I prije nasilnog upada Trumpovih pristaša u zgradu Kongresa, novoizabrani predsjednik SAD-a Joe Biden procijenio je da za njegovu inauguraciju 20. siječnja "nije primjerena gigantska parada Avenijom“ jer treba poštovati zaštitne mjere vezane za pandemiju koronavirusa.

Budući da je 6. siječnja uslijedio krvavi napad na Kapitol, najstariji predsjednik u povijesti SAD-a Joe Biden i njegova potpredsjednica Kamala Harris imat će inauguraciju u praznom gradu, koji je pretvoren u pravu tvrđavu.

Za inauguraciju 46. američkog predsjednika angažirano je, prema BBC-ju, više od 20.000 pripadnika Nacionalne garde, jer se strahuje od nove eskalacije nasilja. Za ilustraciju spomenimo da je oko 8000 ljudi brinulo o sigurnosti kada je Donald Trump svečano preuzeo dužnost predsjednika 2017. godine.

Neredi se - očekuju

Uobičajeno je, naime, da se na dan inauguracije između Kapitola i Lincolnova memorijala okupi na stotine tisuća ljudi kako bi pozdravili novog lidera SAD-a. Prisegu bivšeg predsjednika Baracka Obame pratilo je, primjerice, 1,8 milijuna ljudi, Trumpovu njih oko pola milijuna, a sada gradonačelnik Washingtona priopćenjem moli ljude da ne dolaze u grad.

Američki glavni grad je trenutačno pod barikadama. DW izvještava da je promet blokiran u administrativnom dijelu grada, a u blizini Kapitola patroliraju nacionalni gardisti pred ogradom visokom dva metra. Zatvoreno je 14 stanica podzemne željeznice, a pješacima je zabranjen pristup na šetalište, gdje se održava inauguracija.

FBI je upozorio na moguće prosvjede naoružanih Trumpovih pristaša, a neredi se mogu očekivati u svih 50 država.

Stručnjak za međunarodnu sigurnost dr. Tonći Prodan kaže da će tijekom inauguracije u velikoj mjeri surađivati sve američke sigurnosne službe.

Provjera na provjeru

- Za samu sigurnost inauguracije zadužena je tajna služba, a obavještajno-sigurnosne informacije dostavljat će FBI, koji je istraživao pojedince što su 6. siječnja upali u Kapitol. Tajne službe napravile su mapu grada, što je važno za lakšu sigurnosnu kontrolu u određenim zonama i sektorima nego kada je cijeli Washington u pitanju. Nakon američkih predsjedničkih izbora primjetan je, naime, trend povećanog udruživanja naoružanih pojedinaca. U zadnjim mjesecima zabilježeno je tako okupljanje krajnje desnih pojedinaca u Washingtonu, ali i diljem Amerike, a kao razlog se navodi nezadovoljstvo Trumpovih pristaša rezultatima izbora za predsjednika SAD-a. Za Trumpa je glasalo oko 74 milijuna ljudi i američko društvo je podijeljeno, ukazao je stručnjak za sigurnost, koji podsjeća na to da se u SAD-u službeno kao jedan od najavljenih scenarija spominje presvlačenje prosvjednika u odore nacionalne garde.

- O tome se, dakle, raspravljalo u Americi, a to bi kao rezultat trebalo donijeti dodatne provjere svakog pripadnika garde. Tehnički se to može izvesti, primjerice, kada akreditacije imaju nekoliko vrsta vidljive i nevidljive zaštite, što može biti filtar. Međutim, to može biti i dezinformacija s ciljem da se snage usmjere na takav scenarij, a zapravo se dogovara nešto sasvim drugo - ističe Prodan, inače zamjenik voditelja studijskog modula forenzika i nacionalne sigurnosti na studiju Forenzike Sveučilišta u Splitu.

I prije nasilnog upada Trumpovih pristaša u zgradu Kongresa, novoizabrani predsjednik SAD-a Joe Biden procijenio je da za njegovu inauguraciju 20. siječnja "nije primjerena gigantska parada Avenijom“ jer treba poštovati zaštitne mjere vezane za pandemiju koronavirusa.

Budući da je 6. siječnja uslijedio krvavi napad na Kapitol, najstariji predsjednik u povijesti SAD-a Joe Biden i njegova potpredsjednica Kamala Harris imat će inauguraciju u praznom gradu, koji je pretvoren u pravu tvrđavu.

Za inauguraciju 46. američkog predsjednika angažirano je, prema BBC-ju, više od 20.000 pripadnika Nacionalne garde, jer se strahuje od nove eskalacije nasilja. Za ilustraciju spomenimo da je oko 8000 ljudi brinulo o sigurnosti kada je Donald Trump svečano preuzeo dužnost predsjednika 2017. godine.

Neredi se - očekuju

Uobičajeno je, naime, da se na dan inauguracije između Kapitola i Lincolnova memorijala okupi na stotine tisuća ljudi kako bi pozdravili novog lidera SAD-a. Prisegu bivšeg predsjednika Baracka Obame pratilo je, primjerice, 1,8 milijuna ljudi, Trumpovu njih oko pola milijuna, a sada gradonačelnik Washingtona priopćenjem moli ljude da ne dolaze u grad.

Američki glavni grad je trenutačno pod barikadama. DW izvještava da je promet blokiran u administrativnom dijelu grada, a u blizini Kapitola patroliraju nacionalni gardisti pred ogradom visokom dva metra. Zatvoreno je 14 stanica podzemne željeznice, a pješacima je zabranjen pristup na šetalište, gdje se održava inauguracija.

FBI je upozorio na moguće prosvjede naoružanih Trumpovih pristaša, a neredi se mogu očekivati u svih 50 država.

Stručnjak za međunarodnu sigurnost dr. Tonći Prodan kaže da će tijekom inauguracije u velikoj mjeri surađivati sve američke sigurnosne službe.

Provjera na provjeru

- Za samu sigurnost inauguracije zadužena je tajna služba, a obavještajno-sigurnosne informacije dostavljat će FBI, koji je istraživao pojedince što su 6. siječnja upali u Kapitol. Tajne službe napravile su mapu grada, što je važno za lakšu sigurnosnu kontrolu u određenim zonama i sektorima nego kada je cijeli Washington u pitanju. Nakon američkih predsjedničkih izbora primjetan je, naime, trend povećanog udruživanja naoružanih pojedinaca. U zadnjim mjesecima zabilježeno je tako okupljanje krajnje desnih pojedinaca u Washingtonu, ali i diljem Amerike, a kao razlog se navodi nezadovoljstvo Trumpovih pristaša rezultatima izbora za predsjednika SAD-a. Za Trumpa je glasalo oko 74 milijuna ljudi i američko društvo je podijeljeno, ukazao je stručnjak za sigurnost, koji podsjeća na to da se u SAD-u službeno kao jedan od najavljenih scenarija spominje presvlačenje prosvjednika u odore nacionalne garde.

- O tome se, dakle, raspravljalo u Americi, a to bi kao rezultat trebalo donijeti dodatne provjere svakog pripadnika garde. Tehnički se to može izvesti, primjerice, kada akreditacije imaju nekoliko vrsta vidljive i nevidljive zaštite, što može biti filtar. Međutim, to može biti i dezinformacija s ciljem da se snage usmjere na takav scenarij, a zapravo se dogovara nešto sasvim drugo - ističe Prodan, inače zamjenik voditelja studijskog modula forenzika i nacionalne sigurnosti na studiju Forenzike Sveučilišta u Splitu.
