Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) dodala je iznimno rijedak neurološki poremećaj, Guillain-Barreov sindrom (GBS) na listu mogućih nuspojava cjepiva AstraZenece protiv covida-19. 

EMA je u srijedu objavila da je veza između GBS-a i AstraZenecinog cjepiva Vaxzevrie u najmanju ruku "razumna mogućnost" jer je zabilježeno 833 slučajeva tog sindroma nakon što je od 31. srpnja u svijetu dano 592 milijuna doza tog cjepiva. 

EMA je tu nuspojavu kategorizirala kao "vrlo rijetku“, što je najniža učestalost koju neka nuspojava može imati.

Agencija je istaknula da su prednosti AstraZenecinog cjepiva i dalje puno veće od rizika. 

Američka agencija za hranu i lijekove FDA izdala je upozorenje da je GBS moguća nuspojava cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona. Oba cjepiva koriste se vektorskom tehnologijom i povezana su s rijetkim slučajevima zgrušavanja krvi. 

EMA je na listu dodala i bezopasnije nuspojave za cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona, Moderne i AstraZenece kao što su bol u rukama, nogama i u trbuhu te simptomi nalik gripi.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) dodala je iznimno rijedak neurološki poremećaj, Guillain-Barreov sindrom (GBS) na listu mogućih nuspojava cjepiva AstraZenece protiv covida-19. 

EMA je u srijedu objavila da je veza između GBS-a i AstraZenecinog cjepiva Vaxzevrie u najmanju ruku "razumna mogućnost" jer je zabilježeno 833 slučajeva tog sindroma nakon što je od 31. srpnja u svijetu dano 592 milijuna doza tog cjepiva. 

EMA je tu nuspojavu kategorizirala kao "vrlo rijetku“, što je najniža učestalost koju neka nuspojava može imati.

Agencija je istaknula da su prednosti AstraZenecinog cjepiva i dalje puno veće od rizika. 

Američka agencija za hranu i lijekove FDA izdala je upozorenje da je GBS moguća nuspojava cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona. Oba cjepiva koriste se vektorskom tehnologijom i povezana su s rijetkim slučajevima zgrušavanja krvi. 

EMA je na listu dodala i bezopasnije nuspojave za cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona, Moderne i AstraZenece kao što su bol u rukama, nogama i u trbuhu te simptomi nalik gripi.

EMA dodala rijedak neurološki sindrom na listu mogućih nuspojava AstraZenicinog cjepiva

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) dodala je iznimno rijedak neurološki poremećaj, Guillain-Barreov sindrom (GBS) na listu mogućih nuspojava cjepiva AstraZenece protiv covida-19. 

EMA je u srijedu objavila da je veza između GBS-a i AstraZenecinog cjepiva Vaxzevrie u najmanju ruku "razumna mogućnost" jer je zabilježeno 833 slučajeva tog sindroma nakon što je od 31. srpnja u svijetu dano 592 milijuna doza tog cjepiva. 

EMA je tu nuspojavu kategorizirala kao "vrlo rijetku“, što je najniža učestalost koju neka nuspojava može imati.

Agencija je istaknula da su prednosti AstraZenecinog cjepiva i dalje puno veće od rizika. 

Američka agencija za hranu i lijekove FDA izdala je upozorenje da je GBS moguća nuspojava cjepiva Johnson&Johnsona. Oba cjepiva koriste se vektorskom...
