Baš kao što je u hrvatskoj kolektivnoj memoriji ostao novinar Siniša Glavašević i njegova posljednja javljanja iz Vukovara prije ulaska ostataka JNA i srpskih paravojski u taj grad, tako Bošnjaci pamte Nina Ćatića, podsjeća klix.ba.

Upravo se on, kao tadašnji student novinarstva u Novom Sadu, posljednji javio 10. srpnja 1995. iz Srebrenice, radioamaterskom vezom..

"Srebrenica se pretvara u najveću klaonicu. Poginuli i ranjeni neprestano se dovlače u bolnicu. Nemoguće je opisati. Svake sekunde po tri smrtonosna projektila padnu na ovaj grad. U bolnicu je trenutno doneseno 17 poginulih, 57 teže i lakše ranjenih. Može li itko u svijetu doći vidjeti tragediju koja se događa Srebrenici i njenim stanovnicima? Ovo je nečuven zločin nad bošnjačkim stanovništvom u Srebrenici. Populacija u ovom gradu nestaje. Stoji li iza svega Yasushi Akashi, Boutros Ghali ili netko drugi, bojim se da za Srebrenicu više neće biti bitno!", kazao je Nino u svom posljednjem raportu iz grada u kojem je uslijedio pravi pokolj..

To njegovo javljanje postalo je u međuvremenu simbol posljednjeg apela koji su stanovnici ovog malog mjesta na istoku Bosne uputili međunarodnoj zajednici i Ujedinjenim narodima.

"Sjećam se kako šest dana nije dolazio kući, a onda je 10. srpnja navečer došao i rekao da se ja i njegov otac spremimo za Potočare, a da će on zajedno s prijateljima preko šume do slobodnog teritorija. Kada sam sa suprugom 11. srpnja krenula za Potočare, svratila sam do pošte gdje je bilo sjedište radio-amatera i posljednji put vidjela svog sina. Rekao mi je: 'Mama, vidimo se u Tuzli.' Pogledala sam u kolonu mladića i ne znam jesam li ikad vidjela ikad išta ljepše. Odrastali su u ratu, pod granatama, ali im je Bog dao da budu tako lijepi da se to riječima ne može opisati", kazala je ranije njegova majka Hajra Ćatić za Klix.ba.

Nino je krenuo preko šume, a Hajra i Junuz Ćatić su stigli u bazu UN-a u Potočarima. Pripadnici Vojske i MUP-a RS odvojili su Hajru i Junuza. Ona je stigla u Tuzlu, a posmrtni ostaci Junuza Ćatića pronađeni su, identificirani i pokopani 2005. godine.

Ni Nino nikad nije pronađen. Hajra je preminula u studenome prošle godine.

Baš kao što je u hrvatskoj kolektivnoj memoriji ostao novinar Siniša Glavašević i njegova posljednja javljanja iz Vukovara prije ulaska ostataka JNA i srpskih paravojski u taj grad, tako Bošnjaci pamte Nina Ćatića, podsjeća klix.ba.

Upravo se on, kao tadašnji student novinarstva u Novom Sadu, posljednji javio 10. srpnja 1995. iz Srebrenice, radioamaterskom vezom..

"Srebrenica se pretvara u najveću klaonicu. Poginuli i ranjeni neprestano se dovlače u bolnicu. Nemoguće je opisati. Svake sekunde po tri smrtonosna projektila padnu na ovaj grad. U bolnicu je trenutno doneseno 17 poginulih, 57 teže i lakše ranjenih. Može li itko u svijetu doći vidjeti tragediju koja se događa Srebrenici i njenim stanovnicima? Ovo je nečuven zločin nad bošnjačkim stanovništvom u Srebrenici. Populacija u ovom gradu nestaje. Stoji li iza svega Yasushi Akashi, Boutros Ghali ili netko drugi, bojim se da za Srebrenicu više neće biti bitno!", kazao je Nino u svom posljednjem raportu iz grada u kojem je uslijedio pravi pokolj..

To njegovo javljanje postalo je u međuvremenu simbol posljednjeg apela koji su stanovnici ovog malog mjesta na istoku Bosne uputili međunarodnoj zajednici i Ujedinjenim narodima.

"Sjećam se kako šest dana nije dolazio kući, a onda je 10. srpnja navečer došao i rekao da se ja i njegov otac spremimo za Potočare, a da će on zajedno s prijateljima preko šume do slobodnog teritorija. Kada sam sa suprugom 11. srpnja krenula za Potočare, svratila sam do pošte gdje je bilo sjedište radio-amatera i posljednji put vidjela svog sina. Rekao mi je: 'Mama, vidimo se u Tuzli.' Pogledala sam u kolonu mladića i ne znam jesam li ikad vidjela ikad išta ljepše. Odrastali su u ratu, pod granatama, ali im je Bog dao da budu tako lijepi da se to riječima ne može opisati", kazala je ranije njegova majka Hajra Ćatić za Klix.ba.

Nino je krenuo preko šume, a Hajra i Junuz Ćatić su stigli u bazu UN-a u Potočarima. Pripadnici Vojske i MUP-a RS odvojili su Hajru i Junuza. Ona je stigla u Tuzlu, a posmrtni ostaci Junuza Ćatića pronađeni su, identificirani i pokopani 2005. godine.

Ni Nino nikad nije pronađen. Hajra je preminula u studenome prošle godine.

Baš kao što je u hrvatskoj kolektivnoj memoriji ostao novinar Siniša Glavašević i njegova posljednja javljanja iz Vukovara prije ulaska ostataka JNA i srpskih paravojski u taj grad, tako Bošnjaci pamte Nina Ćatića, podsjeća klix.ba.

Upravo se on, kao tadašnji student novinarstva u Novom Sadu, posljednji javio 10. srpnja 1995. iz Srebrenice, radioamaterskom vezom..

"Srebrenica se pretvara u najveću klaonicu. Poginuli i ranjeni neprestano se dovlače u bolnicu. Nemoguće je opisati. Svake sekunde po tri smrtonosna projektila padnu na ovaj grad. U bolnicu je trenutno doneseno 17 poginulih, 57 teže i lakše ranjenih. Može li itko u svijetu doći vidjeti tragediju koja se događa Srebrenici i njenim stanovnicima?
