Dvojica ruskih vojnika uhićena su u vezi s ubojstvom devet članova ukrajinske obitelji u gradu Volnovakha u Donjeckoj regiji pod kontrolom Rusije.

Ruski istražni odbor je priopćio da su dvojica ruskih vojnika koji služe po ugovoru privedeni na ispitivanje. Rusija rijetko kada priznaje da su njezine snage počinile zločin u Ukrajini pa je ovo priznanje značajno, piše Newsweek.

Ta je izjava ruskog odbora došla nakon što je ukrajinski povjerenik za ljudska prava Dmytro Lubinets na svom Telegram kanalu rekao da su ruske trupe ubile devet civila, uključujući i dvoje male djece. Lubinets je sugerirao da su vojnici možda ubili obitelj jer su odbili predati svoju kuću čečenskim snagama.

Tužiteljstvo u Donjecku koje kontrolira Ukrajina priopćilo je da je među žrtvama i dvoje djece, rođenih 2014. i 2018. godine.

Obitelj je pronađena u privatnoj stambenoj zgradi, a svi su imali rane od vatrenog oružja, dodao je ruski istražni odbor u svom priopćenju.

Institut za proučavanje rata je u svojoj najnovijoj analizi sukoba u Ukrajini priopćio da je nekoliko ukrajinskih izvora izvijestilo da forenzički dokazi pokazuju da je pripremljeno i dobro opremljeno vojno osoblje izvršilo taj napad.

- Napadi na civile daleko od borbenih područja jasno su kršenje višestrukih međunarodnih pravnih normi i vrlo vjerojatno ratni zločin ili zločin protiv čovječnosti, piše ISW.

Dodaju i da je nekoliko ruskih komentatora iskoristilo ovu tragediju u Volnovakhi kako bi optužili Ukrajinu za pokušaj raspirivanja međunarodnih napetosti u ruskom informacijskom prostoru.

- Jedan ruski vojni bloger tvrdio je da su ukrajinski izvori prvi izvijestili da su Kadirovljevi ljudi (čečenske trupe) počinili ubojstva te da je to povezano i s neredima u Dagestanu od 29. listopada, piše dalje Institut za proučavanje rata.

Drugi ruski vojni bloger je ustvrdio da čečenske snage nisu raspoređene nigdje u blizini Volnovakhe te je optužio Ukrajinu da pokušava iskoristiti Čečene kao okidač za daljnju destabilizaciju Rusije.

- Fiksacija na ukrajinsku optužbu, a ne na sam zločin, potreba da se počinitelji pozovu na odgovornost, ili neprofesionalnost i nedisciplina vojnika koji takve zločine čine, ukazuje na to da su ovi ruski komentatori vrlo zabrinuti međuetničkim napetostima u Rusiji, dodaje ISW, prenosi Newsweek.

Dvojica ruskih vojnika uhićena su u vezi s ubojstvom devet članova ukrajinske obitelji u gradu Volnovakha u Donjeckoj regiji pod kontrolom Rusije.

Ruski istražni odbor je priopćio da su dvojica ruskih vojnika koji služe po ugovoru privedeni na ispitivanje. Rusija rijetko kada priznaje da su njezine snage počinile zločin u Ukrajini pa je ovo priznanje značajno, piše Newsweek.

Ta je izjava ruskog odbora došla nakon što je ukrajinski povjerenik za ljudska prava Dmytro Lubinets na svom Telegram kanalu rekao da su ruske trupe ubile devet civila, uključujući i dvoje male djece. Lubinets je sugerirao da su vojnici možda ubili obitelj jer su odbili predati svoju kuću čečenskim snagama.

Tužiteljstvo u Donjecku koje kontrolira Ukrajina priopćilo je da je među žrtvama i dvoje djece, rođenih 2014. i 2018. godine.

Obitelj je pronađena u privatnoj stambenoj zgradi, a svi su imali rane od vatrenog oružja, dodao je ruski istražni odbor u svom priopćenju.

Institut za proučavanje rata je u svojoj najnovijoj analizi sukoba u Ukrajini priopćio da je nekoliko ukrajinskih izvora izvijestilo da forenzički dokazi pokazuju da je pripremljeno i dobro opremljeno vojno osoblje izvršilo taj napad.

- Napadi na civile daleko od borbenih područja jasno su kršenje višestrukih međunarodnih pravnih normi i vrlo vjerojatno ratni zločin ili zločin protiv čovječnosti, piše ISW.

Dodaju i da je nekoliko ruskih komentatora iskoristilo ovu tragediju u Volnovakhi kako bi optužili Ukrajinu za pokušaj raspirivanja međunarodnih napetosti u ruskom informacijskom prostoru.

Dvojica ruskih vojnika uhićena su u vezi s ubojstvom devet članova ukrajinske obitelji u gradu Volnovakha u Donjeckoj regiji pod kontrolom Rusije.

Ruski istražni odbor je priopćio da su dvojica ruskih vojnika koji služe po ugovoru privedeni na ispitivanje. Rusija rijetko kada priznaje da su njezine snage počinile zločin u Ukrajini pa je ovo priznanje značajno, piše Newsweek.

Ta je izjava ruskog odbora došla nakon što je ukrajinski povjerenik za ljudska prava Dmytro Lubinets na svom Telegram kanalu rekao da su ruske trupe ubile devet civila, uključujući i dvoje male djece. Lubinets je sugerirao da su vojnici možda ubili obitelj jer su odbili predati svoju kuću čečenskim snagama.
