Rizik od upalnih bolesti srca nakon cijepljenja mRNA covid cjepivom moguća je nuspojava u jedan na deset tisuća cijepljenih te uglavnom muškaraca mlađe životne dobi, prenosi Portal Zdravlje.

Do tog je zaključka došao odbor za sigurnost lijekova Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) analizom dvaju studija.

Miokarditis i perikarditis kao nuspojava Covid cjepiva našle su se na tapetu nakon rada koji je izašao na događaju American Heart Association, stručnog udruženja američkih kardiologa.

Taj je rad više puta demantiran, ali je njegov zaključak uspio uzdrmati javnost. Navodi se kako su u radu izneseni zaključci koji nisu potkrijepljeni dokazima te bi ga trebalo revidirati u nizu točaka.

Stoga su iz EMA-e objavili reviziju dvaju velikih studija koje imaju temelj postaviti takav ili suprotan zaključak te su utvrdili kako rizik od miokarditisa i perikarditisa već stoji kao moguća vrlo rijetka nuspojava u uputi o lijeku ovih cjepiva.

Naveli su i da su ti srčani problemi najčešće uočeni nakon druge doze cjepiva, i to unutar dva tjedna. Navode podatke studija prema kojima je sedam dana nakon druge doze Pfizer cjepiva bilo na deset tisuća 0,26 dodatnih slučajeva miokarditisa muškaraca dobi od 12 do 29 godina. Kod Modernina cjepiva to je 1,3 slučajeva.

Izostanak zraka, jako lupanje srca, nepravilni otkucaji i bol u prsima, simptomi su ovih stanja. Iz EMA-e su poručili da će nastaviti pratiti ovaj problem te da benefiti cjepiva nadilaze rizike, piše Portal Zdravlje.

Rizik od upalnih bolesti srca nakon cijepljenja mRNA covid cjepivom moguća je nuspojava u jedan na deset tisuća cijepljenih te uglavnom muškaraca mlađe životne dobi, prenosi Portal Zdravlje.

Do tog je zaključka došao odbor za sigurnost lijekova Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) analizom dvaju studija.

Miokarditis i perikarditis kao nuspojava Covid cjepiva našle su se na tapetu nakon rada koji je izašao na događaju American Heart Association, stručnog udruženja američkih kardiologa.

Taj je rad više puta demantiran, ali je njegov zaključak uspio uzdrmati javnost. Navodi se kako su u radu izneseni zaključci koji nisu potkrijepljeni dokazima te bi ga trebalo revidirati u nizu točaka.

Stoga su iz EMA-e objavili reviziju dvaju velikih studija koje imaju temelj postaviti takav ili suprotan zaključak te su utvrdili kako rizik od miokarditisa i perikarditisa već stoji kao moguća vrlo rijetka nuspojava u uputi o lijeku ovih cjepiva.

Naveli su i da su ti srčani problemi najčešće uočeni nakon druge doze cjepiva, i to unutar dva tjedna. Navode podatke studija prema kojima je sedam dana nakon druge doze Pfizer cjepiva bilo na deset tisuća 0,26 dodatnih slučajeva miokarditisa muškaraca dobi od 12 do 29 godina. Kod Modernina cjepiva to je 1,3 slučajeva.

Izostanak zraka, jako lupanje srca, nepravilni otkucaji i bol u prsima, simptomi su ovih stanja. Iz EMA-e su poručili da će nastaviti pratiti ovaj problem te da benefiti cjepiva nadilaze rizike, piše Portal Zdravlje.

EMA demantirala studiju koja je uzdrmala javnost: upalne bolesti srca nakon cjepiva protiv Covida vrlo su rijetka nuspojava

Rizik od upalnih bolesti srca nakon cijepljenja mRNA covid cjepivom moguća je nuspojava u jedan na deset tisuća cijepljenih te uglavnom muškaraca mlađe životne dobi, prenosi Portal Zdravlje.

Do tog je zaključka došao odbor za sigurnost lijekova Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) analizom dvaju studija.

Miokarditis i perikarditis kao nuspojava Covid cjepiva našle su se na tapetu nakon rada koji je izašao na događaju American Heart Association, stručnog udruženja američkih kardiologa.

Taj je rad više puta demantiran, ali je njegov zaključak uspio uzdrmati javnost. Navodi se kako su u radu izneseni zaključci koji nisu potkrijepljeni dokazima te bi ga trebalo revidirati u nizu točaka.

Stoga su iz EMA-e objavili reviziju dvaju velikih studija koje imaju temelj postaviti...
