U Ukrajini je od početka ruske agresije u veljači ugašeno oko 4,8 milijuna radnih mjesta budući da su mnoga poduzeća zatvorena, izvoz je smanjen, a milijuni građana izbjegli su pred sukobima, objavila je Međunarodna organizacija za rad (ILO).

Izgubljena radna mjesta čine oko 30 posto ukrajinske radne snage prije invazije, utvrdio je ILO u izvješću objavljenom u srijedu.

Njihov broj mogao bi se popeti na sedam milijuna ako se neprijateljstva nastave, upozorila je organizacija, dodavši i da bi primirje moglo u kratkom roku obnoviti 3,4 milijuna radnih mjesta.

Tisuće ljudi poginule su tijekom ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, a pred sukobima izbjeglo je više od pet milijuna ljudi, uglavnom žena, djece i starijih. Ukrajinski BDP mogao bi se ove godine zbog rata smanjiti najmanje za trećinu.

"Poremećaji u gospodarstvu i veliki broj raseljenih unutar Ukrajine i izbjeglih u druge zemlje izazivaju velike gubitke u zapošljavanju i prihodima", zaključuje ILO u istraživanju.

"Ruska agresija u Ukrajini rezultirala je razornom humanitarnom krizom, potaknuvši najbrže prisilno kretanje stanovništva od Drugog svjetskog rata", dodaju.

Većinu izbjeglica primile su susjedne zemlje, poput Poljske i Rumunjske, navodi ILO, dodavši da je oko 1,2 milijuna izbjeglih prije rata bilo zaposleno.

Potraje li, tržišta rada i sustavi socijalne skrbi u tim zemljama bit će pod pritiskom kroz dulje vremensko razdoblje, što će vjerojatno povećati nezaposlenost, utvrdili su autori istraživanja.

"Hipotetski, dodavanje izbjeglica broju nezaposlenih povećalo bi stopu nezaposlenosti u Poljskoj s tri na 5,3 posto", izračunao je ILO.

Posljedice rata mogle bi se preliti i na zemlje središnje Azije koje uvelike ovise o doznakama migranata zaposlenih u Rusiji, upozorava međunarodna organizacija.

Doseljeni radnici mogli bi u slučaju pada aktivnosti u Rusiji zbog zapadnih sankcija i troškova rata ostati bez posla i vratiti se kući.

Na globalnoj razini, rat u Ukrajini ubrzao je rast cijena hrane i energije i ugrozio radna mjesta i realni rast plaća, posebno u zemljama s niskim i srednjim dohotkom koje se još oporavljaju od pandemije koronavirusa, napominje ILO.

Ukrajinski BDP bit će gotovo prepolovljen u 2022. - ministar financija

Ukrajinski BDP smanjit će se ove godine za 45 posto, rekao je u srijedu ministar financija Serhiv Marčenko, dodavši da vlada mora pronaći nove izvore financiranja proračunskih potreba u uvjetima ruske invazije. 

Ukrajina tako očekuje veći pad gospodarstva u 2022. nego Europska banka za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD) i Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF), koji su procijenili da će se ukrajinsko gospodarstvo zbog ruske invazije smanjiti 30 odnosno 35 posto.
"Građani Ukrajine plaćaju ogromnu cijenu koju nije moguće izmjeriti. Može se izmjeriti projekcija pada BDP-a, a mi smo ove godine na oko 45 posto”, rekao je Marčenko.

Ukrajina podmiruje svoje obaveze prema inozemnim ulagačima unatoč ruskoj invaziji koja je počela 24. veljače. Početkom rujna mora platiti milijardu dolara po dolarskoj obveznici, a zbog rata iz mjeseca u mjesec niže manjak u proračunu od pet milijardi dolara.

Marčenko je naglasio da moraju pronaći dodatne izvore za financiranje manjka jer mogu pokriti samo "62 posto naših primarnih proračunskih potreba", kada se isključe izdaci za vojsku.

"Izdanjem ratnih obveznica već smo prikupili više od 2,2 milijarde dolara. Vojne obveznice važna su investicija za potporu državnom proračunu u ratnim vremenima", dodao je ukrajinski ministar financija.

U Ukrajini je od početka ruske agresije u veljači ugašeno oko 4,8 milijuna radnih mjesta budući da su mnoga poduzeća zatvorena, izvoz je smanjen, a milijuni građana izbjegli su pred sukobima, objavila je Međunarodna organizacija za rad (ILO).

Njihov broj mogao bi se popeti na sedam milijuna ako se neprijateljstva nastave, upozorila je organizacija, dodavši i da bi primirje moglo u kratkom roku obnoviti 3,4 milijuna radnih mjesta.

Tisuće ljudi poginule su tijekom ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, a pred sukobima izbjeglo je više od pet milijuna ljudi, uglavnom žena, djece i starijih. Ukrajinski BDP mogao bi se ove godine zbog rata smanjiti najmanje za trećinu.

"Poremećaji u gospodarstvu i veliki broj raseljenih unutar Ukrajine i izbjeglih u druge zemlje izazivaju velike gubitke u zapošljavanju i prihodima", zaključuje ILO u istraživanju.

"Ruska agresija u Ukrajini rezultirala je razornom humanitarnom krizom, potaknuvši najbrže prisilno kretanje stanovništva od Drugog svjetskog rata", dodaju.

Većinu izbjeglica primile su susjedne zemlje, poput Poljske i Rumunjske, navodi ILO, dodavši da je oko 1,2 milijuna izbjeglih prije rata bilo zaposleno.

Potraje li, tržišta rada i sustavi socijalne skrbi u tim zemljama bit će pod pritiskom kroz dulje vremensko razdoblje, što će vjerojatno povećati nezaposlenost, utvrdili su autori istraživanja.

"Hipotetski, dodavanje izbjeglica broju nezaposlenih povećalo bi stopu nezaposlenosti u Poljskoj s tri na 5,3 posto", izračunao je ILO.

Posljedice rata mogle bi se preliti i na zemlje središnje Azije koje uvelike ovise o doznakama migranata zaposlenih u Rusiji, upozorava međunarodna organizacija.

Doseljeni radnici mogli bi u slučaju pada aktivnosti u Rusiji zbog zapadnih sankcija i troškova rata ostati bez posla i vratiti se kući.

Na globalnoj razini, rat u Ukrajini ubrzao je rast cijena hrane i energije i ugrozio radna mjesta i realni rast plaća, posebno u zemljama s niskim i srednjim dohotkom koje se još oporavljaju od pandemije koronavirusa, napominje ILO.

Ukrajinski BDP smanjit će se ove godine za 45 posto, rekao je u srijedu ministar financija Serhiv Marčenko, dodavši da vlada mora pronaći nove izvore financiranja proračunskih potreba u uvjetima ruske invazije. 

Ukrajina tako očekuje veći pad gospodarstva u 2022. nego Europska banka za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD) i Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF), koji su procijenili da će se ukrajinsko gospodarstvo zbog ruske invazije smanjiti 30 odnosno 35 posto.
"Građani Ukrajine plaćaju ogromnu cijenu koju nije moguće izmjeriti. Može se izmjeriti projekcija pada BDP-a, a mi smo ove godine na oko 45 posto”, rekao je Marčenko.

Ukrajina podmiruje svoje obaveze prema inozemnim ulagačima unatoč ruskoj invaziji koja je počela 24. veljače. Početkom rujna mora platiti milijardu dolara po dolarskoj obveznici, a zbog rata iz mjeseca u mjesec niže manjak u proračunu od pet milijardi dolara.

Marčenko je naglasio da moraju pronaći dodatne izvore za financiranje manjka jer mogu pokriti samo "62 posto naših primarnih proračunskih potreba", kada se isključe izdaci za vojsku.

"Izdanjem ratnih obveznica već smo prikupili više od 2,2 milijarde dolara. Vojne obveznice važna su investicija za potporu državnom proračunu u ratnim vremenima", dodao je ukrajinski ministar financija.
