Potezi protiv Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine, zatim protiv visokog predstavnika Christiana Schmidta te najave novih zakona kontra državnih institucija konačno su privukle pažnju međunarodne zajednice, piše Klix.ba.
Nakon ranijih sankcija Sjedinjenih Američkih Država (SAD) i Velike Britanije, sada bi i veliki broj zemalja Europske unije (EU) mogao uvesti sankcije predsjedniku entiteta Republika Srpska Miloradu Dodiku, ali i njegovim suradnicima. Kako saznaje Klix.ba draft teksta sankcija se sprema te će se u prvom koraku tražiti konsenzus.
Ipak, zbog ranije dobro poznatih stavova Mađarske koja podržava Dodika, konsenzus za sankcije čelniku SNSD-a i RS-a neće biti moguć. Međutim, Europska unija se ne bi trebala zaustaviti na tome. Naredni korak će biti bilateralno usuglašavanje dokumenta sankcija između više od 20 članica Europske unije.
Sankcije bi trebale biti usmjerene direktno na Dodika, ali i njegove najbliže suradnike, među kojima su predsjednik Narodne skupštine RS-a Nenad Stevandić, premijer entiteta Radovan Višković i drugi.
To bi trebao biti prvi veliki korak EU u pravcu zaustavljanja Dodikove antidržavne politike, koji bi ga izolirao. A prve znakove financijske izolacije Dodik je mogao vidjeti nedavno. Iako je u službenom obrazloženju Europske unije navedeno da novac za RS nije dodijeljen jer je taj entitet aplicirao na mali broj projekata, a i ti projekti nisu ispunjavali kriterije, ne može se zanemariti moguća politička pozadina i poruka čelniku RS-a.
Odbijanje poštovanja odluka Ustavnog suda BiH, zatim odbijanje poštovanja odluka visokog predstavnika kroz zakone koji direktno podrivaju državni sistem, Dodik i njegovi suradnici bi uskoro mogli biti potpuno izolirani, a najviše bi u tom slučaju ispaštali građani entiteta RS.

Potezi protiv Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine, zatim protiv visokog predstavnika Christiana Schmidta te najave novih zakona kontra državnih institucija konačno su privukle pažnju međunarodne zajednice, piše Klix.ba.
Nakon ranijih sankcija Sjedinjenih Američkih Država (SAD) i Velike Britanije, sada bi i veliki broj zemalja Europske unije (EU) mogao uvesti sankcije predsjedniku entiteta Republika Srpska Miloradu Dodiku, ali i njegovim suradnicima. Kako saznaje Klix.ba draft teksta sankcija se sprema te će se u prvom koraku tražiti konsenzus.
Ipak, zbog ranije dobro poznatih stavova Mađarske koja podržava Dodika, konsenzus za sankcije čelniku SNSD-a i RS-a neće biti moguć. Međutim, Europska unija se ne bi trebala zaustaviti na tome. Naredni korak će biti bilateralno usuglašavanje dokumenta sankcija između više od 20 članica Europske unije.
Sankcije bi trebale biti usmjerene direktno na Dodika, ali i njegove najbliže suradnike, među kojima su predsjednik Narodne skupštine RS-a Nenad Stevandić, premijer entiteta Radovan Višković i drugi.
To bi trebao biti prvi veliki korak EU u pravcu zaustavljanja Dodikove antidržavne politike, koji bi ga izolirao. A prve znakove financijske izolacije Dodik je mogao vidjeti nedavno. Iako je u službenom obrazloženju Europske unije navedeno da novac za RS nije dodijeljen jer je taj entitet aplicirao na mali broj projekata, a i ti projekti nisu ispunjavali kriterije, ne može se zanemariti moguća politička pozadina i poruka čelniku RS-a.
Odbijanje poštovanja odluka Ustavnog suda BiH, zatim odbijanje poštovanja odluka visokog predstavnika kroz zakone koji direktno podrivaju državni sistem, Dodik i njegovi suradnici bi uskoro mogli biti potpuno izolirani, a najviše bi u tom slučaju ispaštali građani entiteta RS.
