Članice Europske unije imaju još 18 mjeseci da se slobodno zadužuju i troše, ali polako bi se trebale pripremati za ponovno uvođenje uobičajenih proračunskih i fiskalnih pravila u 2023. godini, objavila je Europska komisija.

"Možemo potvrditi da će na temelju naše proljetne procjene 'klauzula o općem spašavanju' (general escape clause) ostati aktivirana tijekom 2022., ali ne od 2023. godine", rekao je u srijedu potpredsjednik Europske komisije Valdis Dombrovskis.

Očekuje se da će se svih 27 gospodarstava država članica do kraja sljedeće godine vratiti na razinu prije krize zbog koronavirusa, rekao je najviši europski dužnosnik za gospodarstvo pri predstavljanju novog paketa ekonomskih preporuka Komisije.

No vlade EU-ovih članica moraju u međuvremenu održavati poticajne gospodarske mjere koje pomažu u suzbijanju nezaposlenosti ili nesolventnosti poslovanja, izjavio je Dombrovskis.

U ožujku prošle godine Europska je komisija po prvi puta u svojoj povijesti pokrenula klauzulu o općem spašavanju (general escape clause), jer su se države članice pobunile od dalekosežnih blokada kojima se nastojalo spriječiti širenje koronavirusa.

Prema pravilima Pakta o stabilnosti i rastu, državni bi se deficit trebao zadržati unutar tri posto bruto domaćeg proizvoda, dok dug ne bi trebao porasti iznad 60 posto BDP-a. Čak bi i u ekonomskim krizama države članice trebale pokazati nastojanja da pokušavaju postići te ciljeve.

Pravila su bila postrožena nakon financijske krize koja je Europu pogodila u 2009. godini.

Članice Europske unije imaju još 18 mjeseci da se slobodno zadužuju i troše, ali polako bi se trebale pripremati za ponovno uvođenje uobičajenih proračunskih i fiskalnih pravila u 2023. godini, objavila je Europska komisija.

"Možemo potvrditi da će na temelju naše proljetne procjene 'klauzula o općem spašavanju' (general escape clause) ostati aktivirana tijekom 2022., ali ne od 2023. godine", rekao je u srijedu potpredsjednik Europske komisije Valdis Dombrovskis.

Očekuje se da će se svih 27 gospodarstava država članica do kraja sljedeće godine vratiti na razinu prije krize zbog koronavirusa, rekao je najviši europski dužnosnik za gospodarstvo pri predstavljanju novog paketa ekonomskih preporuka Komisije.

No vlade EU-ovih članica moraju u međuvremenu održavati poticajne gospodarske mjere koje pomažu u suzbijanju nezaposlenosti ili nesolventnosti poslovanja, izjavio je Dombrovskis.

U ožujku prošle godine Europska je komisija po prvi puta u svojoj povijesti pokrenula klauzulu o općem spašavanju (general escape clause), jer su se države članice pobunile od dalekosežnih blokada kojima se nastojalo spriječiti širenje koronavirusa.

Prema pravilima Pakta o stabilnosti i rastu, državni bi se deficit trebao zadržati unutar tri posto bruto domaćeg proizvoda, dok dug ne bi trebao porasti iznad 60 posto BDP-a. Čak bi i u ekonomskim krizama države članice trebale pokazati nastojanja da pokušavaju postići te ciljeve.

Pravila su bila postrožena nakon financijske krize koja je Europu pogodila u 2009. godini.

Članice EU imaju još 18 mjeseci da se slobodno zadužuju i troše - a onda se zatvaraju ‘špine‘: Komisija: Stroža fiskalna pravila ponovno od 2023.

Članice Europske unije imaju još 18 mjeseci da se slobodno zadužuju i troše, ali polako bi se trebale pripremati za ponovno uvođenje uobičajenih proračunskih i fiskalnih pravila u 2023. godini, objavila je Europska komisija.

"Možemo potvrditi da će na temelju naše proljetne procjene 'klauzula o općem spašavanju' (general escape clause) ostati aktivirana tijekom 2022., ali ne od 2023. godine", rekao je u srijedu potpredsjednik Europske komisije Valdis Dombrovskis.

Očekuje se da će se svih 27 gospodarstava država članica do kraja sljedeće godine vratiti na razinu prije krize zbog koronavirusa, rekao je najviši europski dužnosnik za gospodarstvo pri predstavljanju novog paketa ekonomskih preporuka Komisije.

No vlade EU-ovih članica moraju u međuvremenu održavati...
