Čak 139 osoba otrovalo se u Sloveniji tatarskim biftekom koji su kupili uoči Božića. Svi su meso, od kojeg su napravili tu poznatu deliciju, kupili u jednoj mesnici u Ilirskoj Bistrici.

Prvi simptomi trovanja hranom u obliku probavnih smetnji, povraćanja, proljeva i jakih trbušnih bolova pojavili su se kod ljudi koji su u toj mesnici kupovali u subotu te su se nastavili idućih dana, pojašnjavaju slovenski mediji.

Kako javlja 24ur, istraga koje su slovenske zdravstvene ustanove provele konačno je dala rezultata. Sumnjalo se na salmonelu, no izgleda da je riječ o - norovirusu. Tako je Nacionalni institut za javno zdravstvo u suradnji sa Upravom za sigurnost hrane, veterinarstvo i bilje te Nacionalnim laboratorijem za zdravlje, okoliš i hranu proveo detaljnu istragu, koja se temeljila na uzimanjima uzoraka mesa iz mesnice, ali i stolice oboljelih.

- Istraga je pokazala da namirnice nisu izvor zaraze, već se vjerojatno radi o kontaktu s virusom putem dodira s ambalažom koja je bila okužena - priopćili su.

Istraga je, podsjećaju, bila vrlo temeljita. Osim uzimanja uzoraka rađena je i kompletna epidemiološka obrada, testirani su mesari kao i oprema u mesnici. Svi koji tamo rade morali su se podvgnuti liječničkom pregledu, a detaljan pregled prošla je čak i sama mesnica kroz koju su prošli brojni inspektori.

Ukupno je 139 otrovanih, a tri su osobe navele da nisu jele meso iz te mesnice. Među njima je i trinaest koji su naveli da su jeli biftek, ali nisu imali značajnijih problema, a njih 12 je prijavilo da uopće nisu jeli meso iz te mesnice, ali su se ipak otrovali, dan ili dva nakon drugih. To je istražitelje navelo na trag da za trovanje možda nije krivo meso.

Naime, mikrobiološki parametri tatarskog bifteka su bili sasvim uredni, no vjeruje se da je norovirus bio na ambalaži koja je, kada su kod kuće krenuli pripremati hranu, prenijela ovaj virus na radne površine. Također, moguće je da su mnogi virus prenijeli tako što su pripremljenu (i kontaminiranu hranu) odnosili svojim članovima obitelji i prijateljima tijekom blagdana.

Mesnici je naloženo postrožavanje higijenskih mjera, a novi slučajevi nisu zabilježeni, zaključuje 24ur.

Norovirus je ime za skupniu crijevnih viroza među kojima se može javiti i virusni gastroenteritis te simptomi mogu biti od blagih do vrlo teških.

Čak 139 osoba otrovalo se u Sloveniji tatarskim biftekom koji su kupili uoči Božića. Svi su meso, od kojeg su napravili tu poznatu deliciju, kupili u jednoj mesnici u Ilirskoj Bistrici.

Prvi simptomi trovanja hranom u obliku probavnih smetnji, povraćanja, proljeva i jakih trbušnih bolova pojavili su se kod ljudi koji su u toj mesnici kupovali u subotu te su se nastavili idućih dana, pojašnjavaju slovenski mediji.

Kako javlja 24ur, istraga koje su slovenske zdravstvene ustanove provele konačno je dala rezultata. Sumnjalo se na salmonelu, no izgleda da je riječ o - norovirusu. Tako je Nacionalni institut za javno zdravstvo u suradnji sa Upravom za sigurnost hrane, veterinarstvo i bilje te Nacionalnim laboratorijem za zdravlje, okoliš i hranu proveo detaljnu istragu, koja se temeljila na uzimanjima uzoraka mesa iz mesnice, ali i stolice oboljelih.

- Istraga je pokazala da namirnice nisu izvor zaraze, već se vjerojatno radi o kontaktu s virusom putem dodira s ambalažom koja je bila okužena - priopćili su.

Istraga je, podsjećaju, bila vrlo temeljita. Osim uzimanja uzoraka rađena je i kompletna epidemiološka obrada, testirani su mesari kao i oprema u mesnici. Svi koji tamo rade morali su se podvgnuti liječničkom pregledu, a detaljan pregled prošla je čak i sama mesnica kroz koju su prošli brojni inspektori.

Ukupno je 139 otrovanih, a tri su osobe navele da nisu jele meso iz te mesnice. Među njima je i trinaest koji su naveli da su jeli biftek, ali nisu imali značajnijih problema, a njih 12 je prijavilo da uopće nisu jeli meso iz te mesnice, ali su se ipak otrovali, dan ili dva nakon drugih. To je istražitelje navelo na trag da za trovanje možda nije krivo meso.

Naime, mikrobiološki parametri tatarskog bifteka su bili sasvim uredni, no vjeruje se da je norovirus bio na ambalaži koja je, kada su kod kuće krenuli pripremati hranu, prenijela ovaj virus na radne površine. Također, moguće je da su mnogi virus prenijeli tako što su pripremljenu (i kontaminiranu hranu) odnosili svojim članovima obitelji i prijateljima tijekom blagdana.

Mesnici je naloženo postrožavanje higijenskih mjera, a novi slučajevi nisu zabilježeni, zaključuje 24ur.

Norovirus je ime za skupniu crijevnih viroza među kojima se može javiti i virusni gastroenteritis te simptomi mogu biti od blagih do vrlo teških.

Čak 139 osoba otrovalo se u Sloveniji tatarskim biftekom koji su kupili uoči Božića. Svi su meso, od kojeg su napravili tu poznatu deliciju, kupili u jednoj mesnici u Ilirskoj Bistrici.

Prvi simptomi trovanja hranom u obliku probavnih smetnji, povraćanja, proljeva i jakih trbušnih bolova pojavili su se kod ljudi koji su u toj mesnici kupovali u subotu te su se nastavili idućih dana, pojašnjavaju slovenski mediji.

Kako javlja 24ur, istraga koje su slovenske zdravstvene ustanove provele konačno je dala rezultata. Sumnjalo se na salmonelu, no izgleda da je riječ o - norovirusu. Tako je Nacionalni institut za javno zdravstvo u suradnji sa Upravom za sigurnost hrane, veterinarstvo i bilje te Nacionalnim laboratorijem za zdravlje, okoliš i hranu proveo detaljnu istragu, koja se...
