Izrael je jutros pokrenuo zračni napad na sirijsku zračnu luku Alep, oštetivši njezinu uzletno-sletnu stazu i onesposobivši je. Vojni izvor kaže da je Izrael "izveo zračni napad iz smjera Sredozemnog mora, zapadno od Latakije, gađajući međunarodnu zračnu luku Alep". Dodalo se da je napad "prouzročio materijalnu štetu" zračnoj luci i "izbacio je iz upotrebe".

Grad Alep, koji je pretrpio velika razaranja u ratu u Siriji, ponovno je teško oštećen u smrtonosnom potresu magnitude 7,8 koji je prošlog mjeseca pogodio južnu Tursku i sjeverozapadnu Siriju. Brojne su zemlje od tada poslale pošiljke pomoći u gradsku zračnu luku.

Sirijsko ministarstvo prometa reklo je u priopćenju da će svi planirani letovi, uključujući one koji prevoze humanitarnu pomoć, biti preusmjereni u Damask i Latakiju nakon "izraelske agresije".

Kroz posljednje desetljeće Izrael je izveo stotine zračnih napada protiv navodnog transfera oružja pod pokroviteljstvom Irana i raspoređivanja osoblja u susjednoj Siriji, ali rijetko priznaje ili raspravlja o operacijama. Napadi, koji su posljednjih mjeseci bili usmjereni na sirijske zračne luke i baze, dio su eskalacije onoga što je bio sukob niskog intenziteta s ciljem usporavanja sve većeg učvršćivanja Irana u Siriji, kažu vojni analitičari.

Iran, koji podupire sirijskog predsjednika Bashara al-Assada, proširio je svoju vojnu prisutnost u Siriji posljednjih godina i ima uporište u većini područja pod državnom kontrolom te tisuće pripadnika milicija i lokalnih paravojnih skupina pod svojim zapovjedništvom, prema zapadnim obavještajnim izvorima.

Dana 19. veljače, izraelski zračni napadi ciljali su stambena područja u Damasku, ubivši najmanje pet osoba i ranivši 15, prema sirijskim državnim vijestima. Dana 2. siječnja, sirijska vojska rekla je da su izraelske snage ispalile projektile prema međunarodnoj zračnoj luci u glavnom gradu, stavivši je van upotrebe i ubivši dva vojnika.

Izrael je jutros pokrenuo zračni napad na sirijsku zračnu luku Alep, oštetivši njezinu uzletno-sletnu stazu i onesposobivši je. Vojni izvor kaže da je Izrael "izveo zračni napad iz smjera Sredozemnog mora, zapadno od Latakije, gađajući međunarodnu zračnu luku Alep". Dodalo se da je napad "prouzročio materijalnu štetu" zračnoj luci i "izbacio je iz upotrebe".

Grad Alep, koji je pretrpio velika razaranja u ratu u Siriji, ponovno je teško oštećen u smrtonosnom potresu magnitude 7,8 koji je prošlog mjeseca pogodio južnu Tursku i sjeverozapadnu Siriju. Brojne su zemlje od tada poslale pošiljke pomoći u gradsku zračnu luku.

Sirijsko ministarstvo prometa reklo je u priopćenju da će svi planirani letovi, uključujući one koji prevoze humanitarnu pomoć, biti preusmjereni u Damask i Latakiju nakon "izraelske agresije".

Kroz posljednje desetljeće Izrael je izveo stotine zračnih napada protiv navodnog transfera oružja pod pokroviteljstvom Irana i raspoređivanja osoblja u susjednoj Siriji, ali rijetko priznaje ili raspravlja o operacijama. Napadi, koji su posljednjih mjeseci bili usmjereni na sirijske zračne luke i baze, dio su eskalacije onoga što je bio sukob niskog intenziteta s ciljem usporavanja sve većeg učvršćivanja Irana u Siriji, kažu vojni analitičari.

Iran, koji podupire sirijskog predsjednika Bashara al-Assada, proširio je svoju vojnu prisutnost u Siriji posljednjih godina i ima uporište u većini područja pod državnom kontrolom te tisuće pripadnika milicija i lokalnih paravojnih skupina pod svojim zapovjedništvom, prema zapadnim obavještajnim izvorima.

Dana 19. veljače, izraelski zračni napadi ciljali su stambena područja u Damasku, ubivši najmanje pet osoba i ranivši 15, prema sirijskim državnim vijestima. Dana 2. siječnja, sirijska vojska rekla je da su izraelske snage ispalile projektile prema međunarodnoj zračnoj luci u glavnom gradu, stavivši je van upotrebe i ubivši dva vojnika.

Izrael je jutros pokrenuo zračni napad na sirijsku zračnu luku Alep, oštetivši njezinu uzletno-sletnu stazu i onesposobivši je. Vojni izvor kaže da je Izrael "izveo zračni napad iz smjera Sredozemnog mora, zapadno od Latakije, gađajući međunarodnu zračnu luku Alep". Dodalo se da je napad "prouzročio materijalnu štetu" zračnoj luci i "izbacio je iz upotrebe".

Grad Alep, koji je pretrpio velika razaranja u ratu u Siriji, ponovno je teško oštećen u smrtonosnom potresu magnitude 7,8 koji je prošlog mjeseca pogodio južnu Tursku i sjeverozapadnu Siriju. Brojne su zemlje od tada poslale pošiljke pomoći u gradsku zračnu luku.
