 do 2000 dolara te da su za svako dijete mlađe od 18 godina dobili po 3000 dolara.
Uz to, dano im je i rusko državljanstvo.
Bivši visokopozicionirani zapovjednik snaga Sjevernoatlantskog saveza (NATO) rekao je da je određeni broj časnika NDS-a koji su surađivali s Britancima evakuiran, ali da su drugi ignorirani iako su se prijavili za odlazak u Veliku Britaniju te iako su ispunjavali kriterije za odlazak.
Britanska je vlada preko svojih programa za pomaganje Afganistancima u Veliku Britaniju prebacila više od 20 tisuća osoba.
Međutim, mnogi Afganistanci koji tvrde da su u Afganistanu surađivali s Vladom Velike Britanije kažu da ih je London zaboravio te da su rješenja o premještaju čekali prilično dugo.
Hamid je Telegraphu pokazao memorandum koji je potpisao bivši zamjenik vrhovnog savezničkog zapovjednika za Europu u kojem piše da je zaista surađivao s NATO-ovim trupama i britanskim specijalnim postrojbama te da su njegov život i životi članova njegove obitelji zbog toga bili ugroženi.
Časnici NDS-a prošli su dio obuke zapadnih obavještajnih agencija.
Talibani su ih prezirali i mnoge su časnike NDS-a nakon preuzimanja vlasti u Afganistanu ubili i mučili.
Hamid je rekao da su mnogi časnici NDS-a iskoristili dogovor između Moskve i talibana koji im je omogući da sačuvaju živu glavu i pobjegnu iz zemlje. Oni koji su pobjegli i njihove obitelji vjerojatno se nikada neće moći vratiti u svoju domovinu.
Prema Hamidu, ruski dužnosnici u ambasadi u Kabulu obavljaju procjene časnika koji žele napustiti zemlju i poći u Rusiju.
"Gledaju kakvu ste obuku prošli te gdje im najbolje možete pomoći. Specijalne postrojbe dobiju jedno zaduženje, a obavještajci drugo", rekao je Hamid te pozvao Veliku Britaniju da ubrza proces prihvata bivših afganistanskih vojnih dužnosnika kako ih Rusi ne bi uzeli pod svoje.
