Za Ukrajinu bi možda bilo efektnije da Ruse bombardira sanducima votke nego skupim granatama i raketama, ako je suditi po informacijama što cure iz obavještajnih izvora. Čini se da su Rusi i bez ubojitih sredstava prilično fatalno skloni uništavanju samih sebe, jer je veliki broj njihovih žrtava u Ukrajini, navodi se u izvješćima, usko povezan sa zlouporabom alkohola među borcima.

Citirajući ruski kanal na društvenim mrežama, britansko Ministarstvo obrane objavilo je na Twitteru da je među moskovskim snagama došlo do "ekstremno velikog" broja incidenata, zločina i smrti povezanih s konzumacijom alkohola. I ruski zapovjednici vide raširenu zlouporabu alkohola kao posebno štetnu za učinak moskovskih trupa, piše Newsweek.

Pijanstva, alkoholne tučnjave i sudari vozila pridonijeli su "ekstremno velikom" broju od 200.000 ruskih žrtava u Ukrajini, ustvrdili su dužnosnici britanske vojne obavještajne službe. Procjena ukupnoga broja ruskih žrtava u aktualnom ratu jedna je od najvećih do sada i višestruko nadmašuje oko 20.000 vojnika poginulih u desetogodišnjem ratu SSSR-a u Afganistanu 1980-ih.

“Nakon alkohola, drugi vodeći uzroci neborbenih žrtava među Rusima u Ukrajini uključuju loše rukovanje oružjem, prometne nesreće i razne klimatske ozljede kao što je hipotermija“, navodi se u obavještajnim zaključcima. Vojni analitičari kažu da ruska vojska često novači pripadnike najsiromašnijih slojeva društva čiji su životi i prije upućivanja na front već indicirani alkoholom i nasiljem. Ovo se u kombinaciji s ruskom kulturom opijanja među muškarcima povezuje s raznim eksplozijama agresivnosti i destrukcijom, kako prema sebi, tako i prema drugima. Silovanje i seksualno nasilje ruskih snaga u Ukrajini koristilo se nerijetko kao ratno oružje nakon masovnih pljački trgovina radi pića. Na napuštenim položajima ruske vojske redovito se pronalazilo gomile praznih boca. Teško opijanje je među ruskim snagama odavno prešutno prihvaćeno kao dio vojničkoga života, čak i tijekom intenzivnih borbenih operacija.

Rusija, inače, nije objavila službenu statistiku o broju svojih  žrtava još od jeseni 2022., kad je počela s mobilizacijom 300.000 rezervista. Ministar obrane Sergej Šojgu rekao je tada da je od veljače do rujna u Ukrajini ubijeno samo 5937 ruskih vojnika, što je više nego smiješna brojka.

Kijev je prvoga dana travnja priopćio da je samo u posljednja 24 sata poginulo 560 ruskih vojnika. Glavni stožer ukrajinskih oružanih snaga objavio je nedavno da je 174 550 ruskih vojnika poginulo u Ukrajini od početka rata, što je vjerojatno prenapuhana procjena. Polovicom veljače britansko ministarstvo obrane procijenilo je ukupne ruske gubitke u Ukrajini (izbačeni iz stroja) do 200.000 ljudi, uključujući 40.000 do 60.000 ruskih boraca koji su tamo, po njima, ubijeni.

I Kijev i Moskva pretrpjeli su dosad posebno teške gubitke u Bahmutu, te mnogi analitičari ističu kako toliki broj žrtava u strateški prilično irelevantnom gradu nema vojnoga opravdanja. Rusija ne iznosi nikakve zbirne procjene ubijenih Ukrajinaca, ali je u subotu objavila da je Ukrajina izgubila 110 boraca u smjeru Donjecka samo tijekom prethodnoga dana.

Za Ukrajinu bi možda bilo efektnije da Ruse bombardira sanducima votke nego skupim granatama i raketama, ako je suditi po informacijama što cure iz obavještajnih izvora. Čini se da su Rusi i bez ubojitih sredstava prilično fatalno skloni uništavanju samih sebe, jer je veliki broj njihovih žrtava u Ukrajini, navodi se u izvješćima, usko povezan sa zlouporabom alkohola među borcima.

Citirajući ruski kanal na društvenim mrežama, britansko Ministarstvo obrane objavilo je na Twitteru da je među moskovskim snagama došlo do "ekstremno velikog" broja incidenata, zločina i smrti povezanih s konzumacijom alkohola. I ruski zapovjednici vide raširenu zlouporabu alkohola kao posebno štetnu za učinak moskovskih trupa, piše Newsweek.

Pijanstva, alkoholne tučnjave i sudari vozila pridonijeli su "ekstremno velikom" broju od 200.000 ruskih žrtava u Ukrajini, ustvrdili su dužnosnici britanske vojne obavještajne službe. Procjena ukupnoga broja ruskih žrtava u aktualnom ratu jedna je od najvećih do sada i višestruko nadmašuje oko 20.000 vojnika poginulih u desetogodišnjem ratu SSSR-a u Afganistanu 1980-ih.

“Nakon alkohola, drugi vodeći uzroci neborbenih žrtava među Rusima u Ukrajini uključuju loše rukovanje oružjem, prometne nesreće i razne klimatske ozljede kao što je hipotermija“, navodi se u obavještajnim zaključcima. Vojni analitičari kažu da ruska vojska često novači pripadnike najsiromašnijih slojeva društva čiji su životi i prije upućivanja na front već indicirani alkoholom i nasiljem. Ovo se u kombinaciji s ruskom kulturom opijanja među muškarcima povezuje s raznim eksplozijama agresivnosti i destrukcijom, kako prema sebi, tako i prema drugima. Silovanje i seksualno nasilje ruskih snaga u Ukrajini koristilo se nerijetko kao ratno oružje nakon masovnih pljački trgovina radi pića. Na napuštenim položajima ruske vojske redovito se pronalazilo gomile praznih boca. Teško opijanje je među ruskim snagama odavno prešutno prihvaćeno kao dio vojničkoga života, čak i tijekom intenzivnih borbenih operacija.

Rusija, inače, nije objavila službenu statistiku o broju svojih  žrtava još od jeseni 2022., kad je počela s mobilizacijom 300.000 rezervista. Ministar obrane Sergej Šojgu rekao je tada da je od veljače do rujna u Ukrajini ubijeno samo 5937 ruskih vojnika, što je više nego smiješna brojka.

Kijev je prvoga dana travnja priopćio da je samo u posljednja 24 sata poginulo 560 ruskih vojnika. Glavni stožer ukrajinskih oružanih snaga objavio je nedavno da je 174 550 ruskih vojnika poginulo u Ukrajini od početka rata, što je vjerojatno prenapuhana procjena. Polovicom veljače britansko ministarstvo obrane procijenilo je ukupne ruske gubitke u Ukrajini (izbačeni iz stroja) do 200.000 ljudi, uključujući 40.000 do 60.000 ruskih boraca koji su tamo, po njima, ubijeni.

I Kijev i Moskva pretrpjeli su dosad posebno teške gubitke u Bahmutu, te mnogi analitičari ističu kako toliki broj žrtava u strateški prilično irelevantnom gradu nema vojnoga opravdanja. Rusija ne iznosi nikakve zbirne procjene ubijenih Ukrajinaca, ali je u subotu objavila da je Ukrajina izgubila 110 boraca u smjeru Donjecka samo tijekom prethodnoga dana.
