U Kliničko-bolničkom centru "Bežanijska kosa" u Srbiji prvi oboljeli od Covida stavljen je na aparat koji zamjenjuje pluća dok se ne zaliječe. To je bila jedina opcija, jer pacijent više nije reagirao ni na jedan oblik liječenja, piše Blic.
Pacijent ima 31 godinu i nije cijepljen. Pozitivan je 28 dana, a u ovoj ustanovi proveo je njih dvanaest. Respirator mu više nije pomagao pa su ga liječnici odlučili priključiti na takozvana umjetna pluća.
Doktorica Marija Zdravković, ravnateljica KBC "Bežanijska kosa", rekla je za RTS da je pacijent sada odlično i da mu se saturacija povećala na 96 i 97.
- Prije nego što je stavljen na aparat, saturacija je bila od 78 do 80 i mi smo morali, uz sve mjere liječenja, pronaći neko rješenje jer je išao negativan slijed događaja, loša reakcija na respirator - rekla je doktorica Zdravković.
Srž ovog aparata je, ističe liječnica, da mijenja pluća dok se ona sama ne zaliječe, jer je, kako kaže, kod onih pacijenta kod kojih nije došlo do zarastanja pluća od Covida, jako važno naći novi vid ventilacije.
- To je najmoderniji aparat koji postoji u svijetu što se tiče zamjene i srca i pluća, ali ne može istovremeno mijenjati i jedno i drugo - objasnila je liječnica.
Vrijeme oporavka pacijenta je, kaže, individualno, a procjenjuje se na dva do četiri tjedna.
Prema riječima doktorice Zdravković, ovo je prvi put da je ovakav aparat uključen pacijentu u KBC "Bežanijska kosa", a prije toga su oni morali u Institut za plućne bolesti "Sremska Kamenica".
- Ovu metodu liječenja smo sada uveli u redovitu proceduru - rekla je doktorica Zdravković i zahvalila liječnicima na suradnji te Ministarstvu zdravlja na podršci.

U Kliničko-bolničkom centru "Bežanijska kosa" u Srbiji prvi oboljeli od Covida stavljen je na aparat koji zamjenjuje pluća dok se ne zaliječe. To je bila jedina opcija, jer pacijent više nije reagirao ni na jedan oblik liječenja, piše Blic.
Pacijent ima 31 godinu i nije cijepljen. Pozitivan je 28 dana, a u ovoj ustanovi proveo je njih dvanaest. Respirator mu više nije pomagao pa su ga liječnici odlučili priključiti na takozvana umjetna pluća.
Doktorica Marija Zdravković, ravnateljica KBC "Bežanijska kosa", rekla je za RTS da je pacijent sada odlično i da mu se saturacija povećala na 96 i 97.
- Prije nego što je stavljen na aparat, saturacija je bila od 78 do 80 i mi smo morali, uz sve mjere liječenja, pronaći neko rješenje jer je išao negativan slijed događaja, loša reakcija na respirator - rekla je doktorica Zdravković.
Srž ovog aparata je, ističe liječnica, da mijenja pluća dok se ona sama ne zaliječe, jer je, kako kaže, kod onih pacijenta kod kojih nije došlo do zarastanja pluća od Covida, jako važno naći novi vid ventilacije.
- To je najmoderniji aparat koji postoji u svijetu što se tiče zamjene i srca i pluća, ali ne može istovremeno mijenjati i jedno i drugo - objasnila je liječnica.
Vrijeme oporavka pacijenta je, kaže, individualno, a procjenjuje se na dva do četiri tjedna.
Prema riječima doktorice Zdravković, ovo je prvi put da je ovakav aparat uključen pacijentu u KBC "Bežanijska kosa", a prije toga su oni morali u Institut za plućne bolesti "Sremska Kamenica".
- Ovu metodu liječenja smo sada uveli u redovitu proceduru - rekla je doktorica Zdravković i zahvalila liječnicima na suradnji te Ministarstvu zdravlja na podršci.
