Danas je u Velikoj Britaniji počelo cijepljenje protiv covida-19 cjepivom Pfizera i BioNTecha, a Rusi su tijekom vikenda masovno cijepili zdravstveno osoblje Sputnikom V, svojim cjepivom koje nema odobrenje za korištenje u državama EU, piše Jutarnji list.

Prva koja je primila cjepivo Pfizera i BioNTecha je 90-godišnja Margaret Keenan iz Sjeverne Irske

 - Osjećam se privilegirano - rekla je gospođa Keenan.

Dakle, konačno se bilježe pomaci koji vode barem u djelomičnu mogućnost kontrole pandemije, što bi bez cjepiva bilo gotovo nemoguće. Prema britanskim informacijama, prvih 800.000 doza distribuirano je u velike bolnice koje će prve početi cijepiti.

Prvi na redu za cijepljenje su korisnici i zaposlenici domova za starije, a potom i zdravstveni djelatnici. Ova količina cjepiva dostatna je za cijepljenje 400.000 Britanca jer se u roku od tri tjedna moraju dobiti dvije doze, a puna zaštita postiže se sedam dana nakon zadnje doze. No, najavljuje se da bi do kraja godine u Veliku Britaniju trebalo doći još nekoliko milijuna doza ovog cjepiva, a idućih mjeseci oko 40 milijuna doza. Isto cjepivo, i to 125.000 doza, uskoro bi trebalo stići u Hrvatsku.

Otpornost na koronu

Problem je što se radi o vrlo osjetljivom cjepivu koje, osim što se mora čuvati na temperaturi nižoj od minus 70, zahtijeva i posebnu pažnju u kompletnoj manipulaciji. Primjerice, prije primjene cjepivo treba odlediti na sobnoj temperaturi, a onda se na temperaturi od 2 do 8 stupnjeva, tako odleđeno, može čuvati u običnom hladnjaku do pet dana.

Prije upotrebe cjepivo se mora promućkati, ali vrlo nježno, tako da se bočicu pomiče gore-dolje laganim tempom - ne smije se tresti. Sadržaj se također mora razrijediti fiziološkom otopinom i onda je cjepivo spremno za cijepljenje, a količina je dostatna za pet pacijenata, odnosno svaki dobiva 0,3 mililitra cjepiva u svakoj od dvije doze. Ostane li neiskorištenog cjepiva u bočici, ono se mora baciti, a upravo se zbog toga dolazak pacijenta na cijepljenje mora organizirati striktno.

Da se cjepivo ne bi bacilo, Britanci su za početak organizirali cijepljenje u bolnicama, u koje je moguće naručiti veći broj građana, a da se istodobno ne stvaraju gužve. U uputama koje su dobili britanski zdravstveni djelatnici navodi se da cijepljenju moraju biti nazočni liječnici u slučaju anafilaktičkog šoka, istina vrlo rijetkog, ali mogućeg, odnosno u slučaju alergije na cjepivo. Posebna pažnja potrebna je kod onih koji primaju antikoagulanse (lijekove za razrjeđivanje krvi), kod kojih je nužna konzultacija s liječnikom.

Upozorava se da osobe koje primaju imunosupresivnu terapiju (transplantirani) mogu imati smanjen imunološki odgovor na cjepivo, odnosno njihova otpornost na koronu, unatoč cijepljenju, zato može biti manja. Ne preporučuje se cijepljenje osobama koje imaju visoku tjelesnu temperaturu kao ni trudnicama te dojiljama jer još nije poznato izlučuje li se cjepivo kroz majčino mlijeko. Također je preporuka da žene koje su se cijepile izbjegavaju začeće dva mjeseca nakon druge doze.

Još u testnoj fazi

U Rusiji su se tisuće ljudi prijavile za primanje prve doze cjepiva Sputnik V već ovog vikenda, iako nije jasno koliko doza Rusija uopće može proizvesti: neki kažu tek dva milijuna doza do kraja godine, što je dostatno za milijun ljudi. Prve doze dijelile su se na 70 lokacija u Moskvi, a bile su dostupne onima u dobi između 18 i 60 godina, koji rade u školama, zdravstvenom sustavu te sustavu socijalne skrbi i koji su se unaprijed prijavili online.

Iako je ovo cjepivo još uvijek u postupku testiranja sigurnosti i učinkovitosti, primatelji prvih doza ovog vikenda nisu bili nervozni, javlja BBC. Objasnila im je to jedan liječnica: "Vidjela sam dovoljno covid-pozitivnih pacijenata u bolnici u kojoj radim. Mnogo ću radije riskirati sa cjepivom".

Priprema cjepiva za upotrebu


- odmrznuto Pfizerovo cjepivo može se čuvati na temperaturi od 2 do 8 ° C pet dana

- prije upotrebe bočicu treba lagano okretati desetak puta, ali ne tresti

- u bočicu treba dodati fiziološku otopinu i  ponoviti okretanje

- jednom bočicom  cijepi se pet pacijenata, a tako pripremljeno cjepivo mora se potrošiti tijekom šest sati

Danas je u Velikoj Britaniji počelo cijepljenje protiv covida-19 cjepivom Pfizera i BioNTecha, a Rusi su tijekom vikenda masovno cijepili zdravstveno osoblje Sputnikom V, svojim cjepivom koje nema odobrenje za korištenje u državama EU, piše Jutarnji list.

Prva koja je primila cjepivo Pfizera i BioNTecha je 90-godišnja Margaret Keenan iz Sjeverne Irske

 - Osjećam se privilegirano - rekla je gospođa Keenan.

Dakle, konačno se bilježe pomaci koji vode barem u djelomičnu mogućnost kontrole pandemije, što bi bez cjepiva bilo gotovo nemoguće. Prema britanskim informacijama, prvih 800.000 doza distribuirano je u velike bolnice koje će prve početi cijepiti.

Prvi na redu za cijepljenje su korisnici i zaposlenici domova za starije, a potom i zdravstveni djelatnici. Ova količina cjepiva dostatna je za cijepljenje 400.000 Britanca jer se u roku od tri tjedna moraju dobiti dvije doze, a puna zaštita postiže se sedam dana nakon zadnje doze. No, najavljuje se da bi do kraja godine u Veliku Britaniju trebalo doći još nekoliko milijuna doza ovog cjepiva, a idućih mjeseci oko 40 milijuna doza. Isto cjepivo, i to 125.000 doza, uskoro bi trebalo stići u Hrvatsku.

Otpornost na koronu

Problem je što se radi o vrlo osjetljivom cjepivu koje, osim što se mora čuvati na temperaturi nižoj od minus 70, zahtijeva i posebnu pažnju u kompletnoj manipulaciji. Primjerice, prije primjene cjepivo treba odlediti na sobnoj temperaturi, a onda se na temperaturi od 2 do 8 stupnjeva, tako odleđeno, može čuvati u običnom hladnjaku do pet dana.

Prije upotrebe cjepivo se mora promućkati, ali vrlo nježno, tako da se bočicu pomiče gore-dolje laganim tempom - ne smije se tresti. Sadržaj se također mora razrijediti fiziološkom otopinom i onda je cjepivo spremno za cijepljenje, a količina je dostatna za pet pacijenata, odnosno svaki dobiva 0,3 mililitra cjepiva u svakoj od dvije doze. Ostane li neiskorištenog cjepiva u bočici, ono se mora baciti, a upravo se zbog toga dolazak pacijenta na cijepljenje mora organizirati striktno.

Da se cjepivo ne bi bacilo, Britanci su za početak organizirali cijepljenje u bolnicama, u koje je moguće naručiti veći broj građana, a da se istodobno ne stvaraju gužve. U uputama koje su dobili britanski zdravstveni djelatnici navodi se da cijepljenju moraju biti nazočni liječnici u slučaju anafilaktičkog šoka, istina vrlo rijetkog, ali mogućeg, odnosno u slučaju alergije na cjepivo. Posebna pažnja potrebna je kod onih koji primaju antikoagulanse (lijekove za razrjeđivanje krvi), kod kojih je nužna konzultacija s liječnikom.

Upozorava se da osobe koje primaju imunosupresivnu terapiju (transplantirani) mogu imati smanjen imunološki odgovor na cjepivo, odnosno njihova otpornost na koronu, unatoč cijepljenju, zato može biti manja. Ne preporučuje se cijepljenje osobama koje imaju visoku tjelesnu temperaturu kao ni trudnicama te dojiljama jer još nije poznato izlučuje li se cjepivo kroz majčino mlijeko. Također je preporuka da žene koje su se cijepile izbjegavaju začeće dva mjeseca nakon druge doze.

Još u testnoj fazi

U Rusiji su se tisuće ljudi prijavile za primanje prve doze cjepiva Sputnik V već ovog vikenda, iako nije jasno koliko doza Rusija uopće može proizvesti: neki kažu tek dva milijuna doza do kraja godine, što je dostatno za milijun ljudi. Prve doze dijelile su se na 70 lokacija u Moskvi, a bile su dostupne onima u dobi između 18 i 60 godina, koji rade u školama, zdravstvenom sustavu te sustavu socijalne skrbi i koji su se unaprijed prijavili online.

Iako je ovo cjepivo još uvijek u postupku testiranja sigurnosti i učinkovitosti, primatelji prvih doza ovog vikenda nisu bili nervozni, javlja BBC. Objasnila im je to jedan liječnica: "Vidjela sam dovoljno covid-pozitivnih pacijenata u bolnici u kojoj radim. Mnogo ću radije riskirati sa cjepivom".

Priprema cjepiva za upotrebu


- odmrznuto Pfizerovo cjepivo može se čuvati na temperaturi od 2 do 8 ° C pet dana

- prije upotrebe bočicu treba lagano okretati desetak puta, ali ne tresti

- u bočicu treba dodati fiziološku otopinu i  ponoviti okretanje

- jednom bočicom  cijepi se pet pacijenata, a tako pripremljeno cjepivo mora se potrošiti tijekom šest sati
