Europski parlament je u četvrtak zatražio još snažnije sankcije EU-a protiv Rusije, uključujući i potpuni prestanak uvoz energenata iz te zemlje, te da obuhvate i saveznicu Kremlja Bjelorusiju.

U rezoluciji usvojenoj u četvrtak s 513 glasova za, 22 protiv i 19 suzdržanih glasova eurozastupnici su pozvali na uvođenje dodatnih kaznenih mjera za Rusiju, uključujući "hitno uvođenje potpunog embarga na uvoz ruske nafte, ugljena, nuklearnog goriva i plina što je prije moguće”, izvijestio je Europski parlament.

To bi trebalo biti popraćeno planom za jamčenje sigurnosti opskrbe energijom u EU-u, kao i strategijom za „zaustavljanje sankcija u slučaju da Rusija poduzme korake prema ponovnoj uspostavi neovisnosti, suvereniteta i teritorijalne cjelovitosti Ukrajine unutar njezinih međunarodno priznatih granica i potpuno ukloni svoje postrojbe s državnog područja Ukrajine”.

Postojeće sankcije sada moraju biti u potpunosti i učinkovito provedene diljem EU-a i međunarodnih saveznika EU-a kao prioritet, traže zastupnici. Pozivaju čelnike EU-a da isključe Rusiju iz skupine G20 i drugih multilateralnih organizacija, kao što su UNHRC, Interpol, Svjetska trgovinska organizacija, UNESCO i druge, "što bi bio važan znak da se međunarodna zajednica neće vratiti na staro s državom agresorom".

Kako bi sankcije bile učinkovitije, Parlament poziva na isključivanje ruskih banaka iz sustava SWIFT, zabranu ulaska svih plovila povezanih s Rusijom u teritorijalne vode EU-a i pristajanja u lukama EU-a te zabranu cestovnog prijevoza tereta iz Rusije i Bjelorusije. Zastupnici također zahtijevaju zapljenu "sve imovine ruskih dužnosnika ili oligarha povezanih s Putinovim režimom, njihovih predstavnika i posrednika, kao i imovine u Bjelorusiji povezane s Lukašenkovim režimom”.

Ukazujući na sudjelovanje Bjelorusije u ratu u Ukrajini, u rezoluciji se zahtijeva da sankcije protiv Bjelorusije slijede sankcije uvedene Rusiji kako bi se uklonile sve rupe u zakonu kojima se Putinu omogućuje da upotrijebi Lukašenkovu pomoć za zaobilaženje sankcija, navodi Europski parlament.

Zastupnici upućuju na šokantne zločine "koji se nedvojbeno smatraju ratnim zločinima”, koje su počinile ruske postrojbe u Ukrajini, a posebno u Buči, i na potpuno ili gotovo potpuno uništene Mariupolj, Volnovaku i druge gradove i sela. Naglašavaju da počinitelji ratnih zločina moraju odgovarati i pozivaju na uspostavu posebnog suda UN-a za zločine u Ukrajini.

Parlament ponavlja da se isporuka oružja mora nastaviti i pojačati kako bi se Ukrajina mogla učinkovito braniti. Zastupnici podupiru daljnju pomoć za obranu ukrajinskim oružanim snagama koju pružaju pojedinačne države članice EU-a, odnosno osiguravaju zajednički u okviru Europskog instrumenta mirovne pomoći.

Napominjući da je gotovo 6,5 milijuna ukrajinskih građana interno raseljeno i da je više od 4 milijuna ljudi pobjeglo iz zemlje zbog rata, zastupnici pozivaju na uspostavu sigurnih humanitarnih koridora za evakuaciju civila koji bježe od bombardiranja te na jačanje mreža humanitarne pomoći EU-a u Ukrajini.

Osuđuju rusku retoriku navodeći da bi mogli pribjeći uporabi oružja za masovno uništenje i naglašavaju da bi se na svaki takav pokušaj odgovorilo uz najteže posljedice.

Europski parlament je u četvrtak zatražio još snažnije sankcije EU-a protiv Rusije, uključujući i potpuni prestanak uvoz energenata iz te zemlje, te da obuhvate i saveznicu Kremlja Bjelorusiju.

U rezoluciji usvojenoj u četvrtak s 513 glasova za, 22 protiv i 19 suzdržanih glasova eurozastupnici su pozvali na uvođenje dodatnih kaznenih mjera za Rusiju, uključujući "hitno uvođenje potpunog embarga na uvoz ruske nafte, ugljena, nuklearnog goriva i plina što je prije moguće”, izvijestio je Europski parlament.

To bi trebalo biti popraćeno planom za jamčenje sigurnosti opskrbe energijom u EU-u, kao i strategijom za „zaustavljanje sankcija u slučaju da Rusija poduzme korake prema ponovnoj uspostavi neovisnosti, suvereniteta i teritorijalne cjelovitosti Ukrajine unutar njezinih međunarodno priznatih granica i potpuno ukloni svoje postrojbe s državnog područja Ukrajine”.

Postojeće sankcije sada moraju biti u potpunosti i učinkovito provedene diljem EU-a i međunarodnih saveznika EU-a kao prioritet, traže zastupnici. Pozivaju čelnike EU-a da isključe Rusiju iz skupine G20 i drugih multilateralnih organizacija, kao što su UNHRC, Interpol, Svjetska trgovinska organizacija, UNESCO i druge, "što bi bio važan znak da se međunarodna zajednica neće vratiti na staro s državom agresorom".

Kako bi sankcije bile učinkovitije, Parlament poziva na isključivanje ruskih banaka iz sustava SWIFT, zabranu ulaska svih plovila povezanih s Rusijom u teritorijalne vode EU-a i pristajanja u lukama EU-a te zabranu cestovnog prijevoza tereta iz Rusije i Bjelorusije. Zastupnici također zahtijevaju zapljenu "sve imovine ruskih dužnosnika ili oligarha povezanih s Putinovim režimom, njihovih predstavnika i posrednika, kao i imovine u Bjelorusiji povezane s Lukašenkovim režimom”.

Ukazujući na sudjelovanje Bjelorusije u ratu u Ukrajini, u rezoluciji se zahtijeva da sankcije protiv Bjelorusije slijede sankcije uvedene Rusiji kako bi se uklonile sve rupe u zakonu kojima se Putinu omogućuje da upotrijebi Lukašenkovu pomoć za zaobilaženje sankcija, navodi Europski parlament.

Zastupnici upućuju na šokantne zločine "koji se nedvojbeno smatraju ratnim zločinima”, koje su počinile ruske postrojbe u Ukrajini, a posebno u Buči, i na potpuno ili gotovo potpuno uništene Mariupolj, Volnovaku i druge gradove i sela. Naglašavaju da počinitelji ratnih zločina moraju odgovarati i pozivaju na uspostavu posebnog suda UN-a za zločine u Ukrajini.

Parlament ponavlja da se isporuka oružja mora nastaviti i pojačati kako bi se Ukrajina mogla učinkovito braniti. Zastupnici podupiru daljnju pomoć za obranu ukrajinskim oružanim snagama koju pružaju pojedinačne države članice EU-a, odnosno osiguravaju zajednički u okviru Europskog instrumenta mirovne pomoći.

Napominjući da je gotovo 6,5 milijuna ukrajinskih građana interno raseljeno i da je više od 4 milijuna ljudi pobjeglo iz zemlje zbog rata, zastupnici pozivaju na uspostavu sigurnih humanitarnih koridora za evakuaciju civila koji bježe od bombardiranja te na jačanje mreža humanitarne pomoći EU-a u Ukrajini.

Osuđuju rusku retoriku navodeći da bi mogli pribjeći uporabi oružja za masovno uništenje i naglašavaju da bi se na svaki takav pokušaj odgovorilo uz najteže posljedice.

Europski parlament traži potpuni embargo na uvoz ruske nafte, ugljena, nuklearnog goriva i plina: sankcije Rusiji trebalo bi ‘kopirati‘ i na Bjelorusiju

Europski parlament je u četvrtak zatražio još snažnije sankcije EU-a protiv Rusije, uključujući i potpuni prestanak uvoz energenata iz te zemlje, te da obuhvate i saveznicu Kremlja Bjelorusiju.

U rezoluciji usvojenoj u četvrtak s 513 glasova za, 22 protiv i 19 suzdržanih glasova eurozastupnici su pozvali na uvođenje dodatnih kaznenih mjera za Rusiju, uključujući "hitno uvođenje potpunog embarga na uvoz ruske nafte, ugljena, nuklearnog goriva i plina što je prije moguće”, izvijestio je Europski parlament.

To bi trebalo biti popraćeno planom za jamčenje sigurnosti opskrbe energijom u EU-u, kao i strategijom za „zaustavljanje sankcija u slučaju da Rusija poduzme korake prema ponovnoj uspostavi neovisnosti, suvereniteta i teritorijalne cjelovitosti Ukrajine unutar njezinih ...
