Ministar unutarnjih poslova Republike Srpske Dragan Lukač suočit će se s optužnicom za nasilničko ponašanje zbog fizičkog napada na sadašnjeg gradonačelnika Banje Luke Draška Stanivukovića, objavili su u petak lokalni mediji u BiH.

Nakon istrage koja je trajala više od godine dana okružno tužiteljstvo u Banjoj Luci Lukača je optužilo za počinjenje kaznenog djela ugrožavanja sigurnosti Stanivukovića u prosincu 2019. godine.

Tijekom rasprave na sjednici Narodne skupštine RS Lukač je pred svim zastupnicima ošamario Stanivukovića, koji je tada bio u statusu zastupnika iz reda oporbene Partije demokratskog progresa (PDP).

Potvrdi li sud u Banjoj Luci optužnicu Lukaču će se suditi za kazneno djelo za koje je u RS propisana kazna zatvora do dvije godine.

Nakon izgreda na sjednici entitetskog parlamenta, Lukač, koji slovi za osobu od posebnog povjerenja sadašnjeg predsjedatelja Predsjedništva BiH Milorada Dodika, nije snosio nikakve posljedice zbog nasilničkog ponašanja.

Lukač je na sjednici parlamenta prozivao Stanivukovića zbog njegovih kritika na račun vlasti u RS, pozivajući ga da mu priđe kako bi mu pokazao što će mu se dogoditi ako s tim nastavi.

Kada mu je Stanivuković prišao, ministar policije zastupnika je ošamario te ga je nazvao "majmunom".

Ministar unutarnjih poslova Republike Srpske Dragan Lukač suočit će se s optužnicom za nasilničko ponašanje zbog fizičkog napada na sadašnjeg gradonačelnika Banje Luke Draška Stanivukovića, objavili su u petak lokalni mediji u BiH.

Nakon istrage koja je trajala više od godine dana okružno tužiteljstvo u Banjoj Luci Lukača je optužilo za počinjenje kaznenog djela ugrožavanja sigurnosti Stanivukovića u prosincu 2019. godine.

Tijekom rasprave na sjednici Narodne skupštine RS Lukač je pred svim zastupnicima ošamario Stanivukovića, koji je tada bio u statusu zastupnika iz reda oporbene Partije demokratskog progresa (PDP).

Potvrdi li sud u Banjoj Luci optužnicu Lukaču će se suditi za kazneno djelo za koje je u RS propisana kazna zatvora do dvije godine.

Nakon izgreda na sjednici entitetskog parlamenta, Lukač, koji slovi za osobu od posebnog povjerenja sadašnjeg predsjedatelja Predsjedništva BiH Milorada Dodika, nije snosio nikakve posljedice zbog nasilničkog ponašanja.

Lukač je na sjednici parlamenta prozivao Stanivukovića zbog njegovih kritika na račun vlasti u RS, pozivajući ga da mu priđe kako bi mu pokazao što će mu se dogoditi ako s tim nastavi.

Kada mu je Stanivuković prišao, ministar policije zastupnika je ošamario te ga je nazvao "majmunom".

Ministar policije Republike Srpske optužen zbog fizičkog napada na današnjeg gradonačelnika u prosincu 2019. godine

Ministar unutarnjih poslova Republike Srpske Dragan Lukač suočit će se s optužnicom za nasilničko ponašanje zbog fizičkog napada na sadašnjeg gradonačelnika Banje Luke Draška Stanivukovića, objavili su u petak lokalni mediji u BiH.

Nakon istrage koja je trajala više od godine dana okružno tužiteljstvo u Banjoj Luci Lukača je optužilo za počinjenje kaznenog djela ugrožavanja sigurnosti Stanivukovića u prosincu 2019. godine.

Tijekom rasprave na sjednici Narodne skupštine RS Lukač je pred svim zastupnicima ošamario Stanivukovića, koji je tada bio u statusu zastupnika iz reda oporbene Partije demokratskog progresa (PDP).

Potvrdi li sud u Banjoj Luci optužnicu Lukaču će se suditi za kazneno djelo za koje je u RS propisana kazna zatvora do dvije godine.
