U Beogradu ista meta - isto odstojanje, kako se nekada govorilo. Samo četiri mjeseca nakon izbora na kojima je njegov SNS ostvario uvjerljivu pobjedu Aleksandar Vučić objavio je kako na čelu Vlade Srbije ostaje dosadašnja premijerka Ana Brnabić, ali ne čitav mandat, nego do 2024. To ne čudi nikoga tko prati srpsku političku scenu jer Vučić ionako raspisuje izbore svakih godinu i pol ili dvije te tako iznova dokazuje da je jedan i jedini vladar Srbije, piše Jutarnji list.

Izbor Ane Brnabić znači da se njezin protukandidat Miloš Vučević, ambiciozni gradonačelnik Novog Sada, mora zadovoljiti funkcijom potpredsjednika Vlade, a Vučić je najavio da će jako važan položaj u vlasti sačuvati Ivica Dačić, šef Socijalističke partije.

Na parlamentarnim izborima održanim u travnju Vučićev SNS osvojio je 120 od ukupno 250 mandata. Oporbena lista Ujedinjeni za pobjedu Srbije dobila je 38, a Socijalistička partija Srbije 31 zastupničko mjesto.

Kalkuliralo se kako će se Vučić probati riješiti Ivice Dačića i koalirati sa zastupnicima nacionalnih manjina, no na kraju se, izgleda, ipak odlučio za svojeg dugogodišnjeg partnera. Isto tako, izbor Ane Brnabić ne iznenađuje jer ona već godinama slijedi Vučića kao da je njegova jeka. Što on kaže, onda promptno ponovi. To se vidjelo i ovih dana: nakon Vučićevih optužbi na račun Hrvatske ona je brzo uskočila i sve ponovila.

Slično se ponašao Vučević, koji je zdvajao da "ne razumije Srbe koji ljetuju u Hrvatskoj", što gotovo svaki dan ponavlja i njegov šef. Utoliko, tko god bio na čelu vlade, vjerno će slušati Aleksandra Vučića, što je paradoks jer je Srbija parlamentarna država i prema ustavu najveće ovlasti ima premijer, a predsjednikove su, kao i u Hrvatskoj, ograničene na nekoliko područja.

Odbacuju sankcije

Ali, situacija u kojoj se nalazi Vučić daleko je od idilične. Srbija je pod ogromnim pritiscima s Istoka i Zapada i to je najvažniji razlog zbog kojeg je odugovlačio s izborom premijera čak četiri mjeseca. Vučićeva Srbija jedina je europska država koja odbija uvesti sankcije Rusiji zbog agresije na Ukrajinu, a tamošnji mediji svakodnevno šire propagandu iz Kremlja. Čak 80 posto Srba odbacuje uvođenje sankcija Rusiji, koju smatraju pravoslavnom zaštitnicom koja usto ne priznaje nezavisnost Kosova.

U takvim okolnostima Vučić je svjestan da bi okretanjem leđa Rusiji, o kojoj ovisi i zbog nafte i plina, u velikom dijelu srpske javnosti bio označen izdajicom. Zato je odgađao imenovati premijera, a onda i ministre, u nadi da će ukrajinski rat završiti, a Srbija podržati mir kakav god bio. Toga neće biti, očito je da će rat u Ukrajini biti dug, a to znači da Srbija više neće moći balansirati između saveza SAD-EU i Rusa.

Situaciju dodatno komplicira pitanje Kosova, gdje tamošnje vlasti zahtijevaju da Srbi počnu koristiti legalne tablice na autima, što Vučić opisuje kao najavu pogroma nad srpskim narodom kao u Bljesku i Oluji. No, američki izaslanik Gabriel Escobar je izjavio kako Beograd treba prestati očekivati da će se promijeniti okolnosti oko Kosova i time prekinuo beogradske priče po kojima bi SAD mogao stati uz Srbiju.

Ruski čovjek

A uz koga će stati Srbija, vidjet će se prilikom sastavljanja nove vlade. Najava da Dačića očekuje važan položaj prilično je znakovit jer on je ruski čovjek. Uđe li u novu vladu i Aleksandar Vulin, koji se nedavno u Moskvi susreo sa šefom diplomacije Sergejem Lavrovom, to će značiti da Vučić ne želi prekinuti veze s režimom Vladimira Putina. Međutim, i proamerički blok u srpskom vrhu nije beznačajan. Tako je vrlo sposobna ministrica Zorana Mihajlović ovih dana otvoreno napala Rusiju da pokušava udaljiti Srbiju od Zapada, a slično razmišlja i Marko Đurić, veleposlanik u Washingtonu.

Treći američki čovjek u vlasti je ministar obrane Nebojša Stefanović, koji je zagovornik vojne suradnje Srbije i NATO-a, a izjavio je da su "u vanjskim odnosima potrebni jedinstvo i mudrost". Usto, Stefanović otvoreno mrzi Vulina jer je ovaj u nekoliko nastupa aludirao na veze aktualnog ministra obrane s narkomafijom.

Vučić mora sastaviti vladu (tj. Ana Brnabić, ali je se malo toga pita) do kraja listopada. Bit će zanimljivo vidjeti na koju će se stranu okrenuti ili će i dalje pokušavati migoljiti. A kada je riječ o subotnjoj konferenciji za novinare, prema starom običaju Vučić je dio nastupa posvetio Hrvatskoj, ponavljajući poznatu mantru kako Srbija raste. Kazao je da je Hrvatska uvijek bila ispred, "kako u vrijeme Jugoslavije, tako i u vrijeme kada smo bili pod Turcima. Ja ne mogu nadoknaditi 200 godina našeg zaostatka, nije realno. Oni će i dalje biti bogatiji, ali će se smanjivati razlika. Danas oni imaju 1100 eura prosječnu plaću, a mi 635. To više nije tri prema jedan. Polako se približavamo", piše Jutarnji list.

Samo četiri mjeseca nakon izbora na kojima je njegov SNS ostvario uvjerljivu pobjedu Aleksandar Vučić objavio je kako na čelu Vlade Srbije ostaje dosadašnja premijerka Ana Brnabić, ali ne čitav mandat, nego do 2024. To ne čudi nikoga tko prati srpsku političku scenu jer Vučić ionako raspisuje izbore svakih godinu i pol ili dvije te tako iznova dokazuje da je jedan i jedini vladar Srbije, piše Jutarnji list.

Izbor Ane Brnabić znači da se njezin protukandidat Miloš Vučević, ambiciozni gradonačelnik Novog Sada, mora zadovoljiti funkcijom potpredsjednika Vlade, a Vučić je najavio da će jako važan položaj u vlasti sačuvati Ivica Dačić, šef Socijalističke partije.

Na parlamentarnim izborima održanim u travnju Vučićev SNS osvojio je 120 od ukupno 250 mandata. Oporbena lista Ujedinjeni za pobjedu Srbije dobila je 38, a Socijalistička partija Srbije 31 zastupničko mjesto.

Kalkuliralo se kako će se Vučić probati riješiti Ivice Dačića i koalirati sa zastupnicima nacionalnih manjina, no na kraju se, izgleda, ipak odlučio za svojeg dugogodišnjeg partnera. Isto tako, izbor Ane Brnabić ne iznenađuje jer ona već godinama slijedi Vučića kao da je njegova jeka. Što on kaže, onda promptno ponovi. To se vidjelo i ovih dana: nakon Vučićevih optužbi na račun Hrvatske ona je brzo uskočila i sve ponovila.

Slično se ponašao Vučević, koji je zdvajao da "ne razumije Srbe koji ljetuju u Hrvatskoj", što gotovo svaki dan ponavlja i njegov šef. Utoliko, tko god bio na čelu vlade, vjerno će slušati Aleksandra Vučića, što je paradoks jer je Srbija parlamentarna država i prema ustavu najveće ovlasti ima premijer, a predsjednikove su, kao i u Hrvatskoj, ograničene na nekoliko područja.

Odbacuju sankcije

Ali, situacija u kojoj se nalazi Vučić daleko je od idilične. Srbija je pod ogromnim pritiscima s Istoka i Zapada i to je najvažniji razlog zbog kojeg je odugovlačio s izborom premijera čak četiri mjeseca. Vučićeva Srbija jedina je europska država koja odbija uvesti sankcije Rusiji zbog agresije na Ukrajinu, a tamošnji mediji svakodnevno šire propagandu iz Kremlja. Čak 80 posto Srba odbacuje uvođenje sankcija Rusiji, koju smatraju pravoslavnom zaštitnicom koja usto ne priznaje nezavisnost Kosova.

U takvim okolnostima Vučić je svjestan da bi okretanjem leđa Rusiji, o kojoj ovisi i zbog nafte i plina, u velikom dijelu srpske javnosti bio označen izdajicom. Zato je odgađao imenovati premijera, a onda i ministre, u nadi da će ukrajinski rat završiti, a Srbija podržati mir kakav god bio. Toga neće biti, očito je da će rat u Ukrajini biti dug, a to znači da Srbija više neće moći balansirati između saveza SAD-EU i Rusa.

Situaciju dodatno komplicira pitanje Kosova, gdje tamošnje vlasti zahtijevaju da Srbi počnu koristiti legalne tablice na autima, što Vučić opisuje kao najavu pogroma nad srpskim narodom kao u Bljesku i Oluji. No, američki izaslanik Gabriel Escobar je izjavio kako Beograd treba prestati očekivati da će se promijeniti okolnosti oko Kosova i time prekinuo beogradske priče po kojima bi SAD mogao stati uz Srbiju.

Ruski čovjek

A uz koga će stati Srbija, vidjet će se prilikom sastavljanja nove vlade. Najava da Dačića očekuje važan položaj prilično je znakovit jer on je ruski čovjek. Uđe li u novu vladu i Aleksandar Vulin, koji se nedavno u Moskvi susreo sa šefom diplomacije Sergejem Lavrovom, to će značiti da Vučić ne želi prekinuti veze s režimom Vladimira Putina. Međutim, i proamerički blok u srpskom vrhu nije beznačajan. Tako je vrlo sposobna ministrica Zorana Mihajlović ovih dana otvoreno napala Rusiju da pokušava udaljiti Srbiju od Zapada, a slično razmišlja i Marko Đurić, veleposlanik u Washingtonu.

Treći američki čovjek u vlasti je ministar obrane Nebojša Stefanović, koji je zagovornik vojne suradnje Srbije i NATO-a, a izjavio je da su "u vanjskim odnosima potrebni jedinstvo i mudrost". Usto, Stefanović otvoreno mrzi Vulina jer je ovaj u nekoliko nastupa aludirao na veze aktualnog ministra obrane s narkomafijom.

Vučić mora sastaviti vladu (tj. Ana Brnabić, ali je se malo toga pita) do kraja listopada. Bit će zanimljivo vidjeti na koju će se stranu okrenuti ili će i dalje pokušavati migoljiti. A kada je riječ o subotnjoj konferenciji za novinare, prema starom običaju Vučić je dio nastupa posvetio Hrvatskoj, ponavljajući poznatu mantru kako Srbija raste. Kazao je da je Hrvatska uvijek bila ispred, "kako u vrijeme Jugoslavije, tako i u vrijeme kada smo bili pod Turcima. Ja ne mogu nadoknaditi 200 godina našeg zaostatka, nije realno. Oni će i dalje biti bogatiji, ali će se smanjivati razlika. Danas oni imaju 1100 eura prosječnu plaću, a mi 635. To više nije tri prema jedan. Polako se približavamo", piše Jutarnji list.
