Milo Jovanović, koji je uhićen u siječnju zbog sumnje da je planirao likvidaciju Veljka Belivuka, Marka Miljkovića i Slobodana Kaščelana, tvrdi da su ga zatvorski policajciu Crnoj Gori pretukli.

Osnovno državno tužiteljstvo u Podgorici pokrenulo je slučaj kako bi utvrdilo koji su policajci mučili uhićenika Mila Jovanovića, za kojeg se sumnja da je dio kriminalne skupine koja je planirala ubojstvo vođe "kavačkog klana" Slobodana Kaščelana, piše Kurir.

Iz tužiteljstva je potvrđeno da su obaviješteni da je Jovanović mučen i premlaćivan nakon uhićenja u policijskoj postaji, a uz kaznenu prijavu dobili su i medicinsku dokumentaciju koja sadrži ozljede osumnjičenika.

- U veljači ove godine Jovanovićeva odvjetnica Milena Brnović podnijela je ovom tužiteljstvu kaznenu prijavu protiv nepoznatih policajaca zbog kaznenog djela mučenja, počinjenog 22. siječnja ove godine, prema kojem je formiran je slučaj. Tijekom dosadašnje istrage medicinska dokumentacija i zdravstvena iskaznica oštećenika pribavljeni su od Kliničkog centra Crne Gore i Uprave za izvršenje kaznenih sankcija, koji su saslušani kao svjedok u nazočnosti opunomoćenika, i izvršeno je vještačenje njegovih tjelesnih ozljeda. Treba poduzeti i ostale potrebne radnje u svrhu prikupljanja dokaza i podataka potrebnih za donošenje odluke, a posebno je zatraženo da Ravnateljstvo policije obavijesti sve službenike koji su tijekom boravka u policijskim prostorijama poduzeli službene radnje prema oštećenom - rekao je Vukas Radonjić, državni tužitelj i glasnogovornik u Osnovnom državnom tužiteljstvu u Podgorici.

Kako se dosad doznalo, Jovanović je odmah po uhićenju na ročištu kazao kako je mučen u policijskoj postaji, a nakon saslušanja odveden je u Klinički centar Crne Gore kako bi se pregledom utvrdile zadobivene ozljede.

Podsjetimo, uhićenjem Jovanovića, Gorana Markovića i Radovana Stanišića spriječene su likvidacije čelnika takozvanog kavačkog klana koji je godinama vladao srpskim podzemljem.

Milo Jovanović, koji je uhićen u siječnju zbog sumnje da je planirao likvidaciju Veljka Belivuka, Marka Miljkovića i Slobodana Kaščelana, tvrdi da su ga zatvorski policajciu Crnoj Gori pretukli.

Osnovno državno tužiteljstvo u Podgorici pokrenulo je slučaj kako bi utvrdilo koji su policajci mučili uhićenika Mila Jovanovića, za kojeg se sumnja da je dio kriminalne skupine koja je planirala ubojstvo vođe "kavačkog klana" Slobodana Kaščelana, piše Kurir.

Iz tužiteljstva je potvrđeno da su obaviješteni da je Jovanović mučen i premlaćivan nakon uhićenja u policijskoj postaji, a uz kaznenu prijavu dobili su i medicinsku dokumentaciju koja sadrži ozljede osumnjičenika.

- U veljači ove godine Jovanovićeva odvjetnica Milena Brnović podnijela je ovom tužiteljstvu kaznenu prijavu protiv nepoznatih policajaca zbog kaznenog djela mučenja, počinjenog 22. siječnja ove godine, prema kojem je formiran je slučaj. Tijekom dosadašnje istrage medicinska dokumentacija i zdravstvena iskaznica oštećenika pribavljeni su od Kliničkog centra Crne Gore i Uprave za izvršenje kaznenih sankcija, koji su saslušani kao svjedok u nazočnosti opunomoćenika, i izvršeno je vještačenje njegovih tjelesnih ozljeda. Treba poduzeti i ostale potrebne radnje u svrhu prikupljanja dokaza i podataka potrebnih za donošenje odluke, a posebno je zatraženo da Ravnateljstvo policije obavijesti sve službenike koji su tijekom boravka u policijskim prostorijama poduzeli službene radnje prema oštećenom - rekao je Vukas Radonjić, državni tužitelj i glasnogovornik u Osnovnom državnom tužiteljstvu u Podgorici.

Kako se dosad doznalo, Jovanović je odmah po uhićenju na ročištu kazao kako je mučen u policijskoj postaji, a nakon saslušanja odveden je u Klinički centar Crne Gore kako bi se pregledom utvrdile zadobivene ozljede.

Podsjetimo, uhićenjem Jovanovića, Gorana Markovića i Radovana Stanišića spriječene su likvidacije čelnika takozvanog kavačkog klana koji je godinama vladao srpskim podzemljem.

Nakon što je uhićen jer je htio ubiti sve čelnike ‘kavačkog klana‘, Milo Jovanović crnogorsku policiju optužio za mučenje, tražilo se vještačenje ozljeda

Milo Jovanović, koji je uhićen u siječnju zbog sumnje da je planirao likvidaciju Veljka Belivuka, Marka Miljkovića i Slobodana Kaščelana, tvrdi da su ga zatvorski policajciu Crnoj Gori pretukli.

Osnovno državno tužiteljstvo u Podgorici pokrenulo je slučaj kako bi utvrdilo koji su policajci mučili uhićenika Mila Jovanovića, za kojeg se sumnja da je dio kriminalne skupine koja je planirala ubojstvo vođe "kavačkog klana" Slobodana Kaščelana, piše Kurir.

Iz tužiteljstva je potvrđeno da su obaviješteni da je Jovanović mučen i premlaćivan nakon uhićenja u policijskoj postaji, a uz kaznenu prijavu dobili su i medicinsku dokumentaciju koja sadrži ozljede osumnjičenika.
