Zabrana noćne vožnje za mlade vozače, liječnički pregledi s tečajevima uz obnavljanje znanja svakih pet godina za sve starije od 70 godina, posebna dozvola za vozače terenaca i zajednički europski sustav kaznenih bodova.

Ovo su samo neke od najvidljivijih promjena kojima Bruxelles želi revidirati pravila polaganja vozačkog ispita i izdavanja vozačkih dozvola. Predložene promjene još nisu potvrđene, ali bi kao takve mogle utjecati na milijune sadašnjih i budućih vozača, piše N1 Slovenija.

Novu direktivu trenutno ispituje parlamentarni Odbor za promet i turizam, gdje je predloženo dosta značajnih promjena. Predložena revidirana pravila, koja bi utjecala na milijune vozača, još nisu odobrena. U Bruxellesu, gdje ističu nužnost poboljšanja sigurnosti prometa, žele da novosti stupe na snagu sljedeće godine.

Među izmjenama koje je odbor predložio u najnovijem nacrtu je novo ograničenje brzine koje bi se odnosilo samo na vozače početnike. Mogli su voziti maksimalno 90 kilometara na sat, što bi u praksi značilo da teško da bi mogli pretjecati na autocestama. Povjerenstvo je predložilo i da mladi vozači nakon dvogodišnjeg probnog roka još jednom odrade glavnu vožnju s instruktorom.

Među mogućim izmjenama je i zabrana vožnje noću za mlade vozače. Zemlje članice Europske unije mogle bi im zabraniti vožnju između ponoći i šest ujutro, prema ovom prijedlogu.

Nova pravila također bi promijenila rokove za produljenje vozačkih dozvola za starije osobe. Vozači stariji od 60 godina trebali bi obnavljati ovaj dokument svakih sedam godina, stariji od 70 godina svakih pet godina, a svi stariji od 80 godina trebali bi obnavljati svoju dozvolu svake dvije godine. Prije produljenja vozačke dozvole stariji vozači morali bi proći liječnički pregled i tečaj osvježenja znanja.

Promjene bi zahvatile i vozače većih automobila, uključujući i popularne SUV-ove. Odbor je predložio uvođenje nove kategorije B+ za automobile teže od 1,8 tona. Vozači bi za to morali izvaditi novu vozačku dozvolu, a polaganju bi mogli pristupiti samo stariji od 21 godine, javlja N1 televizija.

U nacrtu prijedloga članovi odbora napisali su da su sudari s težim automobilima i terencima vjerojatniji, a posljedice ozbiljnije. Predsjednica Komisije Karima Delli iz redova Zelenih također je istaknula veću potrošnju goriva i emisiju CO2.

Još jedna vidljivija promjena bilo bi uvođenje sustava kaznenih bodova koji bi vrijedio u cijeloj Uniji. Vozači bi ih tako skupljali za prometne prekršaje diljem EU, a kad bi ih se skupio određeni broj, oduzimala bi im se dozvola. Nekoliko zemalja poznaje takav sustav, međutim još ne postoji zajednički sustav na razini cijele EU.

Zabrana noćne vožnje za mlade vozače, liječnički pregledi s tečajevima uz obnavljanje znanja svakih pet godina za sve starije od 70 godina, posebna dozvola za vozače terenaca i zajednički europski sustav kaznenih bodova.

Ovo su samo neke od najvidljivijih promjena kojima Bruxelles želi revidirati pravila polaganja vozačkog ispita i izdavanja vozačkih dozvola. Predložene promjene još nisu potvrđene, ali bi kao takve mogle utjecati na milijune sadašnjih i budućih vozača, piše N1 Slovenija.

Novu direktivu trenutno ispituje parlamentarni Odbor za promet i turizam, gdje je predloženo dosta značajnih promjena. Predložena revidirana pravila, koja bi utjecala na milijune vozača, još nisu odobrena. U Bruxellesu, gdje ističu nužnost poboljšanja sigurnosti prometa, žele da novosti stupe na snagu sljedeće godine.

Među izmjenama koje je odbor predložio u najnovijem nacrtu je novo ograničenje brzine koje bi se odnosilo samo na vozače početnike. Mogli su voziti maksimalno 90 kilometara na sat, što bi u praksi značilo da teško da bi mogli pretjecati na autocestama. Povjerenstvo je predložilo i da mladi vozači nakon dvogodišnjeg probnog roka još jednom odrade glavnu vožnju s instruktorom.

Među mogućim izmjenama je i zabrana vožnje noću za mlade vozače. Zemlje članice Europske unije mogle bi im zabraniti vožnju između ponoći i šest ujutro, prema ovom prijedlogu.

Nova pravila također bi promijenila rokove za produljenje vozačkih dozvola za starije osobe. Vozači stariji od 60 godina trebali bi obnavljati ovaj dokument svakih sedam godina, stariji od 70 godina svakih pet godina, a svi stariji od 80 godina trebali bi obnavljati svoju dozvolu svake dvije godine. Prije produljenja vozačke dozvole stariji vozači morali bi proći liječnički pregled i tečaj osvježenja znanja.

Promjene bi zahvatile i vozače većih automobila, uključujući i popularne SUV-ove. Odbor je predložio uvođenje nove kategorije B+ za automobile teže od 1,8 tona. Vozači bi za to morali izvaditi novu vozačku dozvolu, a polaganju bi mogli pristupiti samo stariji od 21 godine, javlja N1 televizija.

U nacrtu prijedloga članovi odbora napisali su da su sudari s težim automobilima i terencima vjerojatniji, a posljedice ozbiljnije. Predsjednica Komisije Karima Delli iz redova Zelenih također je istaknula veću potrošnju goriva i emisiju CO2.

Još jedna vidljivija promjena bilo bi uvođenje sustava kaznenih bodova koji bi vrijedio u cijeloj Uniji. Vozači bi ih tako skupljali za prometne prekršaje diljem EU, a kad bi ih se skupio određeni broj, oduzimala bi im se dozvola. Nekoliko zemalja poznaje takav sustav, međutim još ne postoji zajednički sustav na razini cijele EU.
