Početkom lipnja, otprilike tri mjeseca od početka rata, Ukrajina je potrošila svoje zalihe artiljerijskog oružja iz sovjetske ere. "Ovo je sada artiljerijski rat, a mi ga u tom smislu gubimo", rekao je tada u intervjuu za Guardian Vadim Skibitski, zamjenik šefa ukrajinske vojne obavještajne službe, piše Jutarnji.

Ukrajina je imala jedno topničko oružje na 10 do 15 ruskih te su pozivi Zapadu da im pošalju što više artiljerije postali sve glasniji i učestaliji. Dok su čekali da im zapadne zemlje pošalju pomoć, zabrinutost Kijeva postajala je sve veća te su se odlučili okrenuti neočekivanom partneru – Pakistanu.

Obavještajni podaci iz otvorenih izvora pokazuju da je tijekom kolovoza zrakoplov C-17 Globemaster III Kraljevskog ratnog zrakoplovstva Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva (RAF) gotovo svakodnevno letio od rumunjske međunarodne zračne luke Cluj ili RAF-ove baze Akrotiri na Cipru do pakistanske zračne baze Nur Khan.

Preleti su počeli samo nekoliko dana nakon što je Britanija objavila da će isporučiti Ukrajini više od 50.000 artiljerijskih granata sovjetskog tipa. Tijekom 15 dana, od 6. do 21. kolovoza, zrakoplov C-17 Globemaster III obavio je ukupno 12 letova na relaciji Pakistan - Rumunjska, zbog čega su vojni analitičari uvjereni da je Britanija prevozila vojne zalihe iz Pakistana.

Do kraja kolovoza, Pakistan je postao jedan od glavnih opskrbljivača artiljerijskih granata za Ukrajinu. U videozapisu koji je postao viralan na društvenim mrežama može se vidjeti kako ukrajinska vojska raspakirava oružje pakistanskog proizvođača POF. POF-ovi projektili HOW HE-D30 kalibra 122 mm su streljivo za haubice, s maksimalnim dometom od 15,4 kilometra i brzinom cijevi (brzina kojom projektil napušta cijev) od 690 metara u sekundi.

Pakistanske i britanske vlasti nikad nisu potvrdile ove tvrdnje. Viši zaposlenik POF-a rekao je za The War Zone da mu je "rečeno da ne odgovara ni na jedno pitanje vezano uz tu problematiku". Britansko ministarstvo obrane je na upit odgovorilo kako "Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo ostaje ustrajno u svojoj potpori Ukrajini i nastavlja raditi s nizom saveznika i partnera kako bi osigurali da Ukrajina ima ono što joj je potrebno da se obrani od ruske brutalne invazije".

Važno je napomenuti da pakistansko naoružanje nikada ne bi moglo preokrenuti tijek rata, s obzirom na to da je broj poslanih projektila i dalje nepoznat. Međutim, analitičari smatraju kako je pakistansko oružje vjerojatno odigralo značajnu ulogu u premošćivanju jaza između isporuke zapadnih topničkih sustava i ukrajinskog prestanka korištenja artiljerije iz sovjetske ere.

Pakistan i Ukrajina povijesno su vojnu povezani. Najznačajnija njihova veza je ugovor iz 1996. godine za 320 tenkova 320 T-80UD ukrajinske proizvodnje, koje je proizvela ukrajinska tvrtka KMDB (Harkiv Machine Building Design Bureau). Međutim, ovo je prvi put da Islamabad opskrbljuje Kijev topničkim streljivom, ističe za The War Zone Umair Aslam, direktor pakistanske medijske kuće Global Defense Insight.

Tijekom posljednjih devet mjeseci Kijev je stekao naviku nabave oružja putem transfera trećih strana. Međutim, novija i sve veća sklonost je da Ukrajina dobiva streljivo od trećih ‘neplaniranih‘ strana. Primjerice, određeni broj oružja iranske proizvodnje korišten je u sukobima u Ukrajini. Prvi dokazi o iranskom streljivu pojavili su se početkom rujna. Na vojno-analitičkom blogu Oryx navode se topnički projektili OF-462 za haubicu 122 mm D-30. Međutim, na blogu se također ističe kako je moguće da je ovo streljivo i nekoliko drugih oružja iranske proizvodnje viđenih u Ukrajini mogli dospjeti tamo kroz neke od prethodnih zapljena koje su provele zapadne države i njihovi arapski saveznici.

Početkom lipnja, otprilike tri mjeseca od početka rata, Ukrajina je potrošila svoje zalihe artiljerijskog oružja iz sovjetske ere. "Ovo je sada artiljerijski rat, a mi ga u tom smislu gubimo", rekao je tada u intervjuu za Guardian Vadim Skibitski, zamjenik šefa ukrajinske vojne obavještajne službe, piše Jutarnji.

Ukrajina je imala jedno topničko oružje na 10 do 15 ruskih te su pozivi Zapadu da im pošalju što više artiljerije postali sve glasniji i učestaliji. Dok su čekali da im zapadne zemlje pošalju pomoć, zabrinutost Kijeva postajala je sve veća te su se odlučili okrenuti neočekivanom partneru – Pakistanu.

Obavještajni podaci iz otvorenih izvora pokazuju da je tijekom kolovoza zrakoplov C-17 Globemaster III Kraljevskog ratnog zrakoplovstva Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva (RAF) gotovo svakodnevno letio od rumunjske međunarodne zračne luke Cluj ili RAF-ove baze Akrotiri na Cipru do pakistanske zračne baze Nur Khan.

Preleti su počeli samo nekoliko dana nakon što je Britanija objavila da će isporučiti Ukrajini više od 50.000 artiljerijskih granata sovjetskog tipa. Tijekom 15 dana, od 6. do 21. kolovoza, zrakoplov C-17 Globemaster III obavio je ukupno 12 letova na relaciji Pakistan - Rumunjska, zbog čega su vojni analitičari uvjereni da je Britanija prevozila vojne zalihe iz Pakistana.

Do kraja kolovoza, Pakistan je postao jedan od glavnih opskrbljivača artiljerijskih granata za Ukrajinu. U videozapisu koji je postao viralan na društvenim mrežama može se vidjeti kako ukrajinska vojska raspakirava oružje pakistanskog proizvođača POF. POF-ovi projektili HOW HE-D30 kalibra 122 mm su streljivo za haubice, s maksimalnim dometom od 15,4 kilometra i brzinom cijevi (brzina kojom projektil napušta cijev) od 690 metara u sekundi.

Pakistanske i britanske vlasti nikad nisu potvrdile ove tvrdnje. Viši zaposlenik POF-a rekao je za The War Zone da mu je "rečeno da ne odgovara ni na jedno pitanje vezano uz tu problematiku". Britansko ministarstvo obrane je na upit odgovorilo kako "Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo ostaje ustrajno u svojoj potpori Ukrajini i nastavlja raditi s nizom saveznika i partnera kako bi osigurali da Ukrajina ima ono što joj je potrebno da se obrani od ruske brutalne invazije".

Važno je napomenuti da pakistansko naoružanje nikada ne bi moglo preokrenuti tijek rata, s obzirom na to da je broj poslanih projektila i dalje nepoznat. Međutim, analitičari smatraju kako je pakistansko oružje vjerojatno odigralo značajnu ulogu u premošćivanju jaza između isporuke zapadnih topničkih sustava i ukrajinskog prestanka korištenja artiljerije iz sovjetske ere.

Pakistan i Ukrajina povijesno su vojnu povezani. Najznačajnija njihova veza je ugovor iz 1996. godine za 320 tenkova 320 T-80UD ukrajinske proizvodnje, koje je proizvela ukrajinska tvrtka KMDB (Harkiv Machine Building Design Bureau). Međutim, ovo je prvi put da Islamabad opskrbljuje Kijev topničkim streljivom, ističe za The War Zone Umair Aslam, direktor pakistanske medijske kuće Global Defense Insight.

Tijekom posljednjih devet mjeseci Kijev je stekao naviku nabave oružja putem transfera trećih strana. Međutim, novija i sve veća sklonost je da Ukrajina dobiva streljivo od trećih ‘neplaniranih‘ strana. Primjerice, određeni broj oružja iranske proizvodnje korišten je u sukobima u Ukrajini. Prvi dokazi o iranskom streljivu pojavili su se početkom rujna. Na vojno-analitičkom blogu Oryx navode se topnički projektili OF-462 za haubicu 122 mm D-30. Međutim, na blogu se također ističe kako je moguće da je ovo streljivo i nekoliko drugih oružja iranske proizvodnje viđenih u Ukrajini mogli dospjeti tamo kroz neke od prethodnih zapljena koje su provele zapadne države i njihovi arapski saveznici.

Početkom lipnja, otprilike tri mjeseca od početka rata, Ukrajina je potrošila svoje zalihe artiljerijskog oružja iz sovjetske ere. "Ovo je sada artiljerijski rat, a mi ga u tom smislu gubimo", rekao je tada u intervjuu za Guardian Vadim Skibitski, zamjenik šefa ukrajinske vojne obavještajne službe, piše Jutarnji.

Ukrajina je imala jedno topničko oružje na 10 do 15 ruskih te su pozivi Zapadu da im pošalju što više artiljerije postali sve glasniji i učestaliji. Dok su čekali da im zapadne zemlje pošalju pomoć, zabrinutost Kijeva postajala je sve veća te su se odlučili okrenuti neočekivanom partneru – Pakistanu.
