Arheolozi koji vrše iskopavanja na planini Sinaj u Jeruzalemu, smatraju da su pronašli dokaze koji ukazuju na razaranje grada opisano u Svetom pismu, piše iflscieBnce.

Znanstvenici sa Sveučilišta North Carolina na tom su području došli do vrijednih arheoloških nalaza, uključujući strelice i razbijene svjetiljke. Najviše uzbuđenja izazvalo je otkrivanje raskošnih naušnica, prenosi Net.hr.

Shimon Gibson, ravnatelj sveučilišnog arheološkog projekta Mount Zion, objasnio je da je pronalazak rijetkog komada nakita prvi dokaz postojanja "elita", odnosno bogatijeg stanovništva koje je živjelo u Jeruzalemu prije osvajanja, 587. - 586. godine prije Krista.

“Za arheologe sloj pepela može značiti mnogo različitih stvari”, rekao je Gibson i nadodao:. “Može biti riječ o pepelu izvađenom iz pećnice ili o ostacima zapaljenog smeća.”

“Međutim, u ovom slučaju, kombinacija sloja pepela punog artefakata, pomiješanog s glavama strelica, i vrlo posebnim ukrasom, ukazuje na neku vrstu devastacije i uništenja. Nitko ne odbacuje zlatni nakit i nitko nema strelice u svojem kućnom otpadu”, rekao je.

Najtužniji dan u godini

Povjesničari smatraju kako je prilikom babilonskog osvajanja Jeruzalema, koje je predvodio kralj Nabukodonozor II, došlo do uništenja grada i pogibije velikog dijela stanovništva. Tada je vjerojatno srušen i Salomonov hram, što se također spominje u Starom zavjetu. Ortodoksni Židovi obilježavaju ovaj događaj svake godine Tisha B’Avom, danom posta i žalosti.

Tijekom iskapanja na brdu Sion u Jeruzalemu, arheolozi su otkrili dokaze o babilonskom osvajanju toga grada, što potvrđuje biblijski prikaz njegova uništenja.

Arheolozi koji vrše iskopavanja na planini Sinaj u Jeruzalemu, smatraju da su pronašli dokaze koji ukazuju na razaranje grada opisano u Svetom pismu, piše iflscieBnce.

Znanstvenici sa Sveučilišta North Carolina na tom su području došli do vrijednih arheoloških nalaza, uključujući strelice i razbijene svjetiljke. Najviše uzbuđenja izazvalo je otkrivanje raskošnih naušnica, prenosi Net.hr.

Shimon Gibson, ravnatelj sveučilišnog arheološkog projekta Mount Zion, objasnio je da je pronalazak rijetkog komada nakita prvi dokaz postojanja "elita", odnosno bogatijeg stanovništva koje je živjelo u Jeruzalemu prije osvajanja, 587. - 586. godine prije Krista.

Postojanje elita

“Za arheologe sloj pepela može značiti mnogo različitih stvari”, rekao je Gibson i nadodao:. “Može biti riječ o pepelu izvađenom iz pećnice ili o ostacima zapaljenog smeća.”

“Međutim, u ovom slučaju, kombinacija sloja pepela punog artefakata, pomiješanog s glavama strelica, i vrlo posebnim ukrasom, ukazuje na neku vrstu devastacije i uništenja. Nitko ne odbacuje zlatni nakit i nitko nema strelice u svojem kućnom otpadu”, rekao je.

Najtužniji dan u godini

Povjesničari smatraju kako je prilikom babilonskog osvajanja Jeruzalema, koje je predvodio kralj Nabukodonozor II, došlo do uništenja grada i pogibije velikog dijela stanovništva. Tada je vjerojatno srušen i Salomonov hram, što se također spominje u Starom zavjetu. Ortodoksni Židovi obilježavaju ovaj događaj svake godine Tisha B’Avom, danom posta i žalosti.

Arheolozi koji vrše iskopavanja na planini Sinaj u Jeruzalemu, smatraju da su pronašli dokaze koji ukazuju na razaranje grada opisano u Svetom pismu, piše iflscieBnce.

Znanstvenici sa Sveučilišta North Carolina na tom su području došli do vrijednih arheoloških nalaza, uključujući strelice i razbijene svjetiljke. Najviše uzbuđenja izazvalo je otkrivanje raskošnih naušnica, prenosi Net.hr.

Shimon Gibson, ravnatelj sveučilišnog arheološkog projekta Mount Zion, objasnio je da je pronalazak rijetkog komada nakita prvi dokaz postojanja "elita", odnosno bogatijeg stanovništva koje je živjelo u Jeruzalemu prije osvajanja, 587. - 586. godine prije Krista.
