Europska komisija razmatra mogućnost pokretanja tužbe protiv farmaceutske tvrtke AstraZeneca zbog neispunjavanja ugovornih obveza o isporuci cjepiva, ali takva odluka još nije donesena, izjavio je u četvrtak glasnogovornik Komisije.

“Još nema odluka o pravnom postupku”, izjavio je glasnogovornik Sfefan De Keersmaecker. Dodao je da su “sve opcije” na stolu i da je prioritet osigurati da zemlje članice dobiju naručenu količinu doza toga cjepiva.

Bilo kakva odluka bit će donesena u dogovoru sa zemljama članicama, rekao je De Keersmaecker.

AstraZeneca je u prvom tromjesečju isporučila oko 30 milijuna od 120 milijuna obećanih doza. U drugom tromjesečju trebala bi prema potpisanom ugovoru isporučiti 180 milijuna, a najavila da će isporučiti samo 70 milijuna.

Europska komisija je prošlog ljeta potpisala ugovor s AstraZenecom o isporuci 300 milijuna doza s mogućnošću kupnje dodatnih 100 milijuna doza. Rok za aktiviranje dodatne opcije od 100 milijuna je prošao, tako da ugovor ostaje na 300 milijuna doza.

Prošli mjesec Komisija je poslala pismo AstraZeneci kako bi pokrenula mehanizam za rješavanje sporova, koji je predviđen ugovorom. “Kompanija je odgovorila na pismo, kontakti su uspostavljeni, ali pregovori još nisu doveli do zadovoljavajućeg rješenja koje bi osiguralo pravodobnu isporuku dovoljnog broja doza”, rekao je De Keersmaecker.

Portal Politico objavio je, pozivajući se na pet neimenovanih europskih diplomata, da Europska komisija namjerava pokrenuti postupak protiv AstraZenece. O tome se razgovaralo na sastanku Odbora stalnih predstavnika u srijedu i većina zemalja je podržala podizanje tužbe protiv AstraZenece jer nije isporučila doze na koje se obvezala, navodi Politico.

Europska komisija razmatra mogućnost pokretanja tužbe protiv farmaceutske tvrtke AstraZeneca zbog neispunjavanja ugovornih obveza o isporuci cjepiva, ali takva odluka još nije donesena, izjavio je u četvrtak glasnogovornik Komisije.

“Još nema odluka o pravnom postupku”, izjavio je glasnogovornik Sfefan De Keersmaecker. Dodao je da su “sve opcije” na stolu i da je prioritet osigurati da zemlje članice dobiju naručenu količinu doza toga cjepiva.

Bilo kakva odluka bit će donesena u dogovoru sa zemljama članicama, rekao je De Keersmaecker.

AstraZeneca je u prvom tromjesečju isporučila oko 30 milijuna od 120 milijuna obećanih doza. U drugom tromjesečju trebala bi prema potpisanom ugovoru isporučiti 180 milijuna, a najavila da će isporučiti samo 70 milijuna.

Europska komisija je prošlog ljeta potpisala ugovor s AstraZenecom o isporuci 300 milijuna doza s mogućnošću kupnje dodatnih 100 milijuna doza. Rok za aktiviranje dodatne opcije od 100 milijuna je prošao, tako da ugovor ostaje na 300 milijuna doza.

Prošli mjesec Komisija je poslala pismo AstraZeneci kako bi pokrenula mehanizam za rješavanje sporova, koji je predviđen ugovorom. “Kompanija je odgovorila na pismo, kontakti su uspostavljeni, ali pregovori još nisu doveli do zadovoljavajućeg rješenja koje bi osiguralo pravodobnu isporuku dovoljnog broja doza”, rekao je De Keersmaecker.

Portal Politico objavio je, pozivajući se na pet neimenovanih europskih diplomata, da Europska komisija namjerava pokrenuti postupak protiv AstraZenece. O tome se razgovaralo na sastanku Odbora stalnih predstavnika u srijedu i većina zemalja je podržala podizanje tužbe protiv AstraZenece jer nije isporučila doze na koje se obvezala, navodi Politico.

Europska komisija mogla bi tužiti AstraZenecu: glasnogovornik otkrio kako su sve opcije na stolu

Europska komisija razmatra mogućnost pokretanja tužbe protiv farmaceutske tvrtke AstraZeneca zbog neispunjavanja ugovornih obveza o isporuci cjepiva, ali takva odluka još nije donesena, izjavio je u četvrtak glasnogovornik Komisije.

“Još nema odluka o pravnom postupku”, izjavio je glasnogovornik Sfefan De Keersmaecker. Dodao je da su “sve opcije” na stolu i da je prioritet osigurati da zemlje članice dobiju naručenu količinu doza toga cjepiva.

Bilo kakva odluka bit će donesena u dogovoru sa zemljama članicama, rekao je De Keersmaecker.

AstraZeneca je u prvom tromjesečju isporučila oko 30 milijuna od 120 milijuna obećanih doza. U drugom tromjesečju trebala bi prema potpisanom ugovoru isporučiti 180 milijuna, a najavila da će isporučiti samo 70 milijuna.
