Goran Džonić iz Moravca, osumnjičen za ubojstvo rođaka Gorana Đokića, njegove supruge Gordane i dvadesetpetogodišnje kćeri Lidije, na posljednjem saslušanju pred sudom u Nišu kazao je da iz njegovog pištolja nije pucano na obitelj, javlja Telegraf.

Naveo je najprije da su braća K.M. i K.M., za koje kaže i da su neposredno izvršili zločin, ranije uzela njegovo oružje radi egzekucije Đokića. Kasnije je kazao kako ono ipak nije korišteno za ubojstvo. Razlog za to je, kaže, neispravnost pištolja.

"Kazao je da je pištolj nabavio kako bi zaštitio roditelje jer su devizni penzioneri pa su mogli postati meta pljačkaša. Međutim, naglasio je da ga oružje uopće nije interesiralo te da se pokvarilo. Pritisnut dokazima, priznao je da se taj kvar sastojao u tome što je pištolj zahrđao. Ti navodi ga dodatno inkriminiraju iz jednostavnog razloga jer je on vrlo vješt majstor, svaštar, sposoban popraviti mnoge stvari", kaže izvor blizak istrazi za Telegraf.

"Između ostalog i svoj motor je popravljao, a onda je sasvim jasno da ako je to bio u stanju, s obzirom na to da se radi o složenom sistemu, da je bez ikakvih problema mogao i pištolj dovesti u funkcionalno stanje. Vještačenje će pokazati je li iz tog pištolja pucano, ali je nesporno da ga je mogao popraviti ako je stvarno bio u kvaru", navode izvori upoznati s ovim slučajem.

Džonić se najprije pravio nesposoban baratati oružjem - rekao je da nije "posebno vješt", iako mu je kao pripadniku MUP-a bilo dostupno. U drugom trenutku ipak je priznao da ga "može i u mraku lako sastaviti i rastaviti".

Njegova priča puna je rupa i nelogičnosti, a jedna od njih, piše Telegraf, ona je da su mu braća vratila pištolj, ali ne i metke.

Nakon izjava čak šesnaest svjedoka, uključujući čovjeka koji je Džoniću napravio priguivač i radnika na benzinskoj postaji, obrana optuženika se sasvim urušila.

Svi drugi su osigurali alibi, uključujući njegove sinove koji su također uhićeni zbog sumnje da su sudjelovali u zločinu, kao i braću K.M. i K.M. koji se terete za isto djelo. Džonić je kazao da iz njegovog pištolja Beretta pronađenog nakon što je uhićen u obiteljskoj kući njegove supruge u Aleksincu nije uopće pucano.

Stoji pri tvrdnji da je oružje tehnički neispravno.

Goran Džonić iz Moravca, osumnjičen za ubojstvo rođaka Gorana Đokića, njegove supruge Gordane i dvadesetpetogodišnje kćeri Lidije, na posljednjem saslušanju pred sudom u Nišu kazao je da iz njegovog pištolja nije pucano na obitelj, javlja Telegraf.

Naveo je najprije da su braća K.M. i K.M., za koje kaže i da su neposredno izvršili zločin, ranije uzela njegovo oružje radi egzekucije Đokića. Kasnije je kazao kako ono ipak nije korišteno za ubojstvo. Razlog za to je, kaže, neispravnost pištolja.

"Kazao je da je pištolj nabavio kako bi zaštitio roditelje jer su devizni penzioneri pa su mogli postati meta pljačkaša. Međutim, naglasio je da ga oružje uopće nije interesiralo te da se pokvarilo. Pritisnut dokazima, priznao je da se taj kvar sastojao u tome što je pištolj zahrđao. Ti navodi ga dodatno inkriminiraju iz jednostavnog razloga jer je on vrlo vješt majstor, svaštar, sposoban popraviti mnoge stvari", kaže izvor blizak istrazi za Telegraf.

"Između ostalog i svoj motor je popravljao, a onda je sasvim jasno da ako je to bio u stanju, s obzirom na to da se radi o složenom sistemu, da je bez ikakvih problema mogao i pištolj dovesti u funkcionalno stanje. Vještačenje će pokazati je li iz tog pištolja pucano, ali je nesporno da ga je mogao popraviti ako je stvarno bio u kvaru", navode izvori upoznati s ovim slučajem.

Džonić se najprije pravio nesposoban baratati oružjem - rekao je da nije "posebno vješt", iako mu je kao pripadniku MUP-a bilo dostupno. U drugom trenutku ipak je priznao da ga "može i u mraku lako sastaviti i rastaviti".

Njegova priča puna je rupa i nelogičnosti, a jedna od njih, piše Telegraf, ona je da su mu braća vratila pištolj, ali ne i metke.

"Rekao je da ih je kasnije pronašao u poštanskom sandučiću, što je potpuno nevjerojatan navod. Nije mogao objasniti zbog čega su mu uzeli pa onda vratili zrna", kaže odvjetnik braće.

Nakon izjava čak šesnaest svjedoka, uključujući čovjeka koji je Džoniću napravio priguivač i radnika na benzinskoj postaji, obrana optuženika se sasvim urušila.

Svi drugi su osigurali alibi, uključujući njegove sinove koji su također uhićeni zbog sumnje da su sudjelovali u zločinu, kao i braću K.M. i K.M. koji se terete za isto djelo. Džonić je kazao da iz njegovog pištolja Beretta pronađenog nakon što je uhićen u obiteljskoj kući njegove supruge u Aleksincu nije uopće pucano.

Stoji pri tvrdnji da je oružje tehnički neispravno.

Goran Džonić iz Moravca, osumnjičen za ubojstvo rođaka Gorana Đokića, njegove supruge Gordane i dvadesetpetogodišnje kćeri Lidije, na posljednjem saslušanju pred sudom u Nišu kazao je da iz njegovog pištolja nije pucano na obitelj, javlja Telegraf.

Naveo je najprije da su braća K.M. i K.M., za koje kaže i da su neposredno izvršili zločin, ranije uzela njegovo oružje radi egzekucije Đokića. Kasnije je kazao kako ono ipak nije korišteno za ubojstvo. Razlog za to je, kaže, neispravnost pištolja.

"Kazao je da je pištolj nabavio kako bi zaštitio roditelje jer su devizni penzioneri pa su mogli postati meta pljačkaša. Međutim, naglasio je da ga oružje uopće nije interesiralo te da se pokvarilo. Pritisnut dokazima, priznao je da se taj kvar sastojao u tome što je pištolj ...
