Gotovo 70 Beograđana provelo je prošlog tjedna besanu noć na granici prema Hrvatskoj i to samo zbog jedne neplaćene kazne vozača autobusa. Umjesto da turistička tura po Hrvatskoj, Sloveniji i Italiji počne u ležernom tonu, oni su završili su na obližnjoj benzinskoj crpki i tamo proveli cijelu noć, piše nova.rs.

Loreda Postić iz Beograda radovala se vikend putovanju po zemljama u okruženju, piše dalje nova.rs. Bilo je u planu da obiđu Ljubljanu, Bled, Trst, Umag… Međutim, ona od granice nije odmakla.

- Išli smo preko jedne agencije, a aranžman je bio veoma povoljan. Nas 70 putnika krenulo je u 23 sata, kako je bilo i planirano, priča Postić za Nova.rs.

Sve je protjecalo u najboljem redu do dolaska na srpsku stranu granice s Hrvatskom. Postić navodi da su vozač i vođa puta, u skladu s procedurom, otišli prijaviti grupu. Kad ih nije bilo gotovo 40 minuta, putnicima je to postalo čudno.

Vratili se s policijom

- Onda su se vratili s policijom. Saznali smo da vozač nije platio neku kaznu, spominjalo se prekršajnog suca i izvršitelja. Ispostavilo se da je imao zabranu napuštanja zemlje. Šef granične policije je rekao da 20 godina nije doživio situaciju da cijeli autobus bude blokiran zbog jednog vozača, priča Postić.

Ona dalje navodi da kada je postalo jasno da u neće uskoro moći nastaviti put policija je putnike odvela do prve najbliže pumpe.

- Pod rotirkama smo dovedeni do prve pumpe, koja je udaljena 10 kilometara. Cijelu noć su tražili zamjenskog vozača, drugi autobus, putni nalog…

Tražili su da ih autobus s kojim su došli vrati do kuće, ali im je rečeno da je za to nadležna agencija. Potom je sve dodatno zakomplicirao i problem sa samim vozilom.

- Od pola jedan do pola devet ujutro svi smo bili na benzinskoj pumpi. Kad je riješen problem s vozačem, budući da je stigla zamjena, nastao je novi. Autobus kojim smo došli iz Beograda nije se mogao ni upaliti! Bio je očito neispravan. Vozač inače nije htio ni gasiti autobus, pod izgovorom da bi putnicima bilo hladno. A zapravo, ako ga ugasi, ne bi mogao upaliti, ispričala je Postić.

Nekima je svega bilo dosta

Na kraju je i taj problem bio riješen, ali je dvadesetak putina ipak odlučilo da će se vratiti u Beograd.

Sugovornica Nova.rs kaže da se svatko snašao kako je mogao. Po neke su tijekom noći stigli članovi obitelji, dok su ona i još nekoliko putnika pozvali taksi koji je koštao gotovo koliko i aranžman – oko 100 eura.

- U ponedjeljak sam na adresu turističke agencije poslala prigovor, odnosno reklamaciju. Oni imaju rok od 15 dana da na to odgovore. Prethodno smo kontaktirala turističkog inspektora, koji mi je rekao da su već imali dvadesetak sličnih poziva i da su pokrenuli izvanredni inspekcijski nadzor, zaključuje naša sugovornica.

Nova.rs tražio je više informacija od agencije u pitanju, ali do objavljivanja ovog teksta nisu odgovorili.

Gotovo 70 Beograđana provelo je prošlog tjedna besanu noć na granici prema Hrvatskoj i to samo zbog jedne neplaćene kazne vozača autobusa. Umjesto da turistička tura po Hrvatskoj, Sloveniji i Italiji počne u ležernom tonu, oni su završili su na obližnjoj benzinskoj crpki i tamo proveli cijelu noć, piše nova.rs.

Loreda Postić iz Beograda radovala se vikend putovanju po zemljama u okruženju, piše dalje nova.rs. Bilo je u planu da obiđu Ljubljanu, Bled, Trst, Umag… Međutim, ona od granice nije odmakla.

- Išli smo preko jedne agencije, a aranžman je bio veoma povoljan. Nas 70 putnika krenulo je u 23 sata, kako je bilo i planirano, priča Postić za Nova.rs.

Sve je protjecalo u najboljem redu do dolaska na srpsku stranu granice s Hrvatskom. Postić navodi da su vozač i vođa puta, u skladu s procedurom, otišli prijaviti grupu. Kad ih nije bilo gotovo 40 minuta, putnicima je to postalo čudno.

Vratili se s policijom

- Onda su se vratili s policijom. Saznali smo da vozač nije platio neku kaznu, spominjalo se prekršajnog suca i izvršitelja. Ispostavilo se da je imao zabranu napuštanja zemlje. Šef granične policije je rekao da 20 godina nije doživio situaciju da cijeli autobus bude blokiran zbog jednog vozača, priča Postić.

Ona dalje navodi da kada je postalo jasno da u neće uskoro moći nastaviti put policija je putnike odvela do prve najbliže pumpe.

- Pod rotirkama smo dovedeni do prve pumpe, koja je udaljena 10 kilometara. Cijelu noć su tražili zamjenskog vozača, drugi autobus, putni nalog…

Tražili su da ih autobus s kojim su došli vrati do kuće, ali im je rečeno da je za to nadležna agencija. Potom je sve dodatno zakomplicirao i problem sa samim vozilom.

- Od pola jedan do pola devet ujutro svi smo bili na benzinskoj pumpi. Kad je riješen problem s vozačem, budući da je stigla zamjena, nastao je novi. Autobus kojim smo došli iz Beograda nije se mogao ni upaliti! Bio je očito neispravan. Vozač inače nije htio ni gasiti autobus, pod izgovorom da bi putnicima bilo hladno. A zapravo, ako ga ugasi, ne bi mogao upaliti, ispričala je Postić.

Nekima je svega bilo dosta

Na kraju je i taj problem bio riješen, ali je dvadesetak putina ipak odlučilo da će se vratiti u Beograd.

Sugovornica Nova.rs kaže da se svatko snašao kako je mogao. Po neke su tijekom noći stigli članovi obitelji, dok su ona i još nekoliko putnika pozvali taksi koji je koštao gotovo koliko i aranžman – oko 100 eura.

- U ponedjeljak sam na adresu turističke agencije poslala prigovor, odnosno reklamaciju. Oni imaju rok od 15 dana da na to odgovore. Prethodno smo kontaktirala turističkog inspektora, koji mi je rekao da su već imali dvadesetak sličnih poziva i da su pokrenuli izvanredni inspekcijski nadzor, zaključuje naša sugovornica.

Nova.rs tražio je više informacija od agencije u pitanju, ali do objavljivanja ovog teksta nisu odgovorili.

Gotovo 70 Beograđana provelo je prošlog tjedna besanu noć na granici prema Hrvatskoj i to samo zbog jedne neplaćene kazne vozača autobusa. Umjesto da turistička tura po Hrvatskoj, Sloveniji i Italiji počne u ležernom tonu, oni su završili su na obližnjoj benzinskoj crpki i tamo proveli cijelu noć, piše nova.rs.

Loreda Postić iz Beograda radovala se vikend putovanju po zemljama u okruženju, piše dalje nova.rs. Bilo je u planu da obiđu Ljubljanu, Bled, Trst, Umag… Međutim, ona od granice nije odmakla.

- Išli smo preko jedne agencije, a aranžman je bio veoma povoljan. Nas 70 putnika krenulo je u 23 sata, kako je bilo i planirano, priča Postić za Nova.rs.

Sve je protjecalo u najboljem redu do dolaska na srpsku stranu granice s Hrvatskom. Postić navodi da su vozač i vođa puta, u skladu s procedurom, otišli prijaviti grupu. Kad ih nije bilo gotovo 40 minuta, putnicima je to postalo čudno.

Vratili se s policijom

- Onda su se vratili s policijom. Saznali smo da vozač nije platio neku kaznu, spominjalo se prekršajnog suca i izvršitelja. Ispostavilo se da je imao zabranu napuštanja zemlje. Šef granične policije je rekao da 20 godina nije doživio situaciju da cijeli autobus bude blokiran zbog jednog vozača, priča Postić.

Ona dalje navodi da kada je postalo jasno da u neće uskoro moći nastaviti put policija je putnike odvela do prve najbliže pumpe.

- Pod rotirkama smo dovedeni do prve pumpe, koja je udaljena 10 kilometara. Cijelu noć su tražili zamjenskog vozača, drugi autobus, putni nalog…

Tražili su da ih autobus s kojim su došli vrati do kuće, ali im je rečeno da je za to nadležna agencija. Potom je sve dodatno zakomplicirao i problem sa samim vozilom.

- Od pola jedan do pola devet ujutro svi smo bili na benzinskoj pumpi. Kad je riješen problem s vozačem, budući da je stigla zamjena, nastao je novi. Autobus kojim smo došli iz Beograda nije se mogao ni upaliti! Bio je očito neispravan. Vozač inače nije htio ni gasiti autobus, pod izgovorom da bi putnicima bilo hladno. A zapravo, ako ga ugasi, ne bi mogao upaliti, ispričala je Postić.

Nekima je svega bilo dosta

Na kraju je i taj problem bio riješen, ali je dvadesetak putina ipak odlučilo da će se vratiti u Beograd.
