Bosna i Hercegovina u 24-satnom razdoblju srijeda/četvrtak imala je 554 novozaražene osobe koronavirusom i čak 26 mrtvih, što znači da je država u prvom hrvatskom susjedstvu duboko zagazila u četvrti val epidemije. Dan prije bilo je 906 zaraženih osoba i 11 smrtnih slučajeva.
Istovremeno raste i broj hospitaliziranih, kojih je u četvrtak u bolnicama bilo 81 ili 16 više nego dan ranije.
Brojke zaraženih su vjerojatno znatno više, jer BiH u odnosu na Hrvatsku testira dosta manje. Primjerice od srijede do četvrtka u Federaciji je uzeto nešto više od 1600 uzoraka, a u Republici Srpskoj tek 496. Ono što upada u oči jest da je u prvom od ta dva entiteta bilo zaraženo 20, a u drugom skoro 50 posto testiranih građana (324, odnosno 207).
Već danima službeni podaci govore o porastu broja zaraženih u županijama/kantonima uz južnu granicu BiH prema Dalmaciji, od čega ih je najviše u Mostaru. Taj dio BiH je privlači veliki broj građana Hrvatske bilo da je riječ o šopingu, bilo noćnim provodima. Iako brojke rastu mjere su, međutim, još uvijek blage i bez većih restrikcija.
'Čini se da ove brojke mnogima ništa ne znače jer sarajevska dvorana Zetra, gdje se bez najave obavlja cijepljenje stanovništva protiv COVID-a 19, zjapi prazna, što je zabilježila kamera našeg čitatelja. Čini se da do mnogih ne dopiru ni apeli liječnika da jedino masovna imunizacija može zaustaviti tok pandemije koronavirusa', piše sarajevski Dnevni avaz.
Na tom punktu, kao i u većini Federacije BiH, cijepi se Sinopharmom i AstraZenecom, ali zabrinjava da je sve više pacijenata koji su se zarazili virusom nakon primljene prve doze.
- Kada primite prvu dozu cjepiva vi ste nekompletno zaštićeni. Sve ovisi kada ste se cijepili i kada ste se zarazili. Ako ste se zarazili unutar sedam, osam dana od cijepljenja prva doza vakcine nije mogla stvoriti nikakva antitijela. To je proces od nekih deset do petnaest dana kako bi se stvorila prva antitijela koja bi koliko toliko štitila naš organizam – pojasnio je poznati infektolog dr. Jasenko Karamehić.
Inače, obje doze cjepiva protiv koronavirusa do sada je u BiH primilo tek nešto više od 10 posto odraslih stanovnika, dok je jednom dozom cijepljeno njih oko 20 posto.
Ubrzano širenje zaraze u BiH bilježi se od početka kolovoza, a sve tumači upravo slabom procjepljenošću i brzinom širenja delta varijante koronavirusa.

Bosna i Hercegovina u 24-satnom razdoblju srijeda/četvrtak imala je 554 novozaražene osobe koronavirusom i čak 26 mrtvih, što znači da je država u prvom hrvatskom susjedstvu duboko zagazila u četvrti val epidemije. Dan prije bilo je 906 zaraženih osoba i 11 smrtnih slučajeva.
Istovremeno raste i broj hospitaliziranih, kojih je u četvrtak u bolnicama bilo 81 ili 16 više nego dan ranije.
Brojke zaraženih su vjerojatno znatno više, jer BiH u odnosu na Hrvatsku testira dosta manje. Primjerice od srijede do četvrtka u Federaciji je uzeto nešto više od 1600 uzoraka, a u Republici Srpskoj tek 496. Ono što upada u oči jest da je u prvom od ta dva entiteta bilo zaraženo 20, a u drugom skoro 50 posto testiranih građana (324, odnosno 207).
Već danima službeni podaci govore o porastu broja zaraženih u županijama/kantonima uz južnu granicu BiH prema Dalmaciji, od čega ih je najviše u Mostaru. Taj dio BiH je privlači veliki broj građana Hrvatske bilo da je riječ o šopingu, bilo noćnim provodima. Iako brojke rastu mjere su, međutim, još uvijek blage i bez većih restrikcija.
'Čini se da ove brojke mnogima ništa ne znače jer sarajevska dvorana Zetra, gdje se bez najave obavlja cijepljenje stanovništva protiv COVID-a 19, zjapi prazna, što je zabilježila kamera našeg čitatelja. Čini se da do mnogih ne dopiru ni apeli liječnika da jedino masovna imunizacija može zaustaviti tok pandemije koronavirusa', piše sarajevski Dnevni avaz.
Na tom punktu, kao i u većini Federacije BiH, cijepi se Sinopharmom i AstraZenecom, ali zabrinjava da je sve više pacijenata koji su se zarazili virusom nakon primljene prve doze.
- Kada primite prvu dozu cjepiva vi ste nekompletno zaštićeni. Sve ovisi kada ste se cijepili i kada ste se zarazili. Ako ste se zarazili unutar sedam, osam dana od cijepljenja prva doza vakcine nije mogla stvoriti nikakva antitijela. To je proces od nekih deset do petnaest dana kako bi se stvorila prva antitijela koja bi koliko toliko štitila naš organizam – pojasnio je poznati infektolog dr. Jasenko Karamehić.
Inače, obje doze cjepiva protiv koronavirusa do sada je u BiH primilo tek nešto više od 10 posto odraslih stanovnika, dok je jednom dozom cijepljeno njih oko 20 posto.
Ubrzano širenje zaraze u BiH bilježi se od početka kolovoza, a sve tumači upravo slabom procjepljenošću i brzinom širenja delta varijante koronavirusa.
- Oboljeli zaražen delta sojem može zaraziti od 20 do 30 osoba - kazao je u četvrtak ravnatelj Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Republike Srpske Branislav Zeljković.
