Jedna od najistaknutijih novinarki CNN-a, slavna Christiane​ Amanpour, otkazala je intervju s iranskim predsjednikom Ebrahimom Raisijem, nakon što je odbila udovoljiti njegovu zahtjevu da nosi maramu za vrijeme njihova razgovora u New Yorku, prenosi BBC.

Poručila je kako nijedan prijašnji iranski predsjednik nije od nje to zahtijevao kada ih je intervjuirala izvan Irana. Raisijev savjetnik pojasnio joj je da je to zbog "situacije u Iranu", rekla je.

Veliki prosvjedi i nemiri zavladali su Iranom nakon smrti 22-godišnje djevojke Mahse Amini, koja je umrla u pritvoru ćudoredne policije. Nesretna Amini uhićena je prošloga tjedna zbog nošenja ‘neprikladnog‘ hidžaba. Svjedoci tvrde da su policajci djevojku tukli palicom po glavi, dok policija uzvraća kako nije bilo maltretiranja i da je umrla od iznenadnog zatajenja srca, prenosi Jutarnji.

Prosvjednici su u Teheranu i ostalim iranskim gradovima u četvrtak zapalili policijske postaje i vozila, a ne libe se napasti i organe reda u prosvjedima kakvi nisu viđeni na ulicama od 2019. godine. Humanitarne organizacije navode da je u prosvjedima ubijena 31 osoba, dok državna televizija priznaje smrt 17 osoba.

Intervju za CNN trebao je biti prvi intervju Ebrahima Raisija na američkom tlu, tijekom njegova sudjelovanja na Općoj skupštini UN-a.

Amanpour je ispričala kako je sve bilo spremno za početak intervjua, no iznenada je jedan od predsjednikovih savjetnika tražio od nje da pokrije kosu, pojašnjavajući da "tako želi predsjednik Raisi".

- Mi smo u New Yorku, ovdje ne postoji zakon ili tradicija koja nalaže nošenje marama, prenijela je svoj odgovor na Twitteru.

Raisijev savjetnik je tada jasno dao do znanja da neće doći do intervjua ako ona ne stavi maramu na glavu. Pritom je istaknuo da je to "stvar poštovanja".

Njezina TV ekipa potom je napustila intervju jer nisu pristali na, kako je Amanpour istaknula, "neočekivani uvjet koji je bez presedana".

Novinarka je kanije objavila fotografiju iz studija na kojoj sjedi na stolici bez marame, a pokraj nje je stolica na kojoj bi sjedio predsjednik Raisi.

Jedna od najistaknutijih novinarki CNN-a, slavna Christiane​ Amanpour, otkazala je intervju s iranskim predsjednikom Ebrahimom Raisijem, nakon što je odbila udovoljiti njegovu zahtjevu da nosi maramu za vrijeme njihova razgovora u New Yorku, prenosi BBC.

Poručila je kako nijedan prijašnji iranski predsjednik nije od nje to zahtijevao kada ih je intervjuirala izvan Irana. Raisijev savjetnik pojasnio joj je da je to zbog "situacije u Iranu", rekla je.

Veliki prosvjedi i nemiri zavladali su Iranom nakon smrti 22-godišnje djevojke Mahse Amini, koja je umrla u pritvoru ćudoredne policije. Nesretna Amini uhićena je prošloga tjedna zbog nošenja ‘neprikladnog‘ hidžaba. Svjedoci tvrde da su policajci djevojku tukli palicom po glavi, dok policija uzvraća kako nije bilo maltretiranja i da je umrla od iznenadnog zatajenja srca, prenosi Jutarnji.

Prosvjednici su u Teheranu i ostalim iranskim gradovima u četvrtak zapalili policijske postaje i vozila, a ne libe se napasti i organe reda u prosvjedima kakvi nisu viđeni na ulicama od 2019. godine. Humanitarne organizacije navode da je u prosvjedima ubijena 31 osoba, dok državna televizija priznaje smrt 17 osoba.

Intervju za CNN trebao je biti prvi intervju Ebrahima Raisija na američkom tlu, tijekom njegova sudjelovanja na Općoj skupštini UN-a.

Amanpour je ispričala kako je sve bilo spremno za početak intervjua, no iznenada je jedan od predsjednikovih savjetnika tražio od nje da pokrije kosu, pojašnjavajući da "tako želi predsjednik Raisi".

- Mi smo u New Yorku, ovdje ne postoji zakon ili tradicija koja nalaže nošenje marama, prenijela je svoj odgovor na Twitteru.

Raisijev savjetnik je tada jasno dao do znanja da neće doći do intervjua ako ona ne stavi maramu na glavu. Pritom je istaknuo da je to "stvar poštovanja".

Njezina TV ekipa potom je napustila intervju jer nisu pristali na, kako je Amanpour istaknula, "neočekivani uvjet koji je bez presedana".

Novinarka je kanije objavila fotografiju iz studija na kojoj sjedi na stolici bez marame, a pokraj nje je stolica na kojoj bi sjedio predsjednik Raisi.

Jedna od najistaknutijih novinarki CNN-a, slavna Christiane​ Amanpour, otkazala je intervju s iranskim predsjednikom Ebrahimom Raisijem, nakon što je odbila udovoljiti njegovu zahtjevu da nosi maramu za vrijeme njihova razgovora u New Yorku, prenosi BBC.

Poručila je kako nijedan prijašnji iranski predsjednik nije od nje to zahtijevao kada ih je intervjuirala izvan Irana. Raisijev savjetnik pojasnio joj je da je to zbog "situacije u Iranu", rekla je.

Veliki prosvjedi i nemiri zavladali su Iranom nakon smrti 22-godišnje djevojke Mahse Amini, koja je umrla u pritvoru ćudoredne policije. Nesretna Amini uhićena je prošloga tjedna zbog nošenja ‘neprikladnog‘ hidžaba. Svjedoci tvrde da su policajci djevojku tukli palicom po glavi, dok policija uzvraća kako nije bilo...
