Očekuje se da će snažni vjetrovi tropske oluje Mulan u srijedu šibati preko Južnog kineskog mora prema otoku Hainan, povećavajući mogućnost prekida masovnog testiranja na otoku za odmor koji se bori s velikom pandemijom covida-19.
