Europska komisija neće više kupovati vektorska cjepiva koja proizvode AstraZeneca i Johnson&Johnson nego će se ubuduće oslanjati na cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA (mRNA), koje proizvodi BioNTech/Phizer, Moderna i CureVac, izjavio je njemački demokršćanski zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Peter Liese.

Liese je u srijedu rekao da je tu informaciju dobio od Komisije. Prema tim informacijama, Komisija želi kupiti 900 milijuna doza cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA za 2022. i 2023. godinu i neće obnavljati ugovore s drugim proizvođačima cjepiva.

“Vektorska cjepiva Johnson&Johnson i AstraZeneca su dobra cjepiva i trebamo ih koristiti kako bi pandemiju stavili  pod nadzor do ljeta.... ali budućnost pripada cjepivima na bazi glasničke RNA, koja su očito učinkovitija od vektorskih i čini se da imaju manje nuspojava”, rekao je Liese, liječnik po struci, koji je u Europskoj pučkoj stranci zadužen za zdravstvo.

Liese dodaje da je najveća prednost cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA to što se mogu brže prilagođavati na nove varijante virusa.

Cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA sadržavaju “upute” za stvaranje proteinskog šiljka virusa koji uzrokuje covid-19 'upakirana' u lipid. Na temelju tih uputa same tjelesne stanice mogu proizvesti taj protein koji je jedinstven za taj koronavirus. Čovjekov imunosni sustav prepoznaje da taj jedinstveni protein ne bi trebao biti u tijelu i reagira prirodnom obranom od zaraze covidom-19 stvaranjem antitijela.

Virusna vektorska cjepiva koriste oslabljeni i bezopasni virus koji prenosi genske informacije o stvaranju proteinskih šiljaka koranavirusa.

Europska komisija neće više kupovati vektorska cjepiva koja proizvode AstraZeneca i Johnson&Johnson nego će se ubuduće oslanjati na cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA (mRNA), koje proizvodi BioNTech/Phizer, Moderna i CureVac, izjavio je njemački demokršćanski zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Peter Liese.

Liese je u srijedu rekao da je tu informaciju dobio od Komisije. Prema tim informacijama, Komisija želi kupiti 900 milijuna doza cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA za 2022. i 2023. godinu i neće obnavljati ugovore s drugim proizvođačima cjepiva.

“Vektorska cjepiva Johnson&Johnson i AstraZeneca su dobra cjepiva i trebamo ih koristiti kako bi pandemiju stavili  pod nadzor do ljeta.... ali budućnost pripada cjepivima na bazi glasničke RNA, koja su očito učinkovitija od vektorskih i čini se da imaju manje nuspojava”, rekao je Liese, liječnik po struci, koji je u Europskoj pučkoj stranci zadužen za zdravstvo.

Liese dodaje da je najveća prednost cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA to što se mogu brže prilagođavati na nove varijante virusa.

Cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA sadržavaju “upute” za stvaranje proteinskog šiljka virusa koji uzrokuje covid-19 'upakirana' u lipid. Na temelju tih uputa same tjelesne stanice mogu proizvesti taj protein koji je jedinstven za taj koronavirus. Čovjekov imunosni sustav prepoznaje da taj jedinstveni protein ne bi trebao biti u tijelu i reagira prirodnom obranom od zaraze covidom-19 stvaranjem antitijela.

Virusna vektorska cjepiva koriste oslabljeni i bezopasni virus koji prenosi genske informacije o stvaranju proteinskih šiljaka koranavirusa.

AstraZeneca i Johnson&Johnson ispadaju iz igre: Europa više neće kupovati vektorska cjepiva, ubuduće će se oslanjati na ona kojima je baza mRNA

Europska komisija neće više kupovati vektorska cjepiva koja proizvode AstraZeneca i Johnson&Johnson nego će se ubuduće oslanjati na cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA (mRNA), koje proizvodi BioNTech/Phizer, Moderna i CureVac, izjavio je njemački demokršćanski zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Peter Liese.

Liese je u srijedu rekao da je tu informaciju dobio od Komisije. Prema tim informacijama, Komisija želi kupiti 900 milijuna doza cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNA za 2022. i 2023. godinu i neće obnavljati ugovore s drugim proizvođačima cjepiva.

“Vektorska cjepiva Johnson&Johnson i AstraZeneca su dobra cjepiva i trebamo ih koristiti kako bi pandemiju stavili  pod nadzor do ljeta.... ali budućnost pripada cjepivima na bazi glasničke RNA, koja su očito učinkovitija od vektorskih...
