Njemački ministar gospodarstva Robert Habeck priprema nove mjere koje bi trebale smanjiti potrošnju plina i nadoknaditi smanjene isporuke iz Rusije, prema planovima dostupnima agenciji dpa.

Ruski proizvođač plina Gazprom smanjio je prošlog tjedna isporuke plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1 zbog, kako kaže, kašnjenja opreme koja je poslana na remont u Siemens.

Siemens je izvijestio da je turbine poslao u tvornicu u Kanadu koja je pak blokirala njihov povrat budući da je Gazpromu uvela sankcije zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu.

Njemačka je utvrdila da iz Rusije dobiva 60 posto manje plina i ministar gospodarstva skicirao je nekoliko mjera koje bi trebale nadoknaditi smanjene Gazpromove isporuke.

Habeck želi smanjiti potrošnju plina u proizvodnji struje i u industriji i prioritet dodijeliti punjenju skladišta za zimu. Umjesto u termoelektranama na plin, više struje trebalo bi se proizvoditi u termoelektranama na ugljen, predlaže.

U dokumentu na pet stranica, ministar gospodarstva ističe da "se potrošnja plina mora dodatno smanjiti, a više plina mora biti usmjereno u skladišta jer ga ove zime neće biti dovoljno".

Habeck je predložio i mjere smanjenja potrošnje plina u kućanstvima, navodeći primjer uvođenja limita u njegovom korištenju za grijanje. Kancelar Olaf Scholz rekao je pak za dpa da je protiv rasprave o "pojedinačnim mjerama" dok se ne sastavi cjeloviti plan.

Vlada planira i dodatnu kreditnu liniju u iznosu 15 milijardi eura preko državne razvojne banke KfW.

Habeck ovog ljeta namjerava uvesti i prodaju plina na dražbama kako bi potaknuo potrošače u industriji na štednju. Plan je da industrijski potrošači kojima plin nije prijeko potreban smanje njegovu potrošnju, uz naknadu, i stave ga na raspolaganje za zalihe.

Slobodni demorati (FDP), koji zajedno sa socijaldemokratima i zelenima čine vladajuću koaliciju, traže pak da se preispita zabrana hidrauličkog frakturiranja, kontroverzne metode vađenja plina iz škriljaca ubrizgavanjem tekućine s kemikalijama pod velikim pritiskom.

"Znanstvene studije pokazuju da, uz moderne sigurnosne standarde, frakturiranje ne nanosi značajnu štetu okolišu", izjavio je za nedjeljno izdanje dnevnika Die Welt šef parlamentarne frakcije FDP-a Torsten Herbst.

Oni koji ga uvoze iz SAD-a ne mogu se protiviti promociji sigurnog frakturiranja u Njemačkoj, smatra Herbst.

U govoru u Flensburgu ministar gospodarstva rekao je da će vlada uskoro građanima predstaviti odgovore na važna pitanja. "Zemlju teško pogađa visoka inflacija, potaknuta cijenama energije proizvedene iz fosilnih izvora", rekao je Habeck.

"Imamo više opcija za minimalizaciju tih cijena", ustvrdio je. "No, postavlja se pitanje pravednosti", odnosno kako osigurati dovoljno potpore poduzećima i dovoljno energije kućanstvima, objasnio je.

Vlada je nedavno zbog naglog rasta cijena uvela mjere koje bi trebale smanjiti cijene benzina i javnog prijevoza. Kancelar i ministar gospodarstva traže da se takva potpora proširi.

Njemački ministar gospodarstva Robert Habeck priprema nove mjere koje bi trebale smanjiti potrošnju plina i nadoknaditi smanjene isporuke iz Rusije, prema planovima dostupnima agenciji dpa.

Ruski proizvođač plina Gazprom smanjio je prošlog tjedna isporuke plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1 zbog, kako kaže, kašnjenja opreme koja je poslana na remont u Siemens.

Siemens je izvijestio da je turbine poslao u tvornicu u Kanadu koja je pak blokirala njihov povrat budući da je Gazpromu uvela sankcije zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu.

Njemačka je utvrdila da iz Rusije dobiva 60 posto manje plina i ministar gospodarstva skicirao je nekoliko mjera koje bi trebale nadoknaditi smanjene Gazpromove isporuke.

Habeck želi smanjiti potrošnju plina u proizvodnji struje i u industriji i prioritet dodijeliti punjenju skladišta za zimu. Umjesto u termoelektranama na plin, više struje trebalo bi se proizvoditi u termoelektranama na ugljen, predlaže.

U dokumentu na pet stranica, ministar gospodarstva ističe da "se potrošnja plina mora dodatno smanjiti, a više plina mora biti usmjereno u skladišta jer ga ove zime neće biti dovoljno".

Habeck je predložio i mjere smanjenja potrošnje plina u kućanstvima, navodeći primjer uvođenja limita u njegovom korištenju za grijanje. Kancelar Olaf Scholz rekao je pak za dpa da je protiv rasprave o "pojedinačnim mjerama" dok se ne sastavi cjeloviti plan.

Vlada planira i dodatnu kreditnu liniju u iznosu 15 milijardi eura preko državne razvojne banke KfW.

Habeck ovog ljeta namjerava uvesti i prodaju plina na dražbama kako bi potaknuo potrošače u industriji na štednju. Plan je da industrijski potrošači kojima plin nije prijeko potreban smanje njegovu potrošnju, uz naknadu, i stave ga na raspolaganje za zalihe.

Slobodni demorati (FDP), koji zajedno sa socijaldemokratima i zelenima čine vladajuću koaliciju, traže pak da se preispita zabrana hidrauličkog frakturiranja, kontroverzne metode vađenja plina iz škriljaca ubrizgavanjem tekućine s kemikalijama pod velikim pritiskom.

"Znanstvene studije pokazuju da, uz moderne sigurnosne standarde, frakturiranje ne nanosi značajnu štetu okolišu", izjavio je za nedjeljno izdanje dnevnika Die Welt šef parlamentarne frakcije FDP-a Torsten Herbst.

Oni koji ga uvoze iz SAD-a ne mogu se protiviti promociji sigurnog frakturiranja u Njemačkoj, smatra Herbst.

U govoru u Flensburgu ministar gospodarstva rekao je da će vlada uskoro građanima predstaviti odgovore na važna pitanja. "Zemlju teško pogađa visoka inflacija, potaknuta cijenama energije proizvedene iz fosilnih izvora", rekao je Habeck.

"Imamo više opcija za minimalizaciju tih cijena", ustvrdio je. "No, postavlja se pitanje pravednosti", odnosno kako osigurati dovoljno potpore poduzećima i dovoljno energije kućanstvima, objasnio je.

Vlada je nedavno zbog naglog rasta cijena uvela mjere koje bi trebale smanjiti cijene benzina i javnog prijevoza. Kancelar i ministar gospodarstva traže da se takva potpora proširi.

Ministar gospodarstva priprema mjere za smanjivanje potrošnje plina: ‘Štedjet će industrija, a građani će imati limit za grijanje‘

Njemački ministar gospodarstva Robert Habeck priprema nove mjere koje bi trebale smanjiti potrošnju plina i nadoknaditi smanjene isporuke iz Rusije, prema planovima dostupnima agenciji dpa.

Ruski proizvođač plina Gazprom smanjio je prošlog tjedna isporuke plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1 zbog, kako kaže, kašnjenja opreme koja je poslana na remont u Siemens.

Siemens je izvijestio da je turbine poslao u tvornicu u Kanadu koja je pak blokirala njihov povrat budući da je Gazpromu uvela sankcije zbog ruske invazije na Ukrajinu.

Njemačka je utvrdila da iz Rusije dobiva 60 posto manje plina i ministar gospodarstva skicirao je nekoliko mjera koje bi trebale nadoknaditi smanjene Gazpromove isporuke.
