Davor Dragičević, otac mladića Davida Dragičevića, čija smrt godinama nije razriješena, vraća se u BiH iz Austrije, nakon što mu u toj zemlji nije odobren politički azil. Kako je u subotu precizirao na Facebooku, u Sarajevo stiže u srijedu, 27. listopada.

Ranije je najavljivao da se vraća "u banjalučki geto po pravdu za svog sina", a danas nije precizirao kada će iz Sarajeva otputovati u Banja Luku.

Davor Dragičević je u veljači 2019. napustio Bosnu i Hercegovinu i od tada živi u Beču, a kao razlog zašto je to učinio istaknuo je strah od likvidacije, piše Klix.ba.

Podsjetimo, Tužiteljstvo Bosne i Hercegovine je u travnju ove godine od Okružnog javnog tužilaštva u Banjoj Luci preuzelo istragu u slučaju "David Dragičević", a Ustavni sud BiH u lipnju utvrdio da su Davoru Dragičeviću povrijeđena ljudska prava i osnovne slobode. Ustavni sud ističe da je Okružnom javnom tužiteljstvu Banja Luka trebalo sto dana da definira kazneno djelo te da je istraga i nakon tri godine još u tijeku.

Podsjetimo, Davidov nestanak prijavljen je 18. ožujka 2018., a tijelo je pronađeno šest dana poslije. Obitelj tvrdi da je David ubijen te da je to nedjelo pojedinaca iz vlasti.

Davor Dragičević gotovo svakodnevno je organizirao proteste u Banjoj Luci, jer je bio nezadovoljan institucionalnom reakcijom na taj slučaj.

U srpnju 2018. u tom gradu održan je prvi veliki protest kojem je prisustvovalo nekoliko tisuća ljudi. Pet mjeseci poslije, 25. prosinca, dogodili su se još jedni veliki protesti koje je policija suzbila izrazito nasilno. Taj dan uhićeni su Davor Dragičević i Suzana Radanović, Davidova majka. Protesti građana okupljenih oko grupe "Pravda za Davida" su zabranjeni, piše.

Budući da je Davor Dragičević na svome Faceboom profilu naveo i točno vrijeme kada bi trebao sletjeti na sarajevski aerodrom, moglo bi se pretpostaviti da očekuje doček pristaša. A sudeći po masovnosti dosadašnje potpore njegovoj akciji, to bi se moglo i očekivati.

Budući da se istraga slučaja nije puno pomakla, logično je pretpostaviti da bi se prosvjedi mogli i ponoviti, kako u Federaciji BiH, tako i u Republici Srpskoj, kojoj bi se vrući pravosudni i politički slučaj mogao vratiti u ruke, piše Klix.ba.

Davor Dragičević, otac mladića Davida Dragičevića, čija smrt godinama nije razriješena, vraća se u BiH iz Austrije, nakon što mu u toj zemlji nije odobren politički azil. Kako je u subotu precizirao na Facebooku, u Sarajevo stiže u srijedu, 27. listopada.

Ranije je najavljivao da se vraća "u banjalučki geto po pravdu za svog sina", a danas nije precizirao kada će iz Sarajeva otputovati u Banja Luku.

Davor Dragičević je u veljači 2019. napustio Bosnu i Hercegovinu i od tada živi u Beču, a kao razlog zašto je to učinio istaknuo je strah od likvidacije, piše Klix.ba.

Podsjetimo, Tužiteljstvo Bosne i Hercegovine je u travnju ove godine od Okružnog javnog tužilaštva u Banjoj Luci preuzelo istragu u slučaju "David Dragičević", a Ustavni sud BiH u lipnju utvrdio da su Davoru Dragičeviću povrijeđena ljudska prava i osnovne slobode. Ustavni sud ističe da je Okružnom javnom tužiteljstvu Banja Luka trebalo sto dana da definira kazneno djelo te da je istraga i nakon tri godine još u tijeku.

Zabranjeni protesti u Banjoj Luci

Podsjetimo, Davidov nestanak prijavljen je 18. ožujka 2018., a tijelo je pronađeno šest dana poslije. Obitelj tvrdi da je David ubijen te da je to nedjelo pojedinaca iz vlasti.

Davor Dragičević gotovo svakodnevno je organizirao proteste u Banjoj Luci, jer je bio nezadovoljan institucionalnom reakcijom na taj slučaj.

U srpnju 2018. u tom gradu održan je prvi veliki protest kojem je prisustvovalo nekoliko tisuća ljudi. Pet mjeseci poslije, 25. prosinca, dogodili su se još jedni veliki protesti koje je policija suzbila izrazito nasilno. Taj dan uhićeni su Davor Dragičević i Suzana Radanović, Davidova majka. Protesti građana okupljenih oko grupe "Pravda za Davida" su zabranjeni, piše.

Budući da je Davor Dragičević na svome Faceboom profilu naveo i točno vrijeme kada bi trebao sletjeti na sarajevski aerodrom, moglo bi se pretpostaviti da očekuje doček pristaša. A sudeći po masovnosti dosadašnje potpore njegovoj akciji, to bi se moglo i očekivati.

Budući da se istraga slučaja nije puno pomakla, logično je pretpostaviti da bi se prosvjedi mogli i ponoviti, kako u Federaciji BiH, tako i u Republici Srpskoj, kojoj bi se vrući pravosudni i politički slučaj mogao vratiti u ruke, piše Klix.ba.
