Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin mogao bi se suočiti s gubitkom kontrole nad jednim od ključnih energetskih postrojenja u središtu Europe, ostvari li se plan njegovog nekadašnjeg poslovnog partnera.

Milijarder Karel Komarek sa češkom vladom razmatra mogućnost nacionalizacije plinskog skladišta Moravia. Ruski državni naftni gigant Gazprom vlasnik je polovice tog postrojenja, no to bi se moglo promijeniti. Riječ je o jedinom takvom objektu u Češkoj na kojeg Rusi imaju utjecaj, pa bi gubitak kontrole de facto značio da Putin više nema nikakav utjecaj na infrastrukturu regije.

Energetski imperij

Kako piše Daily Telegraph, bio bi to ujedno i jedan od prvih poteza zapadnih zemalja da se preuzme nadzor nad nekim poduzećem kojim upravlja Rusija, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Da Kremlj gubi utjecaj u Češkoj jasno je i iz izjave Komarekovog prijatelja, također milijardera, Daniela Kretinskog, u javnosti poznatog i pod nadimkom "Češka sfinga" zbog svog misterioznog i često nepredvidljivog ponašanja u poslu. On je kroz svoj energetski imperij snažno povezan s ruskim državnim kompanijama, no izdao je priopćenje za javnost u kojem snažno osuđuje rusku invaziju na Ukrajinu. Kretinski je ujedno suvlasnik engleskog nogometnog kluba West Ham United koji se natječe u Premier ligi, kao i jedan od glavnih ulagača u Royal Mail te veliki britanski trgovački lanac Sainsbury's.

Njegov glasnogovornik rekao je da "naša kompanija i svi njeni dioničari snažno osuđuju agresiju protiv Ukrajine".

- Kroz naše fondacije pomažemo poslati lijekove i medicinsku opremu za Ukrajinu. U potpunosti poštujemo i poštovat ćemo sve međunarodne sporazume i sankcije prema Rusiji - napisao je u priopćenju.

Telegraph objašnjava kako se radi o vrlo značajnom potezu jer je njegova tvrtka Energeticky a prumyslovi holding (EPH) najveća energetska kompanija u Središnjoj Europi. Do razvoja situacije dolazi nakon što su cijene plina u Velikoj Britaniji, kao uostalom i u brojnim drugim zemljama, "otišle u nebo", a zemlje su odlučile pokušati se odmaknuti od ruskih izvora fosilnih goriva.

Protivnici Putinovog režima odavno govore kako je Europa previše ovisna o ruskom plinu, jer je čak 40 posto uvezenog plina na kontinentu iz Rusije. Rat u Ukrajini poremetio je te tokove, a oligarsi i poslovnjaci kao da se utrkuju tko će se brže distancirati od Putina. Glasnogovornik britanskog premijera Borisa Johnsona izjavio je kako bi kompanije trebale "vrlo oprezno promisliti žele li i dalje na bilo koji način surađivati s režimom Vladimira Putina", naravno, zbog sveobuhvatnih i sve težih međunarodnih sankcija.

Odustao od podrške Rusiji

Komarekovo bogatstvo procjenjuje se na gotovo osam milijardi dolara, a svoje je poslovno carstvo nafte i plina izgradio devedesetih, nakon Baršunaste revolucije u Čehoslovačkoj, raspada zemlje i pada komunističkog režima, dok proteklih godina svoje poslove snažno širi u Velikoj Britaniji. Pojavio se i kao jedan od ponuditelja na natječaju za upravljanje britanskom Nacionalnom lutrijom.

No, s Putinom ga vežu brojni zajednički interesi, uglavnom kroz suradnju s Gazpromom. Ipak, procijenio je da je pametnije odustati od podrške Rusiji te je prošlog tjedna objavio otvoreno pismo u kojem je nedvosmisleno poručio kako je "apsolutno zgrožen brutalnom ruskom invazijom na Ukrajinu".

- To je nerazumni čin agresije koji mora biti najstrože osuđen i mi činimo sve što možemo kako bi podržali hrabre Ukrajince suočene s barbarizmom Putinovog režima - napisao je.

Nacionalizacija

Gazprom je, rekosmo, vlasnik polovice Moravie kroz "joint venture" aranžman sa Komarekom. No, Komarek je, kako javlja Telegraph, već pokrenuo razgovore s češkim predsjednikom Milošom Zemanom kako bi vidjeli postoje li mogućnosti da se ruski dio vlasništva nacionalizira. Njegova kompanija EPH ne kupuje plin od Rusa, ali imaju dugogodišnje sporazume oko distribucije. Kretinski se pribojava da bi europske sankcije Rusiji mogle ugroziti njegovo poslovanje.

Europska Komisija radi, pak, na tomu da do sljedeće zime poveća svoje kapacitete na 80 sa sadašnjih 29 posto, kako bi bila što manje ovisna o ruskom plinu. List ističe kako bi energetske potrebe Europe mogle biti zadovoljene i produljenjem radnog vijeka termoelektrana na ugljen, a Kretinsky u tome vidi poslovnu priliku, jer je u njegovom portfelju i talijanska termoelektrana Fiume Santo te Buschaus Power Station u Njemačkoj.

Američki milijarder i osnivač Tesle, kompanije koja proizvodi električne automobile, Elon Musk pridružio se ekonomskom ratu.

- Nije mi drago ovo reći, ali moramo hitno povećati naše izvore plina i nafte. Izvanredna vremena zahtijevaju izvanredne mjere - kazao je on, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin mogao bi se suočiti s gubitkom kontrole nad jednim od ključnih energetskih postrojenja u središtu Europe, ostvari li se plan njegovog nekadašnjeg poslovnog partnera.

Milijarder Karel Komarek sa češkom vladom razmatra mogućnost nacionalizacije plinskog skladišta Moravia. Ruski državni naftni gigant Gazprom vlasnik je polovice tog postrojenja, no to bi se moglo promijeniti. Riječ je o jedinom takvom objektu u Češkoj na kojeg Rusi imaju utjecaj, pa bi gubitak kontrole de facto značio da Putin više nema nikakav utjecaj na infrastrukturu regije.

Energetski imperij

Kako piše Daily Telegraph, bio bi to ujedno i jedan od prvih poteza zapadnih zemalja da se preuzme nadzor nad nekim poduzećem kojim upravlja Rusija, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Da Kremlj gubi utjecaj u Češkoj jasno je i iz izjave Komarekovog prijatelja, također milijardera, Daniela Kretinskog, u javnosti poznatog i pod nadimkom "Češka sfinga" zbog svog misterioznog i često nepredvidljivog ponašanja u poslu. On je kroz svoj energetski imperij snažno povezan s ruskim državnim kompanijama, no izdao je priopćenje za javnost u kojem snažno osuđuje rusku invaziju na Ukrajinu. Kretinski je ujedno suvlasnik engleskog nogometnog kluba West Ham United koji se natječe u Premier ligi, kao i jedan od glavnih ulagača u Royal Mail te veliki britanski trgovački lanac Sainsbury's.

Njegov glasnogovornik rekao je da "naša kompanija i svi njeni dioničari snažno osuđuju agresiju protiv Ukrajine".

- Kroz naše fondacije pomažemo poslati lijekove i medicinsku opremu za Ukrajinu. U potpunosti poštujemo i poštovat ćemo sve međunarodne sporazume i sankcije prema Rusiji - napisao je u priopćenju.

Telegraph objašnjava kako se radi o vrlo značajnom potezu jer je njegova tvrtka Energeticky a prumyslovi holding (EPH) najveća energetska kompanija u Središnjoj Europi. Do razvoja situacije dolazi nakon što su cijene plina u Velikoj Britaniji, kao uostalom i u brojnim drugim zemljama, "otišle u nebo", a zemlje su odlučile pokušati se odmaknuti od ruskih izvora fosilnih goriva.

Protivnici Putinovog režima odavno govore kako je Europa previše ovisna o ruskom plinu, jer je čak 40 posto uvezenog plina na kontinentu iz Rusije. Rat u Ukrajini poremetio je te tokove, a oligarsi i poslovnjaci kao da se utrkuju tko će se brže distancirati od Putina. Glasnogovornik britanskog premijera Borisa Johnsona izjavio je kako bi kompanije trebale "vrlo oprezno promisliti žele li i dalje na bilo koji način surađivati s režimom Vladimira Putina", naravno, zbog sveobuhvatnih i sve težih međunarodnih sankcija.

Odustao od podrške Rusiji

Komarekovo bogatstvo procjenjuje se na gotovo osam milijardi dolara, a svoje je poslovno carstvo nafte i plina izgradio devedesetih, nakon Baršunaste revolucije u Čehoslovačkoj, raspada zemlje i pada komunističkog režima, dok proteklih godina svoje poslove snažno širi u Velikoj Britaniji. Pojavio se i kao jedan od ponuditelja na natječaju za upravljanje britanskom Nacionalnom lutrijom.

No, s Putinom ga vežu brojni zajednički interesi, uglavnom kroz suradnju s Gazpromom. Ipak, procijenio je da je pametnije odustati od podrške Rusiji te je prošlog tjedna objavio otvoreno pismo u kojem je nedvosmisleno poručio kako je "apsolutno zgrožen brutalnom ruskom invazijom na Ukrajinu".

- To je nerazumni čin agresije koji mora biti najstrože osuđen i mi činimo sve što možemo kako bi podržali hrabre Ukrajince suočene s barbarizmom Putinovog režima - napisao je.

Nacionalizacija

Gazprom je, rekosmo, vlasnik polovice Moravie kroz "joint venture" aranžman sa Komarekom. No, Komarek je, kako javlja Telegraph, već pokrenuo razgovore s češkim predsjednikom Milošom Zemanom kako bi vidjeli postoje li mogućnosti da se ruski dio vlasništva nacionalizira. Neslužbeno se doznaje da bi takvo što bilo moguće pod uvjetom da se promijene neki zakoni.

U isto vrijeme svoje poteze povlači i Kretinski koji je počeo plin dovoditi u Ukrajinu putem Eustreama, 2.270 kilometara dugačkog plinovoda koji se proteže sredinom Slovačke. Njegova kompanija EPH ne kupuje plin od Rusa, ali imaju dugogodišnje sporazume oko distribucije. Kretinski se pribojava da bi europske sankcije Rusiji mogle ugroziti njegovo poslovanje.

Europska Komisija radi, pak, na tomu da do sljedeće zime poveća svoje kapacitete na 80 sa sadašnjih 29 posto, kako bi bila što manje ovisna o ruskom plinu. List ističe kako bi energetske potrebe Europe mogle biti zadovoljene i produljenjem radnog vijeka termoelektrana na ugljen, a Kretinsky u tome vidi poslovnu priliku, jer je u njegovom portfelju i talijanska termoelektrana Fiume Santo te Buschaus Power Station u Njemačkoj.

Američki milijarder i osnivač Tesle, kompanije koja proizvodi električne automobile, Elon Musk pridružio se ekonomskom ratu.

- Nije mi drago ovo reći, ali moramo hitno povećati naše izvore plina i nafte. Izvanredna vremena zahtijevaju izvanredne mjere - kazao je on, prenosi Jutarnji list.
