Revidirani dogovor odobren je na klimatskoj konferenciji Ujedinjenih naroda (COP26) u subotu nakon izmjene teksta u posljednjem trenutku u vezi s fosilnim gorivima, što je izazvalo pritužbe ranjivih zemalja koje žele konačnu izjavu o ukidanju subvencija za fosilna goriva. Nakon dva tjedna mukotrpnih pregovora, sastanak je produžen za jedan dan kako bi se donio zaključak. Ipak, on je u zadnji čas promijenjen, prenosi Geopolitika.

Bogate zemlje optužene su da na sastanku COP26 u Glasgowu nisu uspjele isporučiti prijeko potrebna financijska sredstva ranjivim državama koje su u opasnosti od suše, porasta mora (otočne države), požara i oluja. Revidirani dogovor odobren je na klimatskoj konferenciji Ujedinjenih naroda (COP26) u subotu nakon izmjene teksta u posljednjem trenutku u vezi s fosilnim gorivima, što je izazvalo pritužbe ranjivih zemalja koje žele konačnu izjavu o ukidanju subvencija za fosilna goriva. Delegati su ušli u razgovore zaduženi za održavanje cilja Pariškog sporazuma iz 2015. o ograničavanju porasta temperature na 1,5-2 C stupnja u odnosu na predindustrijsko razdoblje. Propao je i pokušaj financijske pomoći državama koje najviše pate zbog klimatskih promjena. Otpor su ovog puta predvodile SAD i EU, pa je u tekstu je izostavljeno bilo kakvo upućivanje na konkretan financijski instrument za gubitak i štetu koju su klimatske promjene već izazvale u zemljama u razvoju. Revidirani dogovor odobren je na klimatskoj konferenciji Ujedinjenih naroda (COP26) u subotu nakon izmjene teksta u posljednjem trenutku u vezi s fosilnim gorivima, što je izazvalo pritužbe ranjivih zemalja koje žele konačnu izjavu o ukidanju subvencija za fosilna goriva. Nakon dva tjedna mukotrpnih pregovora, sastanak je produžen za jedan dan kako bi se donio zaključak. Ipak, on je u zadnji čas promijenjen, prenosi Geopolitika.

Bogate zemlje optužene su da na sastanku COP26 u Glasgowu nisu uspjele isporučiti prijeko potrebna financijska sredstva ranjivim državama koje su u opasnosti od suše, porasta mora (otočne države), požara i oluja.
